Staff is brutally mean to new staff members. One orientation I was put on the floor without knowing residents and their needs. RN was notified but saw nothing wrong in putting those residents at risk. Older staff members bully newer ones and RN was part of the problem because they would tell her what they want done and she'll enforce it without asking. Left a note for management a week ago...nothing done as yet! All this in the Brant Terrace. I must thank Sandy(Brant) , Jennifer and the nights PSW(Davies) for treating me like the human being i am. On a brighter note...residents are great and are treated well.
