Have been using CallRail for about 5 years now for my clients. The interface & tracking works well. Was near ready to go with another company due to only being able to get support & questions answered through a help desk/email. The customer service has gotten much better recently now that you can actually reach someone by phone for support. Hoping the phone support continues. Overall - Great service and people to work with.
