Nick was extremely helpful and provided good guidance on the various activities in the vicinity.

Very friendly and knowledgeable about their business. The gentleman at the counter knew everything about the products they offered and you can tell he was passionate about what he does. While we were in we noticed a few of the regulars come in and he greeted them by name and knew their order. It was very endearing. The coffee was delicious and the deals and products offered were great. Thank you!

Wierd name for a coffee shop but I've encountered both "guides" from this place on the water with them both being incredibly disrespectful and rude. Go back to Colorado. There's no place for a business that steals photos from people to promote guided trips for out of season fish. Go to Tim hortons for your coffee and order whatever you'd buy from there of Amazon and save yourself the hassle.

We don t know the area, so I wanted to cry when my teenage son said he d forgot his hiking boots & the hotel attendant answered my question that the closest Dick s was almost an hour toward Buffalo. But then he recommended this place & wow! - we did so much better than we would have at a Dick s. We went in for boots but ended up buying several other items (& my son & I both hate shopping) because they had such quality unique items & the customer service was exceptional.

It's my go-to shop for outfitting my adventures off the grid. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store is well organized and always has everything I need!

Super friendly staff, cool camping and hiking gear, and a lovable store dog (or two) for petting. I always try to stop in when I'm in town. Now I hear they are going to carry 42 North beer too!

The first thing that made me fall in love with Adventure Bound was the environment of the store. I was greeted by the owners and the workers were all so friendly. It felt like family. I ended up purchasing a high quality reusable water bottle and two beanies. I ve never been able to find beanies that are the perfect amount of oversized in the back so that they don t hug your head too tightly. The ones I got had exactly what I wanted in a beanie. 20/10 recommend a stop here when you re in Ellicottville!

Disappointing return policy. Not interested in return customers. The guy couldn t even be bothered to get out of his chair to talk to me.
