I stay here so many times a year for 2 or 3 days, and one thing always stays the same. The wifi is absolutely brutal. It always drops in the hotel rooms. Can't connect cell phone or tablet. This is way overdue to be addressed by the facility.
I have been to a lot of the banquets and weddings here. These are usually run well.
I took away one star for the wifi issue, and one star because nothing in life is perfect.
Don't go to Legends at peak eating times. Service is slow and you still wait a while even when there are plenty of empty tables. It feels disorganized and this has been consistent like this over the years. Some days when there is no line it takes forever for an employee to recognize that you're waiting in line for a table. Food is great though, and affordable compared to Johnny Rockets.
Make sure to use your reward credits before you leave the casino if you signed up for Caesar's Rewards. The gift shop and buffet both allow you to use the credits as earned. For example, 3500 credits is $35.
Here is a tip. If you don't want to haul your luggage too far to your car, if you're staying in Forum Tower, use the public parking. If you're staying in Augustus where the hotel check-in is, use the valet. Valet is free but be sure to tip.
TV program they use to be able to order room service, movies, or check out is outdated. I've been to a few hotels this year where you can access Netflix and the software is much more user friendly.
They've removed and updated a lot of the slot machines on the floor. I personally didn't enjoy my gambling experience on my most recent trip. They removed the machines I've been using for 5+ years.
Being that I have a lot of visit time at this casino and see everything there, I just can't give 4 or 5 stars. There are so many more reasons, but if you're only staying here for a night or two and then never again, you probably won't notice a lot of issues and would give 4 or 5 stars.
