I have lived here for over 6 years. The new management has been great and Kira especially has been phenomenal. I was ready to leave a year ago but am so happy I have stayed. Thank you Kira for such an amazing experience, your kindness and upbeat personality really make me feel at home.

They moved me in to an apartment with a bed bug infestation. I rented furniture for this short stay. I was moved to another apartment but my rented furniture had to stay in the bed bug apartment until certified by pest control that all the bedbugs were gone which took months. Manager said don't worry, they will reimburse me for any cost I incurred. That didn't happen! Furniture rental company charged me $1000 extra because of the bed bugs plus 3 months rental charge. Poor Management!
The new management have been doing an excellent job. They are quick to respond and have done really well upkeeping the property. I can send a maintenance request and it is often done within 48hrs. They have been so polite in the office and have been a wonder to work with. A HUGE improvement over the last management.

Everything about our experience with Arcadia has been absolutely amazing! The community is beautiful, and in a perfect location! Tisha worked with us through our move-in process and has been so much help throughout our residency. She made the application process painless and so smooth. Maintenance has been on top of requests since the first day, which is amazing considering the size of the community and how many people they help on the daily! We've never had an issue with parking, and our neighbors are all so friendly. We love this community and the team working Arcadia.
I love these apartments homes because, they are cute and cozy, without breaking the bank! There's conveniently a dog park on property, as well as grills in the pool area. Maintenance is always quick and on point. To top everything, is Kira, she's always warm, inviting, and very professional! It's refreshing to see someone with so much spirit!
I ve been here since July & absolutely love it! The staff are so friendly & helpful! Kira is the person I ve worked with most & she is ALWAYS smiling, friendly & helpful! The couple of times I ve needed some things fixed, maintenance is quick to respond. Animal friendly, affordable & in a good part of town. I m so happy we found this spot!
My leasing and move in experience at Arcadia was amazing thanks to Adrianna. From my first inquiry all the way through our move in, she was extremely personable and professional. I appreciate the clean, quiet, and peaceful community. Our townhome is more space than we expected. I couldn t have asked for a better experience or area to move to.
