Bought one of their mattresses last year and after a few months if got deformed. Sent an email for the sales rep at the end of February which he asked me some pics of the mattress. Because of COVID I wait some time. Sent him another email in July with the pics. A month later, no answer. Just sent another email saying that I need better customer service and 30 days was more than enough to see some pictures. Also told them I was going to wait 2 weeks more only for an answer, in case my issue was not solved, I was going to suspend payment and want my money back. Guess what? They just sent me Nipponflex number and told me to take care of it by myself. You know a company by their customer service. Will call Nipponflex Monday (8-24-2020) and let s see what happens...
