Great burgers at a good price and a literally overwhelming selection of beers
Great concept but a bit over engineered. Cheese Curd Burger felt and tasted processed and the patty melt was good but again had the markings of corporate influence. Was hoping for a more of a down and dirty burger place experience. Waitress was efficient but did not act naturally friendly. Was not a bad place...but not memorable either.
This place has the best burger I've eaten... EVAR, and you know how when you find a certain place, that has a certain food that was really good, but the next time you order it, it's overdone or underdone or burnt or whatever... Not with this place. I've been there about a dozen times, and I always order the same thing, and they've never disappointed me! FYI, my order is: MBC Grind build your own burger Pepper jack cheese Over easy egg Onion straws Chipotle ranch. YUMMY!
Good beer and great burgers. No complaints here. I had the peanut butter and hot jelly burger. Pretty solid burger if you like a bit of spice. Always sub for the sweet potato fries too. Can't go wrong.
Friendly service, delicious food, and lots of beer varieties on tap. It was very reasonable prices It was a nice casual relaxed atmosphere. Great for just kicking back with friends, or bring the family for a great meal spot.
My waitress Lyndsey was awesome!! She said she only had two weeks left, very unfortunate for them. She was very helpful, accomadating and friendly. Place was busy and good atmosphere. The hostesses were underwhelming and not super friendly or memorable. The cheese curds were okay but the burger was AMAZING. the hangover burger, yuuuum.
Was a little disappointed, ordered the piled high Reuben and it was far from piled high. Was pretty small. The fried pickles were good and good margarita but the bloody mary.....well three of us tried the one and couldnt drink it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will go back and try a burger or something else and see how that goes.
I was pleasantly surprised! Nice atmosphere, not cluttered with a lot of junk on the walls simple and clean. The cheese steak sandwich was very good, although it maybe could have been better with a few more jalapenos. The service was very attentive and quick. The prices were in line with similar places. It is a place worth trying out. I will be back.

Food was delicious. And the highlight was our wait person, Dylan. He w as s friendly, took our order efficiently (10 people), ensured that one of our group didn't get any gluten because she is allergic, brought sundaes for the childten (one turned four today), and simply made our visit wonderful. Kudos to Milwaukee Burger and to Dylan!! And thank you!

New Year's Eve 2019....For a packed house we waited barley 15 minutes when we were told 30-45 minute wait. The staff was super friendly and on top of everything. Not one was just standing around. They truly looked like a team. The food was excellent and fast. We were still working on appetizers when our order came out. Lucky enough to meet a staff member that is also a fellow Service member. We felt welcomed and appreciated. Great atmosphere and a damn descent Bloody. We highly recommend MBC Hudson, WI.
Burgers were amazing, fries were out of this world, good beer selection. Joanna was very friendly, and i didn't catch her name, but there was an older gal that was sweet as could be. Will be back again

This place is amazing... might be one of my new go to for beers, staff was super inviting, beer was on point, just wish it was closer to my house.
Highly recommend coming to this restaurant for extremely delicious burgers. Plenty of options for the whole family! I highly recommend trying the cheese curds sampler, but make sure you're hungry because these curds are huge and absolutely delicious! Really great prices, my boyfriend and I stopped here for dinner and we got an appetizer, 2 entrees, 2 alcoholic drinks, and spent less than $50 before tip (also during happy hour) What an amazing deal!!
We pre-ordered for a large hockey group! It was after a night game and we wanted to get the girls fed and back to the hotel! MBC did just that... food was all ready, labeled and on tables just as girls arrived! Best hockey dinner experience ever!! Plus they LOVED the food and the staff was great too!
Really awesome burgers, but I had the five chicken wings and onion rings fabulous with a spotted cow !!!

