Burj Al Arab is a private area, where you cannot enter when you don't have a reservation for the restaurant or when you are not a guest.
Couldn't find the right way to the public beach are, where you can take some nice pics - finally found one on the right side of Burj Al Arab but photos had to be shot against the sun. Later we read that there must be also a left sided beach area, where you can get closer to the hotel, so my recommendation: read and find a perfect way to a nearby beach area BEFORE you get there, where you can make fantastic photos - maybe a taxi driver can give the right tip.
Nevertheless BAA is an outstanding building with its own effect. Also the Jumeirah Hotel is worth to have a look at, because it fits perfectly to the whole landscape. We enjoyed being there and take some pics and spend there about 1,5 till 2 hours following by have a small lunch at the Mall of Emirates, which is directly in front of Jumeirah Hotel.

Luxury at its best, Gagan, the security officer took us for a property tour and we found him really courteous and knowledgeable. He made sure to show us the best location in the world's best hotel. Loved the architecture and colours used. The Russian looking lady and the Arabic man at the main entrance and the male staff at the entrance of aquarium restaurant needs to be a bit more courteous others were friendly.

I guess the most exclusive hotel. Suites, ambience, enterijer, decor, amenities, batler per floor, service are all exclusive and woow. Food is average and specially room service. Wi-Fi signal is pour in suites. Hotel became more affordable and unfortunately attract people that maybe don't have habits expected of guests in the best hotel

Symbol of Dubai, the most beautiful building of dubai. Must for a photo shot. The building is so beautiful that it is not easy to explain in words. Your Dubai visit is incomplete without visiting the Burj Al Arab and Buraj Dubai. Burj Al Arab is considered to be one of the most expensive hotels of the world. It may not be possible for many of us to stay in this hotel but you can surely take a pic of it.

Burj al-Arab is part of the Dubai landscape not to be missed

Burj al-Arab which stands for Tour of the Arabs is above all a 5-star luxury hotel some would say it deserves 7

Measuring 321 meters high it was until 2007 the tallest building used exclusively as the tallest hotel currently being the JW Marriott Marquis also located in Dubai

Its giant sail shape was designed in 1993 by architect Tom Wright

This atypical shape makes it one of the most recognizable buildings in the world

The hotel is beautiful both outside and inside. The rooms are spacious and fairly clean, the staff is polite. The view from the window is simply amazing. Of the entertainment there is really little to eat, so I had to use the services of a guide. We ordered an individual excursion to SHAN TOURS, very quickly responded to our request. Organized everything quickly and cool.

Iconic Dubai seven-star hotel. Now an institution, but well kept and constantly tweaked to keep current for the market. Lots of bars and restaurants to chose from. Duplex rooms with a view and personal Butler experience. Expect to pay for the service and experience.

Mind blowing place. Expensive but worth every penny. Great staff, amazing rooms, good facilities, fantastic restaurants and their attention to detail was superb. Looking forward to next visit.

It is the most expensive hotel in the world and, together with its rival Burj Khalifa, the undisputed and distinctive symbol of the luxurious metropolis of the Emirates. Located in the Jumeirah district (which offers visitors plenty of other places to eat and stay within the reach of ordinary mortals) it is a favorite tourist destination for photographers who, like myself, immortalize every detail. However it remains inaccessible to NO VIP people and in the dreams of all of us mere mortals.

It really is a seven star hotel and a place you really must try to visit at least once if you are in Dubai. A booking at a restaurant is enough to get through the door. Gold everywhere and spectacular fittings. I first visited just after it opened in 2000 and it still feels special, if perhaps not quite as special as it felt back then. I would recommend the Asian buffet restaurant as a place to eat - not cheap - but then it is 7* service and food!
