The fair was fun.

Looking forward to next year.

Went for a flower expo. They had great parking and it was a nice facility, very clean.

My son was in a wheelchair this year round due to surgery on his leg and the ride operators were super friendly and helpful when it came to helping him get on/off the rides.

Great variety of vendors with a lot of specials. Lots of rides and games but very pricey. Love the fair food!

Very small place. Food high. A lot of AC in buildings only reason I gave 3 stars.

I've been going to the fair every year since I was born. I love the place, I love the people, and I look forward to seeing all my fair friends and family every year.

Always something new to see at the fair. Cracker country is a wealth of enlightening experiences!!

Great time plenty of things to do and see, and plenty of fair food me and my wife enjoy

Went for the bug RV show. When I say big, I mean big! 6 hours to walk, talk and see entire show. Next year have more areas for shade and place to sit.

Great food, rides, vendors, etc. Very nice outing for couples or families

Enjoyed a round trip on the Sky Tram as many colorful evening lights began lighting up the Fair!

Went to the TV show. Very accommodating to our needs with a golf cart ride back to our truck. Fun time! Can't wait to go to the Florida State Fair coming up.

I understand that people working the rides at the fair are always on the move but this experience was the worst. Rude, took tickets for my son to ride and then he changed his mind and was too scared (he's 4) but the ride worker did not give me my tickets back. $3 worth of tickets and my son didn't even pass the threshold.

The pork leg was terrible...I had fun the people was friendly

This was our first visit here and we were looking for a replacement for the Big E in Massachusetts. Sure enough, this venue met our expectations as the replacement. Very BIG, lots of food, rides, Midway activities and shows to see. Overall a very, very good time. We will return.

Could use upgrades to security, parking and flood issues.

Went for high school graduation. Sound could have been better but the audience was talking to each other making it hard to hear.

Have a great time every year plus we have a great hibiscus show

State fair - great as always but parking was a nightmare. They parked us so we were blocked in when we wanted to leave and had to press our luck thru a ditch!

Attended the 35th FL RV Show. Parking fee is not exempted for 100% Permanent &Totally Disabled Veterans. This was my first visit to the Fairgrounds and I must say it was awesome. Restrooms were clean as was all of the grounds inside and outside. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. Plenty of food vendors. RV Show was amazing with all of the Manufacturers and vendors available. I'm looking forward to next years event. Best place to purchase an RV.

I attended the Comedy Get Down very accommodating for the event

Fairgrounds seem to be well kept up. Parking lot is somewhat tricky to navigate when exiting. Good venue for trade shows.

Largest carnival midway of any fair in the United States!

Very overcrowded. Over priced food. One funnel cake vendor was sorting through the garbage with the same spatula he used to make the funnel cake. We arrived early hoping for shorter lines but then the ride operators would make us sit in the sun in the heat until enough people arrived to fill the ride...we sat for half an hour at the Enterprise ride before they would start it and the operators were rude and told us to get off if we didn't want to wait...so you are still stuck waiting even if you get there early. Your best value is the souvenir cup which is refillable for $3

It was good. I went on $2 dollar Tuesday. I am so glad that they have this. If you have a family of 4, it's way more affordable. Thank you

I have been to the fair almost every year since I was a small child. I love being able to see all the livestock and feed the giraffes. The food options are endless even if they are terrible for you. I love riding rides, although it seems like a lot of them are too much for people to handle. Can definitely be a pricey night out, but the nostalgia is all worth it for me.

Our family loves the fair! Great food, games, vendors and loads of fun

Parking was overpriced; however staff was pleasant.

Loved this place,was the Tampa Fair,loved the craft show music and food.

I showed a chicken here and he came back with mites and lice BAD.

Had a great time. Go on the 2 dollar day it was the best time to go.

Awesome experience. The only sour part was the fresh squeeze lemonade.....it was just a lemon squeezed into sugar water. I didnt taste any lemons.

Went to the woodworking show, great facility and very clean.

They not only host the fair, but many other venues like trade shows and home and rv shows.

Why dont they accept credit catds for parking and events. We are past 1990

Florida RV show. Fantastic show with over a thousand TVs to choose from. Picked out a B+.

Florida state fair was a cluster-f as far as parking lot and security goes. The RV show did a much better job. I'm in a wheelchair, a manual one without a motor, and they wouldn't let fiancee drop me off closer and informed us there was NO handicap parking. Tho we explained the situation with having the wheelchair and the service dog, they stuck us out in a big grass field. Not impressed with the food layout either. Could not find any of the vendors who had the top 5 fair foods to try, and no one we asked that worked there knew where they were. All in all, I wouldn't waste money going to this fair ever again. Oh, and FYI a letter to the lady who runs it got ZERO email response either, so apparently feedback doesn't mean squat either...

There are so many opportunities to visit. Fairs, conventions, concerts....

We were there for the Summer RV Show. Always a great place for events. Parking easily accessible from the Interstate.

Don't like this fair at all.. You'd think, since it's a state fair, it would be a larger version of a regular fair, but based on the content they have, my small hometown fair in New York was better than this. Not only that, but their security is so rude. We weren't allowed to bring our water in (despite other fairs allowing it), we didn't know that, but the security treated it like we had automatic rifles and we were going to shoot up the place or something. I really dislike this fair and doubt I will ever go back unless they start adding more variety and actually making it THE fair of Florida and not just another small town fair.
