While the product features are great the service of Microsoft in Hong Kong is pathetic and abysmal to say it politely. There is absolutely no place to get your product replaced or checked even if it s under warranty. All helplines yield no result (no answer) and the online tool is a piece of junk. I regret spending my hard earned money buying a MS product without doing some research on their local after sales. While I ve given 1 Star I wish there was a lower rating I could give to express my dissatisfaction.

Put on hold for 30 secs then call just drops out multiple times

Phoned their HK head office to find where I could physically go to look at the latest mobiles - the communications barrier was exhausting and I hang up despairingly as it was not going anywhere. The person did say to just go online and by it from their online store as they didn't have a list of retailers - i expected that as i had been to all the major tech outlets in HK and they were not interested when asking about MS phone.

I seriously like the phone having had the 640XL for 18 months - MS needs to pick up its game and stamp its authority on this market as its a great phone, but clearly retailers like fortress and broadway are not interested in pushing this product probably because of the marketing kickbacks from sumsung and the like. MS should have better people in HK to get this product the exposure it deserves

A place not for tourist to go , need card to go if take elevator

This place is just an office. There is no tech support or product here. So, when I was sent here by Al from chat, to exchange my faulty Surface, I was met with blank looks. There is no service centre in HK. It took me 2.5 hrs to get to Cyberport using public transport. Not happy. In the end I booked a service/exchange online and someone came and got my computer. All my emails were in Chinese, so I had little idea what was happening, but the computer was replaced and it only took a week. I guess it came from China? Not sure. Love my new Surface though and no problems yet. Very stressful situation as my remote tertiary course was coming to an end and I had work to submit.

The location is more remote. From the MTR to the minibus or bus, there is a sea view. The office is beautifully decorated.

Do not buy Surface and Surface Pro hardware in Hong Kong. They don't have a service center in Hong Kong, and their customer service hotline center is in China, and in the unfortunately case if you need to escalate the enquire, they only have Mandarin speaking Chinese.

So Hong Kong people please don't buy Microsoft Surface hardware.

DO NOT buy anything from their HK online store. Bought Win10 ISO online and the download link couldn't work for days. All hotline were dead ends. Finally spoke to HUMAN after 3 days and given key by email. Then the download link they gave wouldn't work - all directed me to WRONG versions of Win10 that don't match with the key. Finally figured out on my own how and downloaded correct ISO from a US/UK Microsoft site that works with the key. TWO DAYS later I got a reply from their CS who again gave me some misguided advice which I didn't need anymore. BEWARE

Newly design office for staff to work in a more flexible setting. Seminars and workshops have been conducted in the conference room. You can enjoy refreshment and take a seat to relax and take a break to view the beautiful sea view near the big windows.

Working environment, first-class equipment, good working environment

Closing time is mentioned for 7:pm but when I visited at 6:30 then nobody was president. It s really very disappointing that I traveled all the way for 30 km and it was closed by the time I reached. Didn t expect such things from Microsoft.

No service centers in HK for MICROSOFT SURFACEPRO4. So they can t solve any hardware problems you encounter. Shockingly bad!

Absolutely useless. I have been on the so-called help line for hours. Fortunately local telephone call are free in Hong Kong. Nothing. I the live chat was no help whatsoever because they sent me back to the same phone number. Useless. Great products. Absolutely no service. Buy Apple.
