Buxton Properties, Inc. Review

Buxton Properties was a great landlord when I rented from them and took care of any issues in a quick manner. They were professional and kept good lines of communication. Highly recommended!

I am afraid to say that the manager of this company has a sex offender working as her maintenance man and is sending him to peoples homes who may have children and also he has keys to some of the homes that michelle buxton manages I do not know if she is breaking any laws but she has definitely changed my belief in property management should be property endangerment. I should say there are dsex offenders and then there are sex predators the person working for this company is a sex predator with numerous offenses and convictions

I have had a great experience with Buxton Properties. The team is full of integrity, they go the extra mile, and they have great work ethic.

6 wks. And i have not recieved my security deposit. 17 phone calls & she lied that she sent the check twice. My son and i are on disabilty and this is what michelle did. Now im calling the news! Put you in the hall of shame

Michelle has provided fantastic service, both as a property manager and as a realtor. For several years, she worked diligently to keep our property rented at an appropriate price, and she leveraged her experience, wisdom and expertise, as well as her long-term relationships with contractors and other professionals, to keep the property in appropriate condition. After we decided to sell, Michelle worked hard to market the property, including open houses and walk-throughs, and kept us constantly updated. When we signed a contract to sell, she was again on hand with her experience and expertise and worked long hours to make sure closing occurred timely. This was all done with a spirit of professionalism and dedication. I wholeheartedly recommend Michelle and her company for all property management and realty needs!

Michelle and Brian Buxton are the WORST property mangment and human beings I have EVERY experienced. As a tenet I witnessed them withhold other tenets security deposit, knowing and allowing a fugitive from another state live on their Gulf Blvd property putting other tenets at risk. They hire a maintenance worker that is a known sex offender, they perform work in units with no permits by the City of Indian Rocks Beach and hire unlicensed electricians, plumbers etc to do their work and they do absolutely nothing to keep building looking nice. Lastly they remodeled an entire unit on Gulf Blvd with absolutely no permits by The City IRB or licensed workers

To any prospective tenants my advice is to stay completely clear of the Michelle and Brian Buxton owners of Buxton Properties and ANY properties they oversee. They lie about EVERYTHING Michelle tries to intimidate her tenants by fabricating falsehoods via e-mails etc. If you're stupid enough to rent from Buxton Properties despite the collaborating reviews be prepared to live with fugitives and convicted felons as your neighbors, sex offender maintenance worker who will have keys to your unit and unlicensed maintenance team. I suggest any tenant seeing this sign below check with City of Indian Rock immediately to confirm that Buxton Properties had zero permit to remodel.

Michelle Buxton is a great business woman she returned my calls quickly and paid clear attention to the details. I felt at ease with her professional skills and slept well amazingly. I've known many Realtors. Mrs. Buxton is at the top my list saving us time and money.

Beware. This guy lives in a house that this company is renting/selling. He also has keys to other properties, he's the maintenance man. Doesn't seem like a very reputable company to employ someone with this sort of background.

Buxton Properties and the owners Michele and Brian Buxton are con artist. How does a property management company move out a wanted fugitive felon off one property because of the protest of other tenets onto another one of there properties They knew he was a felon and after tenets showed numerous documents that he was a fugitive from another state they still moved him to another of their properties They do not give deposit back or make you chase them around till
you get it back. So beware of renting anything from them. They also hire convicted sexual defenders as maintenance workers. BEWARE
