Great access from the parking area, and the staff is very friendly. The park is fantastic with both child and adult attractions. The "Lazy River" is a fav . There's a very nice wave pool and the water slides are good from entry level to advanced riders. There's a lot to do here from; sunbathing to extreme water slides. We will definitely be returning.

Rides were all closed due to clouds! We sat there for 3 hours and were still not allowed on rides or any attractions. There were selling food and souvenirs just fine of course! We were never able to go in water or ride any rides. We came here on vacation from Ohio. What a rip off. They stole $200 from us! We are NOT rich! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Everything is great but this girl in the front entrance was extremely rude and wasn't wearing a name badge when I asked her who she was, she was wearing a green shirt uniform and had star like earrings, extremely rude.

While small, this park has great rides, a lazy river, wave pools, a splash zone for kids, and lots of beach chairs for relaxation. Their All Day Dining deal is worth it, so make sure you get that. A full meal and drink up to every hour, for $38. Great park, lots of fun. Might need a little updating soon, but I had an awesome time anyways.

Your slip is showing guys. How many slides and restaurants can you not open on a daily basis before enough is enough? Do the research and you will see repeat comments for years:
-Staffing issues
-cleanliness shortcomings
Talk to your guards and staff....we do.

Paid entirely too much for the park ..Many rides were closed . 2 people in my group needed a facemask . I was charged 22 dollars for 2 facemasks that were only worn upon park entry . I am certainly not a happy camper.

It was very aggravating the main pool was divided with a big section closed off. This put so many people in close proximity that I was kicked and hit several times. As was my daughter. There was no good reason for this. As a pass holder this is the first time I have faced this

To whom this concerns,

To whom this concerns,

I wanted to leave a review for your location but had trouble finding anywhere to place one. It s been years since I have been to Adventure Island & figured it was perfect time with my best friend in town, her mother s birthday & my boyfriend who also hasn t been in years. We went today; 4/17/19 & we were sadly disappointed. We figured it was great weather & that there s less tourist being in the middle of the week. But when we got there we saw that most of the adult/group rides were closed down when the park just opened last month. We spent quite a bit of money today with tickets, parking & food/ drinks to leave disappointed that most of the rides fixings could ve been handled during the close season.

Purchased the weekday pass while on vacation. We went twice and had a blast. All rides were up and running and the waits weren't bad. We didn't have any troubles and the life guards seem to have fun with guests throughout the day. Some rides did seem like they needed more rafts to make rides move a little faster. Overall very impressed with this park as it was our first time visiting. If we are down in this area, we will definitely visit again.

The water is supposedly heated... It was freezing! And the rides are very poorly signed... Your have no idea about height requirements or if you need a tube unless you walk to every slide and search for a ruler or Ali the lifeguard. The actual slides are great, Just difficult with children to see what they can go on. But they do have two really good Kathy areas for kids.

Despite the fact that this water park is small it has plenty to do for anyone from thrill seekers to the folks looking to relax. This park is older and sun faded but well kept up. The parking lot is quite small (unlike bigger amusement parks) so leaving a cooler ect in the car is doable and a great idea. While the food isn't tremendously expensive it isn't cheap either. Do wear crocs (allowed) or swim shoes as the pavement/parking lot is very hot.
Make sure you have your directions right. Have a great time and sunblock is your friend.

Can't beat this place as a cool outside place too cool down from the high heat here in Florida in the summer. All slides were shut down early on Forth of July. Storms were in area. Wave pool open up and half the swimming hole did too. It was for your own safety. Kids play area remained closed most of afternoon. Played volleyball in sand on north end. Food leaves alot to be desired. Not a good eating place. They have picnic areas outside park and is good idea to bring something from home to eat. No drinks allowed HOWEVER you can bring in bottled water.

Yes, it's a tourist trap but it's fun!

By trap I mean it's an extra $20 each if you don't buy tickets a day or more in advance, $25 to park, more $ to skip attractions lines, and absolutely no outside food or drink allowed inside the park.

Hint: Pack a picnic and leave it in your car. There is a picnic pavilion in the parking lot. It's a great place to eat, rarely crowded (unless it's raining) and fornthe the price of a single meal inside, you can feed your entire family.

Always great to get away at home. Kids love the wave pool! The crushing waves fascinates them the most. Favorite bite would be a freash chiro. If Bush Gardens could share there secrets on their Smoked Turkey leg and chicken I will add more stars... or secretly email me ; )

We had a company summer picnic gear and it was absolutely awesome. Kids and adults alike enjoyed the water and rides. Very clean, not too crowded and affordable too. Nothing is better than enjoying a hot summer day floating and splashing in the water.

Average waterpark. Nothing over the top and I'd def look for discount tickets online. Their full price admission tickets aren't worth it at all. There isn't much at all for younger kids (under 3) to do at this park. The lazy river was filthy. Expect to pay average of $17 pp for lunch. Kids meals are around $8. Lockers are $15 or $20 for a large locker (average size) per day.

I have been coming to Adventure Island for the last 20 years. I have been bringing my kids for the last 15. In those 20 years it has changed alot!! But the changes that were made in the last few years really have me thinking this is the last year we will get the passes! We have always had annual passes but last year we didn't get them due to the conditions of the park the summer before. After summer nights the park would not be clean. We would see all kinds of inappropriate stuff on the sides of the river. We complained to guest services and we were always told that they would handle the problem but.... it would always be dirty. So this year we decided to get the annual passes and try the water park out again and now we r so disappointed with all the new changes. There used to be more areas to sit. Now they cram a bunch of chairs in little areas or charge u for the other areas that used to be free. We also used to be able to bring our own food. As a family that would come a few times a week that really helped with keeping the cost of eating down. Im not going to pay $50 a couple times a week just for lunch, especially considering the food is over priced and isn't that good! We got pizza today and it was so hard and over cooked. It was like cardboard. We also had to leave early cause the park was just so over crowded!! And allot of the teens were throwing floats at people, kicking people, elbowing people in the face. And had no respect for others around them or respect to listen to the lifeguards. Also be careful on the stairs while waiting in line for the water slides there are alot of wasp n nests. I really hope that Adventure Island really listens to all the customers complaints and does a better job to fix the problems!!

Maybe it was just a busy day, but it was not very well maintained. Leaves and debris everywhere, and many areas smelled of urine. Sometimes, if you walked through a puddle of really warm water, you just werent sure what you were walking through. Even the lazy river was filled with leaves. Im really surprised since it is a Seaworld park. The so called changing rooms were really just open areas with benches. Like, I really want to get naked with my teenagers and a bunch of other strangers. How about some private changing rooms? The lines were not too long but they seemed to take forever to move people through. Not too happy with our first visit but will go back and give it another chance.

We had a blast! We have been to many parks and this one was no different. Rides were accessible food and drinks were expensive. Just the same as any other. I read through the mobile site and couldn't find any rules. But in reading the reviews I understood outside food was not allowed. Well I had a 1 liter coke in my bag, when being searched at the entrance I was advise the soda was not allowed. Which I was Okay with. Well instead of walking all the way back to the car I through the soda in the trash. When I walked away and was getting my tickets printed I noticed one of the security guards took it out of the trash and put it under the counter. How unprofessional is that. I run a business and my employee's actions are the face of my company. I reported it but I don't think anything was done. "Who watches the watchers?" I will most definitely tell this story forever and I feel it's unfair for the company but oh well. I'm not sure if we'll be back but if we do go back I will be better prepared. On a side note for Adventure Island, update your mobile
