I've been to the Busy Thimble a handful of times now, as I love to support our downtown businesses. The selection is wonderful, especially considering the small size of the location. I'm submitting a low rating, as it is a shame how rude the staff members have been every time I have visited this establishment. It would be nice if the management team would address this issue.

Went 1 hour before closing. Had to go through ben Franklin's to get in there. Someone checked on us but was busy in the next store. Asked about block of the month. All they had left was the last block. Bummed that i couldn't purchase all of them. The store had a little bit of everything. I wouldn't call it a quilt shop.
Amazing place! Kind, knowledgeable staff, excellent selection of both fabrics and yarn. Plus, the prices are very reasonable. Money and time well spent!
The cutest little quilt shop in town. Filled with yarns and quilting supplies . They do custom orders as well. Loop yarn was on my agenda and the resulting rugs came out so cool.
They close at 6. Locked the doors as we tried to walk in. Drove 45 minutes for nothing
I called in asking if they could stitch canvas bags for me since my sewing machine broke and was rudely interrupted with a no. She then passive aggressively told that they don't do that. When I asked if she knew any locations that could help me, I was hung up on. Very rude
Wonderful little shop. Nice selection of fabrics, yarn, cross stitch, and floss. Very helpful! Staff even grafted out a pattern from display quilt they no longer had a pattern for. Not your mega shop hop quilt store. Has what you need. Plan to visit again!!
