Our company started using CallRail to track marketing-related phone calls from our client's websites in December 2015 and we could not be any happier with this service! The CallRail support team was amazing at answering all of our preliminary questions, helping us port our existing call tracking phone numbers, and making the transition from our old call tracking service as easy as possible.

As for the software itself, the dashboard and interface are very user-friendly and setting up new clients in the system is quick, easy and self-explanatory. If you are looking for a great call tracking solution for your marketing efforts, I would HIGHLY recommend CallRail.