Good food, the Bloody Mary mix they use is meh but everything else is fantastic. The service is great too. We were accidently forgotten when we were seated last time so they comped our cheese curd sampler, we wouldnt have asked since things just happen. Everyone has always been friendly and this is the first time that has happened to us. We will still go back!
We had a large group we tried multiple burgers and cheese curds the service was great the food delicious luckily as the wait was ridiculously long to get a table we almost left

We visit Milwaukee Burger Co. quite often, and just ordered wings and curds for take out tonight. Awesome enough to spark me to leave a review. Both were cooked perfectly and were delicious! Give the wing chef some bonus points. Pick up was also easy.
You definitely will not leave hungry, great food full of flavor. Their bloodies are a must try. Great place to get some greasy hangover food.
We played a board game and enjoyed drinks and apps here! It was super fun and the cheese curd sampler and tots were delicious!

We were in the area and looking for a place to eat. I saw the fantastic reviews and decided to try it out. Though the food was good, I don't know of it stood out more than any other good burger place I have been to. The fries were extremely tasty! Good but I am not sure it is worth the 60 minute wait people were being told.
Wow, the cider was great, the dips and sauces were creative and tasty, I loved my chocolate PB milkshake, and it was one of the best mushroom burgers ever!!

Very busy place. We're new to the area, trying out different things. The wait was an hour and a half, to be expected in this post covid-19 new world. We went to get gas, stopped into walmart, got a coffee and came back. Still waited quite a bit, but totally worth it. The waiter was very nice and helpful. Made sure we were able to try some of their many beers before we decided. And explained many of the little menu details. Food was amazing!! And came out really quick which was surprising with the wait times they had. This is easily going to be one of our favorite regular places.
Prompt, friendly staff. One of the best burgers I have had. I highly recommend the cheese curd sampler! Going to gain way too much weight trying all the different burgers over time!! ;-)

Immediate seating. Excellent service, very friendly. Felt it was a bit to greasy. There was 4 of us & everyone liked their cheeseburgers. My Patty melt was actually dry tasting & my Cajun fries were limp & slightly under cooked. Onion rings to much batter and cheddar cheese curds tasted horrible but loved the other flavors. Long Island ice tea regular & berry were very good. Atmosphere is loud & like a sports bar so don't go there expecting to having any good conversations. Our waitress, Alyssa gave us a 5 star experience with 3 star food.
This was my 2nd attempt here. The first time was a disaster... food was really late and cold. Burgers were cooked wrong but service was honest and helpful. Second time was better, not top performance but better. They did just open this year, so I'll give em a break. Our server forgot our app but the food was much better and the bartender made a way strong drink and he watched us drink it to see how we would respond. He saw us pucker and came over and fixed it for us. It was a great response:) thanks

Seriously a great place to get a fantastic burger! Great menu. I really want to come back here because everything on the menu sounds and looks delicious! The cheese curd appetizer was awesome. Highly recommend! If you're looking to throw back a frosty one, they have a heck of a beer selection to choose from. I hope this helps. Cheers.
so when i called in to make a to-go order, the guy who answered and said i have to transfer you to the bar, i waited 7 min before i hung up, i called back and said would like to make a to-go order, guy said i will transfer you to the bar we cant do to-go orders here, i said well last time i got transferred i waited 7 min for the bar to pickup and no one did, so finally after 2 more min a lady picked up and said i can help you, i said great are your ready now for the order and her reply was "are your ready now" with a rude tone. i have not eaten there yet so that will be my next review. wish me luck.
The cheese curds were to big that they lost their taste. The boneless chicken wings were not any good.i guess I should have tried a burger. Way to many TVs. Music was over the top load. It is not enjoyable when you can not hear the people at the table or the waitress. I will not return or recommend this place.

Burgers were decent. For how many taps on, could have been the least diverse menu ever. Lite beer, ipa, sour and too many big stouts. Won't return till they figure out this menu. Also, no local brews like pitchfork and Oliphant. Subpar at best
Tryed for second time food was better than first time but service still slower than swamp watter could have sold another round of beers and maybe desert but didn't have another hour or so to wait and were never asked if we wanted more probably won't be a third try

First time here and ordered "The Steakhouse" burger. It was one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. We also ordered the cheese curd sampler for an appetizer and was also very tasty. Service was excellent and prices were very reasonable. Will definitely eat here again when in the area.
The cheese curds were amazing! Cheese curds on your burger is a whole new level of delicious! They were also extremely accommodating to my food allergy. We will be back for sure.
