Due to the fact that Bikeshop is a Specialized store, I turned around to adjust my 'new' second-hand Specialized and buy clothing and accessories. Although I bought stuff for hundreds of euros, the adjustment was limited to slightly informing my saddle. Too bad, I don't drive around anymore for this store.

Had to wait a long time before I was served, and I had to pay 10 euros for a check and fix a brake that took less than 5 min. This was my first and last visit. Regrettable.

Scammers and a service of nothing. Tire had to be replaced, they also immediately invented an inner tube themselves. Then the axle nuts would no longer exist and make you pay for work that hasn't been done. And send you away without an inner tube. We went back, then we got a flat inner tube from them.

Best dealer I came across looking for a new mountain bike. And I went through a lot. The staff is enthusiastic and takes the time to help you. They do everything to ensure that you go home with the perfect bike.

At the NS bicycle point new outer tube and inner tube were placed in fifteen minutes and we were able to continue our journey.

Despite more than 11,000 km in just over a year, the Bikeshop was able to arrange for me to replace my broken rear wheel for free (for me) with a better one. Big plume.

I really wanted to see the new color of the Epic. After calling it was confirmed that the color was in stock, but still in the box. When I arrived this bike was assembled and I could see the color.
The seller was super enthusiastic and asked if I wanted to take a test ride on this new type without obligation. The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, and very knowledgeable. Top.

I bought my first bike and our second bike at Bikeshop Amersfoort. Super experience. After an orientation process of about a year I finally bought the Specialized Tarmac and was super satisfied with this. Well adjusted for now (perfection comes with the kilometers) and also super helped with, for example, the shoes.

Cycling starts with the right bike, you can buy it here in peace ... Costs a bit more, but the experience and what it means for your body is worth the extra price. Moreover, service .... has always been super at the Bikeshop. Honest, clear and correct. You don't have that everywhere ...

Totally happy with my Specialized Vado or my Speedbike. For years a regular customer for many bikes for my family. Good information and friendly staff, never too bad to think along and fix small things quickly.

I have never met a nice, non-complacent employee. In addition, she tried to have me replaced for 120 euro mn whole rear tire with brake pads because it supposedly worn. I went to another bike mechanic where they FREE for the blocks again for me and they work fantastic again. You pay too much and always cheesy. I will never go here any more.

They are knowledgeable and if you are a cycling fan and come from "the mountain", you've come to the right place. After 12 weeks of training on my newly acquired smarttrainer at Bikeshop Amersfoort - the Wahoo kickr core- I could start testing my ftp again. But unfortunately a defect! Bikeshop promised me to sit on top of it at Wahoo and call back after the weekend. That happened and they arranged that I immediately got a new copy. 10 points for Wahoo and the Bikeshop! Quality business with a real sense of business. A good range with quality brands. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but very competent, always helpful and top service. With focus on the customer. Many things can take an example from this. A good tip are the Sunday rides with Bikeshop. Recommended!

I left the building with a new bicycle and less than ten minutes later I had a huge blowout tire. I called Bikeshop and less than ten minutes later there was a van from Bikeshop with a loan bike in front of me and I could pick up my new bike the next day. If it is quiet then one can do a small repair for a high price, it is definitely not cheap here, 3 minutes work is 5 Euro (Labor), you calculate ... If you are 2 or 3 minutes then that is service, or do you have to pay for questions?!.
I was helped by someone for an E-bike, luckily I already had an idea what it would cost, brands etc. I had a nice second-hand model in mind that they wanted to sell as new ... because I had so many questions they started to become impatient, well, of course I want to prevent unexpected surprises.
A few employees are friendly, if you are willing to spend a lot of money in this store then they have all the time for you, then I understand what is going on here.
Fortunately this is not the only bicycle shop in A'foort.

Picked up my Specialized Stumpjumper Comp Carbon at the end of August! Was the test bike from the bikeshop and was a completely different experience than the Camber Comp Carbon that I had before. After 2 months a number of small things that were not good, but that was resolved satisfactorily. 11/29 my rear damper gave out. I've been cycling fullys for 24 years and this is the first time this has happened. I was very disappointed, but despite the crowds my bike was immediately accepted and it was indicated that the repair would be recovered from the warranty. It was also indicated that this could take a while because of the COVID woes ... luckily Kaj was creative with a solution to get me through the bridging period. After two months of waiting, thank you COVID, my bike was finally ready and I can really go crazy again!
Yet unfortunately I also have to mention a downside, ... unfortunately I now have to save up for an E-MTB, too addictive ;-) A nice Stumpjumper Comp Carbon that will be released by then ;-)

Super nice service! At Stella I was literally sent away to replace a pedal and to tighten my handlebars (totally no service there) and I stood outside again within 5 minutes, even though I didn't buy a bike here. If I have something with my bike again, I will definitely be back!

I bought a bike at this store in 2015 and I didn't want to buy it anywhere else! It is a fantastic bike but there was a nasty crack in the bottom bracket that was very difficult to find. My complaint was taken seriously and a solution was sought with suppliers. Twice a new crancket mounted under warranty and through careful service and assembly, the problem is completely solved. I doubt whether the average bicycle mechanic will go that far for a customer with a complaint.

This is the bike shop that I was looking for for a long time! Very nice stuff combined with the knowledge and skills of the employees. They take the time for the customer without feeling rushed because the store is busy. Always room to share a chat or news. A must for anyone who loves his bike!

This bike shop is always positively busy! They have time for your choices and are happy to think along with you. They are also affiliated with the national bicycle plan, which means that I can already select a company bicycle for the second time.
