I loved Buenos Aires and the aparment I stayed with ByT. It was one on Charcas and Laprida streets , the landlord was very nice and all the procedure to rent the apartment with ByT was excellent. They help me since I was choosing where to stay, they resolve all my doubts and they were very kind. The apartment was very clean when I show-up. I will recommend ByT to my friends :) !
We absolutely enjoyed staying at this apartment! The owners were very helpful and gracious. The location is central and convenient to the subway and points of interest. The apartment is beautiful, filled with artwork and natural light, nicely appointed, spacious, and extremely clean. We would try to book it again if we are fortunate enough to return to BA. The apartment made a wonderful visit even more enjoyable.
With ByTArgentina I rented an apartment for 1200 USD a month, but after a long trip and when we arrive at times not possible we do not really want to start checking everything and I signed everything and gave my money. Once the representative left and I went to bed I noticed that the pillowcases were not clean and the day after the big day I could see that the household had not been done , I found glasses and cutlery covered with dirt., I had to do a cleaning the day after my arrival. Fortunately a week later there was the passage of the housekeeper. The mattress was not very comfortable either. For a month I did not sleep very well, which is not always very funny! The cutlery was of very poor quality as if we rented an apartment at this price to come to picnic for a month! The floors of the apartment had not been cleaned for some time. In fact nothing guarantees you to receive a clean and equipped apartment decently. And now I can confirm that in the comments, once the stay is over, we can not say anything negative, your comment is simply deleted !!!!! And in the news I saw that they solved the issue by not posting comments at all. So how can potential tenants know what to expect if these reviews are not posted. Conclusion, if you go through ByT Argentina beware, you may have some unpleasant surprises on arrival.

I love Buenos Aires and have visited many times but this company truly ruined my last trip there. I stayed with my parents in a great (altho expensive) apartment in Palermo Viejo and I had to fly back early to London..my parents went to Iguacu so I arranged with ByT to leave the keys at the office and for one of their staff to meet my parents at the apartment to let them in when they returned. They never showed. My parents were forced to find a hotel at 11pm at night and when I called them to raise this they denied knowledge of this arrangement even though I had emails to prove it! They were aggressive and rude and I would never use them again and recommend nobody else does. One of the members of staff (male) was also extremely unprofessional with his behaviour. Do not use this company if you are staying in Buenos Aires which is otherwise a beautiful city in a beautiful country.

We made a short term let of a flat with this agency. We were uninformed that the flat was right next door to a building site and most mornings we were woken up as early as 7 am by the works. The volume was so loud one could not have a conversation in the flat.
The agency made an effort to hide this from us as they only let us move into the flat in the afternoon of our arrival after the works had finished for the day. As we signed the lease we would never have expected it to be this unpleasant.
Almost ruined our holiday and would not recommend this agency to anyone.
