Rotten experience both times I've been here. Love Burger Fuel in general but this store seem to operate under a policy of not letting customers have what the want/order.

Really good burger options for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. The burgers are huge but they also have "mini" burger options which really aren't that small. Fries and shakes were amazing too. $15-20 for a meal. It took my food 20 Minutes to come out but they gave me free French fries to make up for it- much appreciated!

Late online order, 15min before closing. Burger Fuel were real busy @ 11.45 on Thursday night but my order was ready on time. All 3 eaters remarked on how good the food was. The Soy Gingerbread Shake was exceptional, put that on the full-time menu please!

Best burgers in town are from burger fuel. I go here because they are only ones that do halal burgers.

Went late saturday night store was so busy not enough staff pretty long wait. Restaraunt was very untidy. But the burgers and Kumera fries were still top notch.

Do not buy from here on your nights out, they make them the chips and burgera and leave them for hours under the heat. Bought kumara fries and a buger couldn't even chew and swallow one chip and the burger was dried out. Waste of money

It's a typical place in New Zealand, you need to go in Burger Fuel

Eat in or take out made to order gourmet burgers. The 'burnout' is my recommendation.

Great food. Always a delight seeing the great crew and enjoying myself as we laugh about how we will grow old together. Sense of belonging sort of like the show 'cheers'.

I went back to burgerfuel again to give it another try after being thoroughly disappointed. Was even worse this time. Too much sauce, horrible avo and the burger was just slipped together. I literally through the burger out!

Every time I'm near this store I have to stop in for a burger. They make the best damn burgers I've had. The service is one of my favorite parts too, the staff are genuinely cool people. and that makes a big difference for me. A+++!!

Expecting the normal good tasting and fresh burgers I am normally accustomed to, I made the mistake of eating buying take out from this Burgerfuel. Took the burger back home only to find the patty was burnt, dry, and literally no taste at all. The bun was slightly mouldy and hard. The only thing that looked good was the packaging - I urge you to never waste your time or money at this place

Ok for Work days, don't even think of going on weekends if you're sober! Not the fault of Management but the drunk customers make it a gross, dirty and unhygienic place to dine in.

Tasty enough when they are on form but 90% of the time the burgers are cold which is unpleasant and not great considering these burgers are on the expensive side. Both the Ponsonby and the Mt Eden store seem to serve up cold burgers.

I went to eat Veggy Burger but it was out of Order.

Waited over 40minutes for a burger and shake - a lot of other customers not happy with the wait. Staff attempted to reconcile by getting our email addresses and saying they will send coupons out but have not received any, been about a week.

Had the v8 vegan burger. Let me tell you it was delicious! I don't know what the party is made from but it was great! Super messy and large. Cost $13

Walked in to Burger Fuel at 2 mins past midnight to be told they couldn t do a gluten free burger. They had the bun but couldn t do a customisation after midnight. God forbid you re a celiac and allergic to gluten. It wasn t going to happen. The manager was rude and lazy and had no good reason other than she couldn t be bothered. We put a man on the moon but I couldn t pay full price for a burger without the bun.

Love Burger Fuel any time of the day but I wouldn't come to this place on a weekend evening/night. The place is overflowing with drunks and as a result the place gets trashed and effectively becomes a pig sty. However, I can imagine the restaurant seeing better days during the rest of the week and is most probably a welcome reprieve for the staff who continued working non-chalantly despite the mayhem and debauchery surrounding them. And for the guy barking out order numbers, surely management can invest in a loudspeaker or a megaphone to save the poor guy's vocal cords.

Worst customer service ive seen in ponsonby eateries.
Lady that was serving me was unbearably rude and lazy.
Sorry but you guys need to do something about this.
