Fab place, the social distancing measures made it really easy to get around and see and do everything, in many ways it was better than previous visits as it wasn't crowded. The kids loved it especially the 4d adventure and ofcourse the chocolate!

Cadbury World was a fun attraction to visit Kids park lots of fun as well as the 4d simulator film Smell heavenly as a chocolate factory should be free Samples of warm melted chocolate in a tub with Two toppings of either jelly babies, fudge, popping candy, crunchie and others Would recommended for families

Great place for the whole family. More informative than I thought it was going to be. The kids loved all the interactive bits too, and the chocolate helped!

Word of caution though, pre-book to avoid disappointment, we saw people turned away because it was full.

Lots of interesting things to do and LOTS of chocolate. Bournville exhibition could've been better and the day was crying out for a road train tour of Bournville village. Massive queue for the main event ride, which was disappointing; if you've been on Disney's "It's a small world" you'll know what I mean.

This is documented in Aug 2017 but the factory looks fresh from 1817! Very disappointed to know all the money being pumped into Cadbury to experience a run down, lack of sign posted, lack of staff to direct us through the tour as we queued up for a long while not knowing what we were queuing up for. Me and my family had not enjoyed this experience. Maybe we had too high expectations of a magical experience. I blame Charlie and the chocolate factory film.

Really good place to go and visit, don't go in the restaurant because the service in there is slow you have to wait 1 hour for pizza and other food! Don't bother going in there it's trash!

Was a great day out - the kids had a lot of fun,. all staff were very friendly and helpful. Would have been nice to see a bit of the factory floor, but other than that it was really good. The flow of people was managed well by intermittent shows and stops etc so no super long queues even on a busy, rainy Sunday.

A great day out with the family: kids 1, 3 & 5 all loved it, good experiences for them and informative. Parking free and plentiful. A good amount of free chocolate thrown in with the ticket. No hidden charges; the ticket covered everything (except for photos from rides) Prices in the shop are also very good (better than high street/ supermarket).

I was appalled. I drove 4 hours and when I get there the guy tells me no more tickets. I came with 3 children and they were all so disappointed, so outrageous. My child walked up to asking if here was any other options, he still didnt budge. Staff not helpful, at all. I dont reccomend going there at all.

It was ok, my 6 year old enjoyed it, I personally think that there are better attractions in the area at a similar cost, I wouldnt be in a rush to return, the 4d cinema was definitely the highlight of the day for me.

We drove for 3 hours to get to Cadbury world.plenty of parking spaces and once in Birmingham it is very well sign posted. We had a booking for 13.10 but got in at 13.30. I was excepting to experience more of the production process. So seeing on film was disappointing. Photos were too expensive. We had booked hig h tea with the booking. Far too much food but they had boxes to take home. Great service. Friendly, helpful staff.

This is our 3rd visit. Recommend that you book online to insure a time slot as you can't turn up and expect to go in. We had discount rates as our party of 4 are over 60's, it was a bargain. Outdoor zone, 4D cinema, African Adventure Play area and just across the way is The Bournville Experience. This is a must, very interesting and educational. Main Tour, fascinating insight into the history of how it began. Free chocolate bars, chocolate with a selection of toppings of your choice. Green screen, photo back drops of your choice which you can purchase at the collection point.
Pre warning on the Cadabra Ride, there's a photo opportunity here. Get ready and in position at the count 5 as it takes the photo at 4-3 count. My Husband wasn't prepared! and you don't want to be disappointed! On your way out you find yourself going into the Cadbury Shop, this is your chance to buy lots of chocolates, reasonable prices and great souvenirs. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a great day. Well worth the money and visit.

Was an OK place, the queuing was the worst part, lots of long unorganised queues, and in comparison to a previous visit very little free chocolate!
Some good information and good rides.
Food wasn't great as they shut the majority of seating areas!
Lovely place but just beware!

Had great fun walking around the factory, several parts were very interesting. Plenty to keep kids occupied including interactive displays and a very sedate ride. Free chocolate included in the price is always a bonus too!

Haven't been for 20 years but this is now an amazing day out. kept us all busy with plenty to do and kids loved going on play area at end of day. Reasonably priced compared to some activities in this area and filled a whole day.

Such a fun experience! If you walk the paths outside the factory, you can smell the chocolate and it's heavenly.

I do think it could be better if they had a better selection of chocolates or chocolates that are more unique. They just sell chocolate which you can find in any supermarket. Furthermore, I think more chocolate samples could've been provided throughout the tour.

Nonetheless, it is worth experiencing and learning about the history of Cadbury.

A must visit attraction in birmingham. Take your kids to this giant factory where your all time favourite varieties of chocolate are made. You can treat yourself to a great tour around the place and learn the whole story about cadbury's history as well as try out some chocolate making yourself. Don't forget to buy a stack of your faves on the way out.

Great place! The girls loved the history and the free chocolate. The 4D experience was amazing and well worth the extra money and time to wait for it. There is a lot of walking so take comfy shoes but it is a history filled day with parks, chocolate and those pesky little cocoa beans.
