Love this property but this was a horrible experience at the cage. All redemption machines are down and only 1 person working the cage. A long transaction in front of me and I am the only person in line it had beeb 20 minutes now no other person to help in cage.

The rooms are nice, but it seems overpriced. The conference center worked well for the conference I was attending. The restaurants were good. The pools were nice... at least the ones they would let you into. Also one security guard made an insensitive statement to my wife while she was breast feeding. I have enjoyed other hotels on the strips more and I would only consider Caesar s out of convenience if your conference is here.

The buffet they offer at this hotel is expensive but what isn't in Vegas. It was worth the money because they have tons of stations.. from chicken and waffles, crab legs, made to order tacos, lo mein and dessert and gelato station. So many choices but you have a 2 hour limit.

Nice shopping and restaurant choices. The aquarium at the forum shops is nice, missed the statue show though. I didn't stay at the hotel, but it seemed nice. Definitely one of the go-to places when visiting Las Vegas

Rooms with pool view is nice HOWEVER we were supposed to have a SUITE - the employees are ridiculously RUDE and treat u like your SCUM!
ENTIRE experience here has been HORRIBLE, deserve 1 star but it's a nice place to swim- HOWEVER don't take any personal valuables when u go to the pool,

THEY WILL STEAL U BLIND WHILE UR SWIMMING then when u alert security they wont even review their cameras or file a report

Most horrible service I've ever had at any hotel or casino from bartenders to guest services and security is LAZY PIECE OF ....!!!

The rooms are overpriced and The reception staff are unfriendly and slow. It seemed very unorganized. I ve stayed in many hotels on the strip and will never stay at Caesar s again. The first room (Forum Tower) smelled of chemicals as soon as you walked in, was faded, dark lighting and very small with a view of a concrete slab. Reminded me of a cheap motel. In much need of a refurb. The phone didn t work so We had to walk back to reception to tell them we wanted to switch rooms. Paid for an upgrade (an extra $50 a night) and then had to lug our luggage from one tower to another (which is quite a long walk about 10 minutes) Not what I wanted to be doing in my 30 year anniversary. The second room was much nicer, in the Augustus Tower. Comfortable bed and much roomier. Bathroom was clean and spacious.
The restaurants and bars were good tho. Food was tasty and service was Quick and friendly. And that s why I gave it 3 stars.
The gym was clean and adequate with friendly staff and complimentary water.

It's ceasers. The scenery is great and the atmosphere is lively. Craps tables had action by 10 am, whereas the Mirage was dead until late in the afternoon.

Visited the buffet during this past trip and, after talking it up and convincing a colleague to go with me, we were both disappointed by the quality of the food. I definitely remember it being much better the last time I was there a few years back.

A few months ago I got to visit Vegas again after a decade. I love being retired! Beautiful place. Well ran. The place is massively huge, shopping and entertainment complex many places to play slots, table games, sports book. All the statues and Greek/Roman architecture and art is amazing. The Palace tower is really nice and my room had a great view.
Loved my room with its huge tub in a massive bathroom.
Self parking is really far away, and all the restaurants are usually overbooked so plan accordingly. If you do happen to hit a Ceasers onsite Restaurant they are way over priced. So are the bars. But this is Vegas and to be expected.
I guess not much has changed since my last vegas visit a decade ago!
All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, courteous and professional.

This was my first visit to this location in Las Vegas. We were here for a wedding and we found a lot of amazing things to do while we were waiting for the wedding to begin. There was food, shopping, and entertainment for all ages all within walking distance on the hotel geounds.

We were at Caesars Palace for lunch a dinner on separate days. On both days it was clean and we'll managed. The staff were friendly when asked for directions. Most importantly, the air circulation was very good as it removed most of the cigarette smell. We stayed at a different hotel so we had to shuttle back to our hotel. The pickup/drop off point is at the forum shops, which closes at midnight. The security staff are well informed of the shuttle pickup point, and are understanding when you try to reach the shuttles after the forum shops are closed.

I didn't even have to say a word she came up and said that they would come out and sing Happy Birthday to my baby and also bring her a birthday dessert plate. And because I was diamond member me my mother and my child ate free due to my celebration dinner. So blessed. The best thing we did on our anniversary weekend was staying at the only Augustus Spa Suite here in Caesar's Palace... we had our own sauna room in the suite, and we also had our own jacuzzi... the room was over 1,500 sq/ft so there was so much space for 2 people... we enjoyed comfort and luxury for sure

Had lunch at Gordon Ramsey's Bell's Kitchen. Be sure to make a reservation ahead of time as it gets very packed fast! Lobster risotto was amazing. Super expensive and portions were small, but that's to be expected.

