It was a great pleasure working with Shaun Jackson on the purchase of a business. There were a lot of bumps on this journey but Shaun was always responsive, would pick calls in the middle of the night (I worked night shift and he worked with my very odd hours). He even prayed for me when I was discouraged. I could not be more grateful. I was impressed with his drive and professionalism. You can tell her loves his job. He went above and beyond and was so knowledgeable. What an efficient and pleasant man! I cannot even think of working with anyone else. You have a loyal customer Shaun! If you need a broker, THIS IS YOUR GUY!

Shaun was amazing. Selling an Assisted Living in a Pandemic was miraculous. Shawn is knowledgeable, level headed, takes care of all the details in a methodical way. There are many pieces to selling a business, when I would get frazzled by all the details he was calm and direct. He is honest and straightforward. When he was over paid his commission, he was on the phone to make it right and we had a check asap. Shaun responded back everytime, if he didn't have the answer, "Let me check and call you back". It took a year but Shaun kept diligently working at selling our business. Grateful for a job well done.

Shaun Jackson and Calhoun Companies recently sold my business. I was somewhat apprehensive about selling - change can be hard. Shaun's professional yet down to earth approach eased my concerns. By the time the sale was complete, I felt like I had a friend and partner by my side through the whole thing.
