Great location. Very good service. Comfortable room. Breakfast excellent. Staff extremely polite and attentive. Already the Concierge, poor guy is weak, knows almost nothing and what little he knows informs wrong. He gave me wrong information and it wasted me a lot of time. It does not strive to cater well to the guests. A hotel of this category could never have a Concierge so unprepared!
To compensate, if you need help ask NICOLAS for help that is not Concierge but is worth all of them. At idle, polite, dedicated and with a lot of willingness to attend.
