The customer services are inadequate. It takes two weeks to have them return your voice mail and 4-5 days to have them respond to an email. I am leaving, and I am having some many challenges trying to have someone tell me my last day of service so I can transfer. They need to do something to improve their customer services. I would never recommend them.