Caesars Palace is an amazing place which will overload your senses. The wide variety of shops restaurants bars and Casino make it a One-Stop location if you so choose. I visited it to take in a show with Brooks & Dunn and Reba McEntire the show was amazing what highly recommended they are going to continue through March and will be back in residency again in August

This place had an amazing stay, the Casino is really lively and helps to engage with all folks around us.

The Casino dealers are real professionals and have an etiquette to have decent conversation with you.

Had a wonderful stay.

Huge Hotel...like 2 blocks long. Very nice inside...Upscale Restaurants. Was planning their Buffet but wasn't that hungry anymore by the time I got there...and for $60 A Head I will save it for another time....Vegas Hotels still missing out on making Kids Arcades. Huge Pro: Unlike other hotels this hotel is Cigarette free...well at least I didn't smell any

One of the most lavish gorgeous hotels in Las Vegas. The Baccinal buffet is absolutely amazing so much to choose from. The lobby is amazing as is the shopping. The show Absinte is probably the greatest show I've ever seen in Las Vegas, hands down..

Incredibly amazing experience! The location is absolutely perfect. Gorgeously decorated room, breathtaking views, and top notch customer service. Ralphie at the front desk was especially kind and accommodating. Because of him, our stay was unforgettable! Highly highly recommend and will definitely return!

My boyfriend and I went to hells kitchen soft opening. The food was incredible! The wait staff was very attentive and friendly. The kitchen is spectacular and you can see it from almost any seat in the restaurant. I had the risotto and new York strip steak. It was so amazing and everything I would expect from a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. Definitely go if you stay at Caesars palace !

It's a very eye appealing place, lots to see and experience. I was there for a professional expo and work booked the room. Even at a group discount rate, it's not a cheap room at $250/night in my opinion. The fridge has a sign that says "$75 charge for personal use" and of course the overpriced items inside. Not even complimentary coffee in the room. We were charged $30 for early check-in and the rooms were ready, so why the extra charge for a couple hours in an already empty clean room? It's not like they rushed to prepare the 3 rooms for our group. I didn't eat afternoon and evening meals in the premises, only breakfast and those were $25 minimum for a breakfast sandwich, hash brown, and juice. Even the gambling seemed to have higher minimums than other casinos. I had a cold shower the first morning and the desk had the nerve to tell me "we've had no other reports of no hot water. Run the water for 10 minutes." I said "I did, in addition to already having taken my shower because I have to go to work. It didn't even get warm." If you're not wealthy, this isn't the place to stay. It was clean, the bed was pleasant, and I had no other negative issues.

The Caesar Palace is a must see in Las Vegas. Multiple movies were shot there and the hotel is depicting a Greek style of architecture that will let you dumbstruck. Also, the buffet is quite good and the rooms are very clean!
But most of all, the architecture is amazing

Clean. Friendly. Accommodating. Fantastic on-property shopping and dining. Palace Rooms are a good choice, best choice when attending conferences. Pool view room is appealing. Room service was fast.....although for $25 you can jump to front of room service line, I never did and always had my food in 30 minutes or less. The fees for room service are 18% Gratuity plus and additional $10.00....it ain't cheap but it's room service. My only complaint and I'd only caution that the snack bar in-room it tricky....it's weight measured, so if you simply pick up a snack, you'll be charged. Don't expect to utilize the in-room refrigeration for leftovers, there's a $$50 or $75 fee.

A fun place to go to and this place is huge. It is probably one of the biggest ones in Vegas. They have so many options for entertainment and it is good for families and for singles. I highly suggest it!

The room we stayed in was 2 star at best. No free coffee or tea. No free parking. Bathroom glasses were dirty unwashed. Felt as if they are trying to squeeze you for your pennies. Shower controls didn t work well and there was no tub. We re long time LV residents that wanted a concert and night out and we really wish for days past or just go try another property. Nothing here to encourage a return trip.

Fun nice place to stay. First guy we met upon check in was not the greatest. But we got to talk to Susie with a Z (Zusie) and she definitely earned this 5 star review. I will go back again.

Very impressed with this casino. This is the Pinnacle of Casinos and you can tell when you enter. The amount of detail in everything they do is impressive. I did not stay in the hotel but I kept wanting to come back here every day I was in Vegas. Will look to find a good deal next time I'm visiting Vegas.

Brilliant famous casino, a lot of fantastic bars and restaurants there. One of the best bars on the new strip. Great atmosphere, there is also a gordan ramsays pub diner which was cool. Took me a long time to walk round. Hotel prices are pretty standard for that area.
