Excellent day out. Felt really safe and plenty of staff around to ensure social distancing. Lots to keep the children entertained too! Highly recommend.. but remember to take a bag with you for all your chocolate goodies!

Had an amazing time as we went round, the kids got to play with chocolate writing their names and trying to spread chocolate out on a table. We never managed to get into the 4D movie but we would definitely go back for another visit but be prepared to wait In line in busy times.

Excellent! we came as part of a groupon deal which made it great value. Lot's of free chocolate! Found the tour interesting and informative. 4 stars due to the factory part of the tour being out of action.

If you want a good half day out then I would seriously recommend Cadbury's World. The staff are always super friendly and helpful and full of information. There is a great 4D ride that keeps old and young children entertained as well as an outdoor playground. There are other smaller attractions and food counters. The Santa's grotto was really good so get yourselves over to Bournville but make sure you pre-book.

Fantastic day out followed by a lovely character cream tea. We were quite disappointed when we came two years ago but were very impressed with all the improvements made since then. Great work Cadbury

We took my 4 year old grandson this week, I had told him about going around the factory and getting samples, what I did not know is that it is no longer true.
We got stuck in front of the first cinema room for about 15 mins due to numbers, once through this boring area was the long walk around corridors with nothing to see.
My grandson enjoyed the car ride and the shop! This tour is no more than a theme park without rides and little or nothing to do with making chocolate, for young children it can be very boring, there needs to be an escape route for the young ones

Great for kids pre-teen. But for adults and older kids may find it a bit boring. My kids loved it though. There was a bit of queuing but time flowed due to enough to keep the kids occupied.

TL;DR: DONT GO TO THIS CRAPPY PLACE.

TL;DR: DONT GO TO THIS CRAPPY PLACE.

This was a terrible place and a pure letdown. They have useless stuff inside, and queues for them too. The 4D show was not good and you don't get any exclusive (dairy milk) chocolates there either.

I have been to Warner Bros in Abu dhabi and it's a similar concept, only that it is a 100 times better (believe me, it is).

I am being generous by giving it two stars.

Well being a big dairy milk fan, we came from London just to see Cadbury world, sadly it wasn't worth the effort. Disappointed. None of the machinery were working. It's says in bold NO PHOTOGRAPHY(I think cause if anyone posts the pictures online, no one will visit it anymore, it's that bad)
You get to know few googleable facts. To be honest if you don't have kids, it's not worth going.
I think the owners need to give it a proper makeover and make it more interactive for kids and adults both. i mean they have the space, only thing missing is a great mind to sort the place out.

Was a good day! Bit stressful getting around the first bit with two prams but soon eased off.
Some of it requires sitting down and paying attention which my son really struggled with but luckily it doesn't last long.

Cafe is expensive.
Gift shop is rather well priced!
Oh, someone in a previous review mentioned they'd waited 50 years to come and see Cadbury world. Well it's only opened since 1990. Which they'd know. If they'd been there.
We had a really good day here, great for all weather too. Alot of it is inside so if it's raining or cold fear not. There's also a large play area outside so if the sun's shining and the weather's great you dont feel like your cooped up indoors the whole day!

Didn't live up to expectations despite having lots of potential. Best parts of the visit were the chocolate-making and the 4D ride, other parts were average and frequently boring. Note that the first few stations were basically a dreary history recap with a few half-hearted gimmicks thrown in (weirdly vibrating chairs etc.) Worst of all is that the real production line segment, the highlight of the tour, was "closed for maintenance".

Have to admit that the free candy handed out at the start and the cup of hot chocolate given midway were pretty sweet tho! (pun not intended)

It was a decent family day out but quite frankly overrated and not worth the 2 hours we spent in the car to get there.

The experience starts with some history about cocoa, followed by a couple short interactive movies that were a great starts.

After that, we spent way too much time in the queues and do yourself a favour... don't wait 40 minutes for that "cadabra" ride... Really rubbish. The 4D experience outside was great though and there is also a decent playground to end the afternoon.

Dear Cadbury makers

Dear Cadbury makers
I am one of many who are extremely upset,
that your company would even consider, not selling
Cabury Eeggs at Easter.
Your company is claiming ,it is not selling Easter eggs
in fear of upsetting another nationality.
Well I don't know how much you know about Canadian history
but our country is made up of immigrants.
Since records in Canada have been kept Immigrants
have been coming here to live ,How do you think Canada"s population grew .
Lets see .
We are Irish , English, Scottish ,French Canadian, German , Australian ,
Swedish, and more.
So what make the New Immigrant race any different then use.

Nice place to visit with family. We expected to learn a lot more about the factory. But I guess this is our personal choice. There are play areas outside for kids which can be fun. But main attraction needs to be the factory.

Great for all ages! We go usually about once a year and there is almost always something different. There are various things to watch and see, some demonstrations and chances to draw your name in chocolate. You get 3 chocolate bars on your way around, you also get a small pot of melted chocolate which the kids always love. It is wheelchair accessible and there is now sign language available for all the videos. The 4D experience at the back is great but the que is long! It gets very busy so you are better booking an earlier time.
