I took my kitty to the vet today, and I was very happy with my experience!

Friendly front desk haven't met the vets yet I'm new to this area and just wanted to have a vet established

Cache Meadow has always given the best care possible to my dogs. I even had one that thought she was going on vacation when I took her there to be boarded. The staff there is so good to their customers. I've always felt my dogs are in great hands when they're there. Whether it's been for boarding, annual shots and check up, or a sick dog both my dogs and I have gotten great service and it doesn't matter what time of day or night; they care about your animals!!

Mario Durrant and his crew are the best. Even after moving 30 minutes away we still go here.

During pandemic, the lobby is closed, but the kind staff will come to your car to pickup your pet one at a time and bring them back with an invoice. Very kind, quick service, price was right, and taking good precautions. Highly recommended.

Cache meadow veterinarians are the best vets in the valley at the end of the day. They are by far the most reliable that s for sure. And they are not biased against anyone. They truly care about the well-being of the animals they serve.

Staff are welcoming and caring. I have been bringing my dogs here for years. The vets are great to take the time and listen to any concerns you may have and answer all your questions. Years ago when I had to put my first dog down of ten years, cache meadow handled it with such care and respect. I was extremely comforted in one of the hardest times if my life. Highly recommend, always!

Very good customer service. Because of Covid19 we couldn't go inside. We were told to call once we arrived and were met at our car within in a minute. The vet followed up with a phone call and spent time answering my questions without making me feel rushed. I'm new to the area and feel this will be my puppy's new place to always go.

Best veterarian I have ever used. They can get your pet in quickly and the prices are fair as well.

This vet is so amazing, they not only care for our fur babies, but they make sure us owners. They have save 2 cats due to complication, and they have held our hands when we have had lay our babies to rest. They have been absolutely the best vet. Thank you for doing what you do, your compassion.

Dr. Durrant and his wonderful team would get TEN STARS if that were an option! Not only did my little dog receive excellent surgical care, which included extra TLC care after her surgery, but all her follow appts provided excellent guidelines for her full recovery. The clinic also provided "last minute" kenneling for all my critters so I could take care of a serious family matter. What an answer to prayer that was!! We have found our Vet home!

Nice staff, never feel pressured and pricing is fair.

I had to get 2 cats in before we moved and they were able to get them both in same day at the same time! Both of my cats needed shots and 1 had rapid weight loss that I was concerned about. The entire staff was so nice and helpful even though my younger cat gets VERY angry. (Sorry!) The Vet did blood work and after the diagnosis he gave me all the options and went over all of them in detail to help me make the best decision for our furbaby. Thank you Cache Meadow!!

We took our small dog there on a referral from a friend. They took GREAT care of our dog and us. I recommend this place to anyone.

Great vets and techs who really do care about your animals as well as the owners.

We have been going here for years, our cats are geriatric now and the staff and Vets are knowledgeable and friendly, we really appreciate how well they take care of pets!

Cache Meadows is our go-to vet clinic. The doctors and staff are very caring, helpful, and accommodating. They have helped us through difficult decisions and good times. Particularly wonderful is the option to pay for a home visit when it is time to say goodbye to a pet. Having them at home for that last moment means a great deal.

We love everything about Cache Meadow Veterinary Clinic! Dr. Durrant is our vet for both our dog, Ten Speed, and our cat, Patches. Ten Speed looks forward to going in each month for his monthly exam, followed by a treat. And the staff is great - so friendly & caring. You guys are the best!

They take amazing care of your pets never had a bad time there they are respectful when it's your pets final day. They just treat your pets so freaking great

Im going to be very careful writing this review, because I think reviews are a good opportunity for companies and businesses to improve their service, not an opportunity to bash what may be a perfectly wonderful and and amazing business.

That being said, we just moved here from Arizona and when our little Chihuahua seemed to be choking and struggling to breath we took her to a couple places in town. Most needed appointments and couldn't see us immediately , Cache Meadow was no different, which is fine, but while trying to be seen we were told it sounded like our dog didn't have any obstruction, but kennel cough which was going around from people bringing their pets from out of state unvaccinated and was highly contagious. At this point our dog actually started hacking in distress again and someone from the lobby who had heard this exchange started asking if it was safe for their pet there. I understand the concern for a highly contagious virus and the possibility of it spreading, but we felt horrible. We were worried for our dog, and now felt like typhoid Mary...and at this point our dog hadn't been examined or looked at by anyone except the girl at the counter. We ended up leaving and securing an appointment at another place where she was examined in the car to be sure she didn't have kennel cough and then treated inside when it was determined she didn't.

