I booked two nights three years ago and hated it

I am in a hotel in which you pay an amount and its amount in order to live in it and the atmosphere has changed, but the employees in it see themselves who do not know every one who takes a trick in himself that he works in Burj Al Arab and they treat you as if Burj Al Arab is their father s money

The hotel is nice, but unfortunately its policy is bad, the staff are bad, their morals are junk, and they have strange racism

The first thing about the luxury in it is that there is no comfort in it and the hands and the rooms are old royal furniture and the furniture is subject to change that shows an old and you feel that you are restricted from their lawns, if someone visits you are forbidden and they take their cards and complete they watch and call and ask him to come out. They never respect you as a guest and never do they respect your guests. If a child moves in the lobby, it is forbidden if you live with them. You feel that you live in their father's house
The employees are Gavin themselves and IID and they respect foreigners more. They are their reputation.
And the Arabs do not treat them fair
And after the month I took it, Al-Fadi Armani is a million times better than him, and modern Dezion and explain.
Even the restaurants in which their food is normal, and especially the Arab restaurant, it is eaten without fresh food

The only sweet thing about it is its design, it's just fine
Inside Burj Al Arab, the biggest prank, although I ran it more than once, but the last time I approved his hate for their blatant behavior

I would like to be defeated that the famous Burj Al Arab hotel, and to the world you talk about these negatives, and I hope they look at it

By God, the employees treatment of visitors is a great damage to the country's reputation.

Wade noticed the meaningless comments made by foreigners who were upset about the staff and the hotel's policies

I have been to the hotel more than 5 times, and every time I empty the negatives and bad treatment of the staff, even if I meet with me with non-racists and hands

My father was preparing my wedding party there, I hummed and changed my mind, because of their laws, I mean, there is a need for kimrat in the hall, or law, and the food menu was bad, and they want to know how many cars are going to the wedding, and what kind of kosha we can enter, I mean, just the party according to their mood and laws !!!

If I could evaluate it, I would have been evaluated

Absolutely stunning... the best customer oriented experience I have ever had. I called last minute and they helped me get reservations for 1 to their sky bar. Great views... and they sat me near the window as soon as a seat opened up without me even asking. Their cocktails were well crafted and very delicious.

Easily the best place we have ever stayed. We thought the Four Seasons Bali would make for some good competition but it was not even close. Everyone is so thoughtful and all day long you are reminded that they will take care of you. The butler service was there to help but was never in the way. From morning coffee, thru afternoon tea and into the evening's dinner and turn down service, it was all so seamless. And the restaurants were amazing. Chef Leong in Junsui finds a way to keep every Asian palette happy. And the UAE is certainly ready for business and wants to be at the top for choices of where to put your business. I had numerous conversations with many folks in just about every industry and they were quick to point out how fast the government works to make sure you get what you need quickly. Overall, it was a great vacation and we are so glad we picked the Burj Al Arab! WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN SOON!

The whole experience was magical from start to finish.

First, you have to pass through two security gates before getting to the hotel's private road leading to its entrance. As we pulled up, the hotel's valet made quick work of our luggage, and an ambassador led us through the doors. Once inside, a row of staff offered us hot towels, dates, and some tea. Since this was a special occasion, my partner was handed a beautiful bouqet of roses from the reception manager, which was completely unexpected (and, notably, hidden very well behind her back), and then we were introduced to our ambassador to escort us to our room.

We were shown to the 7th floor, and once inside our room, she sat us at the desk in the office area of our suite, and we completed our check in from our room. No need to wait in line at a counter, which is nice after the 16 hour flight from Texas, and all while our luggage was being brought up and stowed away for us.

After this, we were introduced to our personal butler, who's available around the clock, at a moment's notice. He demonstrated the exhaustive list of the features of our suite, and brought us a vase for my partner's roses, and gave us two glasses of delicious lemon kiwi juice. At that point, we were finally able to unwind and relax.

The room is completely sound proof; almost too quiet. It's sort of hard to get used to, but once you do, it's wonderful, and feels like you're in a giant hotel all by yourself. The opulence is immediately obvious, from the moment you enter the room. The marble floors, the winding staircase, the gold trim, and wood carvings, all illuminated by a beautiful chandelier... It just serves to remind you that while you're here, your supposed to feel like royalty. And it works. Features like remote controlled everything (door, lock, curtains, etc.) add to the experience.

