I like this location because they have a 5:00 PM pickup. It's generally not super crowded
Horrible UPS store, rude staff, and unhelpful. No place to just drop off prelabeled packages.. must wait in a long line. Avoid this store at all costs.
Took a key first oil change sample package for a rebuilt transmission to this store, mailed it to Blackstone Labs via first class mail. Unfortunately the packaged has disappeared, no way to track, no way to even prove the package was handed off to the USPS, not good. It's basically my fault, I should have just taken it to the Post Office, and cut out the middleman. YAAAAAAYYY my sample arrived at the Lab for testing, Turns out the USPS snail mail is alive and well. I'm raising my rating to Five Stars. Thank You Lake Forest UPS Store.

I have used this place before and it's pretty good they're definitely professional and know what they're doing the only downside is the parkings pretty bad over here most of the time so you might have to walk to get to the front door otherwise it's good.

As I am notary I couldn't notarized for myself any document I have any beneficiary from but now I know where I go whenever I need a notary Also I went few month ago before and anther nice young lady help me with figure print (Live Scan) witch is I recommend too. Staff were helpful and nice...The whole experience was pretty seamless.
There is a lanky woman with gray hair pulled back into a ponytail who works there, she lacks in manners and customer service. Many people complain and yet she is still there, she must own the place because that is the only way this crude older woman is still working at this establishment. Other than that they're a great little post office. Every other lady who works there is great! They just need to retrain the older woman whom they keep recieving complaints about and its 5 stars from me.
The people that work here are amazing. I've had a mailbox and have used this store for all of my shipping for several years. They have never let me down. Thank you all!
Typically I have no issues at this store, but the woman working this morning was difficult for no apparent reason. First, I printed the label Amazon provided and she wanted to charge me because it didnt Fit their envelope . The fact that it didn t fit their envelope has nothing to do with me following the instructions and printing it out as instructed in the return process. Then, she wanted to state we are not Amazon and people want to get mad at us. This is a contracted company for Amazon services, so yes you do work alongside with Amazon as they can terminate your contract. This woman should not be representing The UPS Store interacting with the public and should be reprimanded for her behavior as a customer service representative.

Great local ups kiosk shop. Staff is very friendly. I had a fedex package and the associate brought the package to a FedEx drop off for me, voluntarily.

During my transition from out-of-state, this UPS Store has been very convenient for quick access to document transfers across country, & notary service with respect to these documents. They can sign for any packges, provide email notifications, & tracking. This particular store is great because everyone is friendly and helpful, explaining the many different options available that suits my needs at the best cost-to-value trade-off, and often go above and beyond with follow-ups. They don't mind any number of questions I have and services I need to figure out. They always surprise me with their offerings and capabilities given the modest size of the store. I think that is possible because everyone is diligent and attentive. I highly recommend this particular UPS store.
Poor customer service. They act as if they are doing me a favor, not as if I am paying them.
Sandhya is literally the best. She helped me ship out a really important package with some of the best customer service and efficiency I've seen in a while. I'm definitely returning here in the future for the rest of my shipping needs.
Just had a great experience getting a document notarized. In and out in maybe 10 minutes, but only because there was someone ahead of me. Was greeted by the cashier even as she was working with someone else already, and she made sure the notary knew I was next in line.

This is the UPS store I have used for years and they are always very helpful and quick to assist.
I have to say, I am truly satisfied with the service that i've received at the UPS store.....Staff always cheerful and helpful. Problem is folks come in with unreasonable expectation and I feel if they could shake that off ahead of time before walking in, they'd realize the folks who run the store are awesome. Thank you for everything!
I always get great service here. Yes, around Christmas time they are very busy but they always try to help you even if that means sending you someplace else. One girl has been there a very long time, she seems to always be there. They will try to help you as if you are a friend, not just a customer.