I have really appreciated my experience with all the people at Cache Meadows. They are friendly and professional. They have all gone out of there way for me.

Compassionate professionals. I've had/have three pets with them over the past 28 years.

Dr. Kemp is the best vet i have been to in the valley. Very caring and considerate. Will answer all your questions and give you time.

You will not find a vet anywhere in Utah with the skills and kindness that will compare to Dr Durrant . Thanks Doc for all your help over the years . John

Cache Meadow Vet Clinic is the BEST! I first met Drs. Durrant and Kemp when I relocated to northern UT from southern CA in 2010. I had recently adopted a retired racing greyhound, and he demonstrated some distressing symptoms just following my relocation. The Cache Meadow team promptly diagnosed my dog with chronic kidney disease, and did a fantastic job guiding me through the management process of this challenging illness. I'm happy to report that my dog is still going strong five years past his initial diagnosis.

In 2011, I relocated from Logan to Salt Lake City. Throughout the 3 years I lived in the city, I made the commute from SLC to Logan, multiple times per year, specifically to see the veterinarians in this clinic. Drs. Durrant and Kemp are exemplary. My dog owes his life to their compassionate care.

I am now in veterinary school, albeit pursuing a different specialty than companion animal medicine. The team at Cache Meadow gave me an excellent model to emulate. If I were still living in the state, I'd continue to make the drive to patronize the business. Their prices are very reasonable for the industry, and the veterinarians never oversell services that aren't absolutely required to diagnose a pet's ailment.

I HIGHLY recommend this practice. I have complete confidence in the veterinarians and support staff, and know that they'll take excellent care of your pets- as if they were family.

The staff was friendly enough but I took my kitten on on Monday for her shots and a check up because she hadn't been doing well. The vet didn't seem to care and by Thursday she was dead. I came to them specifically for worms and the vet didn't check for them and now she has died from round worms.

Edit: while I'm still very distressed about the loss of my kitten, I went into the vet and talked to them about it, and the manager helped me to understand better what happened and told me a bit more about what I should do if this situation ever happens again, and due to the friendliness of the manager and how he helped me understand better on what actually happened I feel more comfortable bringing my future pets back.

Dr. Miller is great. He always answers all my questions and is so patient with my German Shepherds. I would highly recommend him.

They are by far the best vet I've ever had. Every member of their staff is really caring, empathetic, and patient with the animals. When my cat had to stay there because he was too sick to come home, they were very helpful and let me come and visit him. Additionally, I have never been "sold" any medications or procedures that I wasn't already anticipating or didn't see the need for. If I had a question about why something was necessary they were happy to explain it to me in as much detail as my type-A brain needed. If you're unsure of where to take your furry family members, take them here. They treat you like family and will take care of your pet like it's their own. I can't say enough about how great this place is.

Do not be fooled by positive reviews. There are far more disgruntled pet parents that I have talked to about this clinic than what you will read about here. Ask your friends and neighbors for the truth. This vet is the worst in town. Everything from the moment I walked in was not handled well, the surgery was botched and had to be fixed elsewhere. My baby was in pain for weeks! They did not do standard xrays after surgery and sure enough part of a tooth remained and got infected. I complained to staff, doctors and office manager about my treatment and although they promised to improve, I know from a friend that this place still remains the same. Do not trust them. Nothing they say or do can make up for the loss of a pet or their pain.

Superb business and the lowest pricing around! I just simply love everybody that works there!!

I thought all the staff was great. We needed our cat to be seen that day, on a Saturday and they were able to get us in. They definitely are on the more expensive side compared to other vets in cache valley though.

These guys were great. Reasonable pricing. Quick and to the point. Didn't try to do extra unneeded procedures to make the bill go up. They were awesome.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They aren't pushy or try and guilt you into services you may not want or can afford.

Service and prices are good but we tend to wait a long time in the waiting room before getting back. Typically 20 to 30 min after scheduled appt.

Wouldn't recommend this place they don't listen to their customers about concerns. Then when the issue arises where it is a issue they act supprised because they didnt listen. If I could give this place a -100 I would. Please if you have pets take them elsewhere.

