I have saved a lot on gas and electricity with Burst Energy. It's a great company. When people are complaining about their utility cost ,I tell them about Burst.
Great experience with these guys! They have great rates. Glad I moved over to them.
Roughly the same usage but somehow my bill is very different every month and billed on a different day and sometimes the direct bill me in 2 transactions.
Customer service line takes forever as noted by everyone else
Burst has provide us with great rates on our Gas and Electricity. We would recommend them to anyone looking to set up their utilities or would like to switch to a better company. Reciving the AMA points is a total perk aswell!
Burst energy took 12 payments out of my account two days ago!! They are trying to fix it but in the meantime I am out $1900.00. No excuse for this...getting out of Burst.
Burst Energy is an amazing company never had a problem, Customer Service is always there for me. They have the best rates !!
I even got a phone call when the rates were about to sky rocket and was able to lock my rate!!

Rates are totally ridiculous. They over charge you and won't respond back to emails. Was double billed for the month of December and they wont respond. Stay far away from this company.
Practically free AMA membership with both gas and electricity. What can I say more. My experience has been positive. When I signed up there was a mix up and their customer service was able to help get it sorted. I like dealing with a local company.
Between billing issues (didn't receive a bill for 3 months while they were changing their account system and then they wanted it all paid and sent for automatic withdrawal), no regular direct withdrawal dates(anywhere between 10th to 25th of the month...makes it hard to plan)... it's been a nightmare dealing with them. And when you contact them, they really didn't seem to care. Even the Utility regulators told me to leave, the rates aren't competitive and they had several complaints about the same issues I was having.
Rates were higher then most other places and their customer service was usually unhelpful. I cancelled early this year and am still dealing with account issues.
Burst Energy has great rates for gas and electricity and is a very reliable utility provider. The connection with AMA has also added to the experience.
Very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and helped compare my bill with Burst to show me some good savings. Also like how they have an AMA membership discount.

Rates have been great for the most part, but the customer service experience I've had so far has me considering shopping around. I emailed them over a week ago with concerns about an abnormally high bill (3 times my average bill for gas and electricity, with no change in usage). They still have not replied to my emails, and my attempt to call them ended with a disconnected call after 20 minutes on hold.
Rates kept going up and customer service is horrible. Left numerous voicemails for them since they never pick up the phone during business hours. Having moved banks, I need to provide new banking details. Despite owing money, they are still not calling me back. Not impressed.

Worst company you can ever find had very high Bill's with them. And haven't been with them for a year and still get charges from them might have to cancel my bank account. Well now they came back to me on that and everything got fixt.
The customer services are inadequate. It takes two weeks to have them return your voice mail and 4-5 days to have them respond to an email. I am leaving, and I am having some many challenges trying to have someone tell me my last day of service so I can transfer. They need to do something to improve their customer services. I would never recommend them.
When I made my move the transition to the new apartment was quick and easy. Enjoy getting the emails with information of things we should know about and might not if it wasn't for them.

The worst customer service. There is no way to contact their customer service line you will only receive their out of office, even during business hours. They have double billed me and direct billed without an invoice. I have been bill 3 times within 3 weeks. They have been nothing but trouble since we signed up. Thankfully my husband finally agrees to switch providers.
