The food is good ... the staff is confused and unable ... Juices are not included in the value of a person and are in order and in my opinion this is a big negative. Is it possible that a person eats in a large buffet and does not need drinks?

I enjoyed the outside sessions .. I asked cappuccino that the milk was more than what I personally prefer..the service is excellent

Nice outside setting area, service not meeting the standard.

I would have liked to visit the hotel but most of the comments were what they liked about the hotel and the service in it, changed my mind frankly

To be honest, i have not stayed at this Kempinski (in Riyadh). However, i did in other gulf countries and all my experiences have been amazing. Staff is always very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I DID try the Eid buffet at Burj Rafal Kempinski though, and as expected, it was very delicious! It was an international buffet with a mix of both traditional and non-saudi food.. Definitely recommend trying!

I booked a junior suite, and the door knob is broken, the room is with no cellphone signal, so no one can reach you, and I tried reaching the reception, the guest manager, no one answered.

A hotel located north of King Abdullah City in the north of Riyadh .. It is wonderful .. and its location on King Fahd Road .. It is considered one of the most important hotels in Riyadh and in it I attended many activities

The hotel is very nice and beautiful, I stayed in twice, the deal was excellent and there was no delay or disruptions from the reception and any staff member, I lived in the upper corridors, cleanliness is very excellent arrangement, the buffet is very good and the breakfast is very good, And the coffe in the lobby is because of the hotel chain Kempinski expensive in all countries, thank them.

The buffet in the fourth floor is fairly good .. the options are limited to some extent.

I really would love to know the rating system that classifies this place as a five star hotel. It has many issues:
- service standards overall not up to that of a five-star hotel
- attitude at reception leaves a lot to be desired (if you get past the aggressive security who might randomly stop you entering the lobby)
- rooms are dusty; any gaps or spaces not cleaned by a quick wipe will be thick with dust
- evidence of mould in spaces not cleaned
- meetings have many problems and often no staff can be found
- good luck getting help with bags

Gym is nice and the staff there are friendly enough; breakfast was pleasant and car at airport was there as promised.

The restaurant is superb and offers distinct varieties

The internal and external meetings are quiet and the staff are very attentive and the espresso service is fantastic

Business hotel theme. Nice dining options but limited. Friendly staff. The meeting rooms is ok, some of them has bad AC. And very expensive for accomodation.
