We made a short term let of a flat with this agency. We were uninformed that the flat was right next door to a building site and most mornings we were woken up as early as 7 am by the works. The volume was so loud one could not have a conversation in the flat.

The agency made an effort to hide this from us as they only let us move into the flat in the afternoon of our arrival after the works had finished for the day. As we signed the lease we would never have expected it to be this unpleasant.

Almost ruined our holiday and would not recommend this agency to anyone.