We had a great dinner at Al Iwan (one of nine restaurants inside the hotel), a drink at the Sky bar, and were treated to a layered chocolate cake to celebrate our occasion. When we returned to our room, we realized our butler and crew snuck into our room, put hundreds of rose petals, and dozens of pink and red roses all over the bathroom, and bedroom area, including in and around the jacuzzi. It was such a nice gesture, and we thoroughly appreciated it.

Other than a couple of very minor issues that were addressed very quickly (multi-room music aux cable/Bluetooth briefly wasn't working, and shower at certain temperatures made noise), the stay was flawless.

The best part of our stay was the staff. Every member we had contact with, waiters, butlers, reception, managers, valets, I literally mean everyone, had a genuine, kind, and helpful demeanor and attitude. This was the most refreshing part about the stay, because they truly made us feel as though they were there to make our stay the best it could be. It was strikingly unique, and other luxury hotels should take note.

I could go on and on, but I'll let some photos say the rest.

If you are willing to pay a premium, it would be hard to find a better hotel, anywhere, to spend your money on. Simply amazing!

Exceptional in every way. The rooms are unique and highly decorative, the style is one to itself.

The bar area upstairs is has of the best views of Dubai. Reservations are a must.

Tip: the bar has a minimum charge per person in order to secure a table. I recommend getting a bottle (or two or three) of the house wine made specifically for the Burj - it has a very unique label and is very tasty.

The service is second to none. There'a a reason this place is famous!

A small piece of beach not yet privatized between the many beautiful beaches of luxury hotels.
Possibility of showering and presence of toilets.
A small boui boui offers the possibility of eating on site.
Beach supervised by lifeguards and having areas for swimming and surfing (December 2018).

The view at this place is indeed good, especially the unique shape of the hotel, but staying here is very expensive for Indonesians, just 2 days it costs 22 million more, just 1 year of work may not necessarily earn that kind of money, let alone told to stay at this hotel, maybe in life next.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates First and before writing my review, I need to stress those words whatever so will be weak in describing the experience I had in this spaceship (as l'd love to call). It is a 2 decade age, but still, stands so far and a one (in my opinion) deserves 7 stars that usually claimed for. At the time your car passed into the gate, your name is recognized everywhere in the hotel. Your single-serve butler is assigned immediately upon the check-in process is completed. The response by staff during the stay like I have never seen anywhere else, very professional and so kind and all work hard to make your stay very memorable. Staff dedications and a genuine smile spread in their faces mean nothing than the employer seems to take care of and serve them with an edge-work conditions. The suite is like that essence we get used to imagine while reading the novel " One thousand and One Nights", the room is equipped with top-notch equipment, luxurious oriental furniture and stunning view like you are floating on the sky (TV sliding mechanism helps you to enjoy the view too). Apple Desktop, Hermes products, and train full of candies passing by in the night for kids proof the statement of luxury, uniqueness and value the money you paid.
The top swimming pool needs a separate review, its lovely interior mosaic, and design, and the spectacular view makes you don't need for the recently attached external pools. If l'd like to comment on something that needs real improvement and attention of the management, it is only breakfast. The breakfast ultimately doesn't match only my expectations, but also by far the level of the hotel. Very ordinary, no live cooking, no variety and is located in a small space. I hope next time I booked with you guys, I find a more elegant breakfast serving that at least matching the restaurants in top roof. Last, for everyone looking for a memorable, romantic night with partner, no way you can find better than burj al-arab, book confidently.

The only 7 star hotel in the world! Where luxury meets the expectation. we didn't stay here because we can't afford, but luckily, I was able to stay near the hotel, take some photos and videos and swim to the beach near the luxurious hotel. I'm just amazed with it's presence. so wonderful!!!!

Gold on 27 Restaurant made us very ill. Reported matter to restaurant and to hotel, but they never came back to me. Crazy bad for a 7 star establishment. Tried following up with them repeatedly, but they ignored me
