Atlas Pools and Spas Review

Can t say enough nice things about the store manager Joe. He went above and beyond his job to help me out after a few issues with installers.
Sales staff was also great my wife left another local pool company who didn t seem too interested in giving her any information I had asked her to get. She went to Atlas and was greeted by Glen who provided all the information we needed.
I am beyond satisfied. Your company has earned a loyal customer for life! Thank you Joe!

Horrible service waited a half an hr just to by shock. And it was overpriced

I love this place. They installed my pool and have lots of pool supplies. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with them. I spent 45 grand on a pool. Hands down the worst decision I have made. Rude unprofessional and nothing more then a Ponzi scheme. I contracted them after my friend had his pool done by them he had nothing but high regards for the builder Alex, I thought he would be building mine as well. Long story short alex doesn t work there anymore though he is still on their website. I believe he started his own company; maintenance or work that needs to be done on my pool will be done by him, not these clowns.

Stay as far away from this pool company and their "preferred vendors" as possible. Zero sense of urgency. Excuse after excuse after excuse after excuse. It became comical as the days, weeks, and months have passed and never once said "I am sorry". Hard to believe they are in business still.

Glenn was wonderful. Very helpful. Kept my spa for over a month while I was getting my backyard done. Called to let me know that I can take my time. As soon as I was ready for my Spa. It was delivered properly very respectfully and very professional.

Horrible service and company, they promise you the stars and don't deliver. Manager Donna Schulten is as rude and unprofessional as it gets. Would not recommend them for anything. Plenty of other local pool places to choose and more reliable.

Everyone at this store is so helpful and knows what they're talking about. I drive 30 mins to this pool store because it is the only one i could find where the employees actually try to help. I never had a pool before and had a million questions when opening the pool at my house this year and everyone was so extremely helpful and nice

Dont waste your time at walmart or target or any other place for pool supplies. Great people and great advise.

The girls at the front were extremely helpful! Got what I needed and they explained the process to clear up my pool. Very knowledgeable.

Had to get a part for my pump. Good service. In and out

I wanted to reopen my pool, the boss was extremely hard to contact. They never return calls. They did not communicate with us what day they would come back. They did not communicate with each other about what to do next with our pool. We waited two months for them to reopen our pool when they promised a week it would be opened. They never finished the job nor called for an update. Would not recommended.

Atlas Pool was extremely helpful with the instillation of a new liner in my parents in ground pool. The pool was not originally purchased from them but that did not matter. I still received excellent customer service and the installers were very tidy and kind. Thank you again for all your help!!!

Really helpful, friendly staff. They also have a 10% military discount, thanks guys! Great prices on chemicals too, better or as good as Amazon. And they will test your pool/spa water for free to let you know exactly what you'll need to add to it.

Tom, Joe and the rest of the Atlas team are very friendly and knowledgeable. They put my pool in and I ve gotten NUMEROUS complements regarding the installation. I drive 20 minutes to get to their store... but it s worth it.