They take great care of my animals, and the services don't feel overpriced.

I love CM. Their vets are kind and patient. They understand budgets and necessities don't always meet up and they work hard to help you out. My doggo has a rare noncancerous tumor in his jaw a d tge have gone above and beyond to help me understand and treat him well as well as have realistic expectations for outcomes. I really appreciate all they do.

The vets there are awesome! Very knowledgeable! I love the staff up front. They are amazing to work with you and you can tell that they truly care for animals!!

Overall this place is great. They do an excellent job on my dog s regular checkups/prescriptions. They are really knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. It s a great all around veterinarian which I d definitely recommend checking out. I ve been to this vet more so than any other over the course of my dogs 14 years and counting because they are just easy to work with and helpful.

They answered the phone promptly (art just a couple rings) and they scheduled an appointment that worked with my schedule. The nurse and doctor that looked at our kitty were helpful, gentle and informative. The clinic was clean and tidy.

After spending hundreds of dollars at a different vet, I had an intense need for a more affordable but reliable and high quality care. I called this vet at night and was written down to come in the next day. The day after that I came in to have my dogs stitches fixed, the vet took the time to use a different stitching style and put the extra care into making my baby feel more comfortable and heal easier. I can't be more grateful for a vet like this. They have gone out of their way to make sure I can pay for the care my dog desperately needed . I'm definitely coming back!

They aren't fair with pricing and charged extra for things not needed, they overdosed my cat on anesthesia and her scar became accessed. Go to Black Smith Fork vet in Hyrum. They're much better!

Had a very good experience with the Cache Meadow. It was the least stressful experience we could remember our cat having with a vet, and we left having spent notably less than we expected. No one pushed us toward anything we didn't need.

Took our dog to get an exam and current vaccinations. It was super quick, the staff were friendly to us and to our (anxious) dog, and they were straightforward with their process. Really bummed that we couldn't accompany our dog (due to COVID-19) to help him stay calm, but it worked out in the end.

This is one of the best vets I ve been to. Recently I ve had a few vet visits for my cats, from routine to emergency for sutures on an injured cat. They fit me right in and took great care of my animals. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The vets are friendly, helpful, and always willling to take a minute to answer questions. The waiting room and exam rooms are nice and clean as well. Some vet offices smell badly due to all the animals, but at this office the make a conscious effort to eliminate odors. I first found Cache meadows when I adopted a kitten and needed her spayed. I have since recommended them to all my family and they use Cache meadow for all their vet care also.

Hard day at the vet. Said goodbye to our amazing farm dog. Dr. Durrant and all of his staff were amazing. They really comforted us and our dog during the hard visit at their office.

These guys have always been willing to see our pets for urgent issues the moment they can, and have always been compassionate and friendly. The vets are great with the animals, and always compliment them (which is always a great thing to do so pet owners feel like they are doing a good job). I highly recommend this clinic!!!!! Also, their boarding rates are very reasonable!

I took my cat in to be seen for a bump on her throat. We were taken back promptly, and the vet examined her gently. He explained that the bump was actually her larynx, and that she was fine.

My cat has strong feelings about being touched and has been known to nip, but everyone treated her respectfully and she behaved very well.

I think we've found our new vet.

These guys are great and really care about your pets and how to make them better

I took my dog to Dr. Miller this morning. He treated our sick dog with such kindness and he was so gentle with her. He ran a blood test and told us our options as well as his opinion when I asked what we should do. Unfortunately we had to put her to sleep this morning and it's so heartbreaking to write this review right now but I would like everyone to know this vet was amazing. He did not try to give us expensive suggestions only told us all the options available and her probable survival rate. I would recommend him to everyone I know. He was so thoughtful and made sure our pet was put to rest with her dignity and as comfortable as he could make her as well as us

Called for after hours emergency surgery. Got a call back fairly quickly, got in and got the help needed.
Very grateful to still have my buddy. Excellent service.

Good if you need a place for your pet to stay but they always find shots your pet has to have to run up the cost.

They were understanding and patient with us. They didn't force treatments on us or try to take advantage of the situation. We have been incredibly happy with our care here. This is the place to go in Cache Valley.

They were nice and treated us like we were important to them.

Great knowledgeable service, very reasonable pricing, and always has been able to get me in quickly. I live 40 min away, but will still make the drive because these guys haven't disappointed me or my dogs.
