Came here for Caribana party on August 5th.
First of all, it took us 40 mins to get inside in the bottle service line. We had a cabana, and so did a lot of people, but logistics didn't exist. They had 1 girl verifying the bottle service line, which caused a huge bottle neck to occur. I don't understand how it took them 40 mins to get people inside. While the general admission line had no line. They need a better system on how to handle large crowds of people coming in. This was a preplanned event, where they had an ample amount of time to prepare for.
Secondly, I wasn't able to go back into the establishment to use the bathroom. I had existed the place, and need to use the bathroom. After asking several times to security to allow me to please use the bathroom, they refused and told me to use a disgusting porta potty that was outside the venue that had feces and water flowing out of it onto the ground. I understand that you may have a no re-entry policy, but some human decency should be exercised. A patron that had paid for bottle service and spent a good amount of money there isn't able to re-enter to use the bathroom is ridiculous. Poor business practice, no business that wants repeat business would treat their customers this way. Cabana is so pretentious, don't waste your time!
