The rooms are overpriced and The reception staff are unfriendly and slow. It seemed very unorganized. I ve stayed in many hotels on the strip and will never stay at Caesar s again. The first room (Forum Tower) smelled of chemicals as soon as you walked in, was faded, dark lighting and very small with a view of a concrete slab. Reminded me of a cheap motel. In much need of a refurb. The phone didn t work so We had to walk back to reception to tell them we wanted to switch rooms. Paid for an upgrade (an extra $50 a night) and then had to lug our luggage from one tower to another (which is quite a long walk about 10 minutes) Not what I wanted to be doing in my 30 year anniversary. The second room was much nicer, in the Augustus Tower. Comfortable bed and much roomier. Bathroom was clean and spacious.
The restaurants and bars were good tho. Food was tasty and service was Quick and friendly. And that s why I gave it 3 stars.
The gym was clean and adequate with friendly staff and complimentary water.
