I worked for this company years ago but I'm not interested in the anymore

Without the "Arc" my son would be lost. They give him a reason to get up in the morning. He is on a work program so he feels like he has a job and that is important. The people that work there are great and caring. Sure there young people just out of school and learning their craft but they have to start somewhere. Thank God for the ARC.

They are not caring to the customer that do not know how to treat the person with. A disability at the job site they do not like to listen to the person or check up on them I think they are so disrespectful all around I would not tell anyone to go there period

They know how to fire people from left to right. Without giving notice. Very unprofessional . You have staff who are supposed to be having experience working with disable adult. The place you in a house or apartment programs where the employees are going to college or getting ready to graduate. Most of the young people have no experience. And this seem to be a big issue now n days. This isn't a job where you can sit around all day. There more to it

"The Arc" had a Yard Sale today which my Fiance and I went to. Had alot of nice things set up there.. Jewelry, Throw pillows, accessories, clothes, handbags, electronics which is what we were there for. My fiance ended up buying laptops and other computer parts, I ended up buying a PSP handheld with games included for my son. Awesome prices!!

They do an excellent job in supporting people with disabilities

I work here they hold their standards high and fair. We are here to help! They treat residents AND employees respectfully.i love it here feel respected and needed
