What a lovely relaxing break . All of the stafe members are exceptional. I would highly recommend that everyone should have a stay here. iconic Experience Enjoy Marvel in Dubai
We spent the day at SAL, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences! stay hydrated in the Dubai heat. The restaurant's food was extremely fresh and tasty, and the service was friendly and fast. Additionally, the view of the infinity pool dipping into the ocean was very peaceful, and the sunbeds had the most comfortable fluffy pillows. It was all-around fantastic value for money, and I would DEFINITELY recommend it to anyone who needs a staycation!

I had thr fortune to stat Burj Al Arab few years back. The hotel is a complete luxury. The rooms are fantastic and gives you alot of space to live. One bedroom can easily occupy and slepps around 4 since entra matress was available in a store under the stairs. The complementary Hermes perfumes and baklawa just gives you a very special treatment. Incase u r bored you can even get a psp.
The pool used to be small at the ground floor but which has been upgraded to a whole new level.

Wish to stay again
Cheers

The Burj Al Arab is a luxury hotel located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is the third tallest hotel in the world (although 39% of its total height is made up of non-occupiable space). Burj Al Arab stands on an artificial island 280 m (920 ft) from Jumeirah beach and is connected to the mainland by a private curving bridge. The shape of the structure is designed to resemble the sail of a ship. It has a helipad near the roof at a height of 210 m (689 ft) above ground.

There's only one word to describe this hotel and it begins with a w and ends with a w - WOW!!!!! Yes WOW! This hotel oozes with class in every department. From the moment you arrive on the wonderful chauffeur-driven limousine to the moment you leave, you are treated like Kings and Queens from this the most royal of all hotels. Me and my wife have stayed at this magnificent hotel before for our 20th wedding anniversary, so we know all about the treatment of the quests at this hotel, but for our young daughter this was her first experience of TRUE luxury. and after the beautiful warm reception from the wonderful, majestic and elegantly dressed staff, our daughter's jaws dropped and her eyes almost popped out at the sight of the sheer beauty and size of this hotel: from the amazing chandeliers, the impressive stairs, the super clean and shinning lifts, the magnificent fountains and the beautiful marble floors and walls, it was a lot to take on at such a young age, she was speechless and lost for words. Anyone coming to this hotel for the first time will feel that they are on planet paradise at the sheer beauty of this hotel. The Burj Al Arab is luxury at it's finest and our stay was just heavenly with our suite being absolutely stunning, beautifully decorated, the facilities were just mind blowing and the bed was super comfy leading to heavenly sleeps. The views every time we opened the door and looked out was just sensational, it was like being in paradise, and the smell of the ocean was like a heavenly sea breeze hitting our noises. The service was just so excellent with such warm, polite and wonderful staff, and the food was tasty and delicious. This really was a stay in heaven for me, my wife and especially for our daughter, whose joy and happiness at staying at this "once in a lifetime hotel" was like a ray of sunshine to our heart. SHUUKRAAN!

What sail (broken) boat hotel? The minimum price is UD$1000/room
16:00 to the control outside the hotel
Only arrived at the hotel lobby at 16:30.
I got the room card at 17:30.
Baggage has not been delivered to the room at 20:00

Couple marking room
Two ladies plan a big bed room, tell me, the reservation does not guarantee the room type? ? ?
Is this the management of a 7-star hotel? ? ?

A service worth only one star, so I am good to say 7 stars. Do you have it?

What kind of management ?
16:00 bus stop at control area
16:30 finally we off at lobby
17:30 thank god we got the room key
20:00 where is our luggage? Porter still delivering???

A couple they get a twin room
2 lady got a double bed???
You told me not guarantee the room type when we made a reservation
We sent the rooming at least months ago

Who can tell me this is 7 star hotel?

Stayed here for 2nights and three days. Just after staying the night before at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai. Highly recommend Burj Al Arab better value for your money! Impeccable service upon arrival right through to check out. Waldorf charged me double if not more for just one night compared to the 2night stay at Burj al Arab. Beautiful views and cannot fault the amazing staff and restaurants. Anything is possible here.

A superb place where luxury and sophistication are not only decorated but also treated humanely. ...... Very cool already. Whatever you talked or described it is not as you see with the naked eye, who saw other than who witnessed who lived wonderful experience in it .... When you see the Burj Al Arab from the entrance you think it is very close to the gate until it is almost stuck to the outer gate, but when you start to realize that there is a distance Not short to enter the hotel dream especially that you enter in a beautiful car with all the luxuries wonderful reception at the entrance .... something wonderful and charming and distinctive ...

High Tea Reservation - Tea and small nicely prepared snacks on the 1st floor overlooking the lobby and front of Burj Al Arab for 410 dirhams per person are worth it. Unique experience if you do not want to spend a lot and still want to see the Burj Al Arab from the inside.
