We got there late and it was full .. we had a 10 plus wait to get a table .. a group was playing and they were good .. the food was a little disappointing .. the Rubin sandwich was soggy from 1000 island dressing .. and lacking in meat .. but it was late .. the waitress was a bright spot even with it slam with customers she stay on top of our table with the service ..

Went for brunch and it was delicious. That was my only time there but it was a great atmosphere, friendly service and will definitely go there to watch the world cup!

I was immediately impressed with atmosphere as soon as I walked in. The day we went there was only a single front of house staff member and everything still made it out in time. The food was incredible and authentic and despite eating more than I should have, I wanted more. Well done, will definitely be back

Loved the place the first few times.. Got friends to join me and a few friends complain of having terrible food. I thought we had bad luck. Months later was able to get my friends to give a second chance. This time I was one of the unlucky having the terrible food. My especiale was the worse burger I had ever eaten. Overcooked egg, my middle well burger seemed to have been cooked for 1 hour straight, it was black and drie. Even the bread instead of toasted would transform in sand in each bite of how overcooked it was. Across me I could see a friend with a nice egg, juicy burger... Not sure what is going on in the kitchen but this was my last try.

Nice authentic dive bar in an old house. Great kitchen menu and drink specials. Love to play darts on the porch

Wow! What a great place! Was unexpectedly transported to a quaint softly lit homey pub in Europe. Soccer team flags and jerseys were proudly displayed throughout. I ordered the tangy Ruben sandwich, sweet potato fries and washed it down with a pint. The food was delicious and our waitress (Caley) was attentive and friendly. They have large screen T.V.s with soccor playing. We will definitely be coming back!

03/26/15- Ate at the Cock and Bull this evening. I had the Philly Cheese steak and a Guinness draft. The server was very friendly and responsive. The time to get our food was less than 8 minutes and the beer was freezing cold. The french fries were cooked properly and all the way through. The Philly tasted great and the bread tasted fresh. Overall, I would go there again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend it.

The tacos are AMAZING, this is my favorite neighborhood bar. The waitress Megan is super cute and nice!!!!

Sundays they have karoke. Feels like home and the workers treat you as family.

Cock n bull kills brunch! Chicken and waffles are on point! I have never had a bad thing from here always so good. Beer selection is bomb.

This little gem is tucked away in Rosewood. It s very quaint ... there is a bar but also a dining area. The food is fantastic... the fish n chips were crispy and delicious, the nachos are great. I will definitely go back again.

A soccer/football centric bar. Very cool laid back atmosphere to catch a game or just have a few drinks. They had a great beer selection and the regulars welcomed me right in. I had a great time and will be back.

Good if you're looking for a hole in the wall sports bar. Everyone is very nice and welcomes you. Food and drinks are superb!

A generally good casual dining/drinking destination. Above average draft beer selection that's more adventurous than most (about 15 taps). Liquor selection not as strong. As for wine, the good news is that there is some. If you are planning a visit, try to make it Friday and order the AUTHENTIC fish and chips special. Other dishes are good as well...typical bar fare. Atmosphere is literally homey...you will see.

They did not have access to anything but the free champions league game one week nor do they open early for football matches. Sunday brunch is good and I still go for late in the day football matches, but disappointed that a football pub doesn t open early for matches nor have multiple champions league matches on at once.

Always a good crowd, extremely friendly staff makes you feel at home. One of the best places in town to get a burger and play darts.

Whenever I visit my Dad in Columbia (on a Monday) we go to trivia night. It's a lot of fun, and the atmosphere is great. It can get a bit cramped, so if it's busy, you might be a bit uncomfortable. The beer is good, and the service is as well. I tried the brunch here recently, and it was VERY good.

Very friendly, really fast and efficient service. We had brunch and it was really good. Looking forward to coming back and experiencing more of their food.

Was there tonight, 3 dollar pint night, had Philly Steak sandwich with Greek salad for dinner , go times!

Nothing special..Food was unimpressive.Furthermore the degrading way the owner talked to the staff is reason alone for me to never return. Too many better choices in Columbia.

My hamburger didnt really taste like beef and the greek salad was more like a Mediterranean with a balsamic vinaigrette. But the service was great.

Amazing place with amazing staff and regulars!! Brunch is a MUST at this place!! Get the shrimp and grits! Bloody Mary bar & mimosas are a definite plus for me! Karaoke happens on Sunday nights & is always a great time!! I miss this place and all the staff so much since I've moved! Don't miss out, check 'em out! Always such a fun time & great food!!!

Played premier football thank you , bartender was nice, I ordered wings they where not cook all the way throw , and for some reason their where flies everywhere , my recommendations the bar area needs some work on it .

Great local place for pub food and watching soccer. Always have a match on if there's one. Brunch on Sundays is one of the best I've had. Very reasonable pricing and massive portion sizes. Hangover Hash and the fried chicken biscuit are phenomenal. Bloody Mary bar on Sundays is DIY.

I had had a long day and still another hour of driving before I was done. I was hungry so decided to try Cock & Bull. It was well before closing, around 8pm on a Wed eve. I placed an order to go ... grouper sandwich with bleu cheese and some kind of sauce I was thinking would be like a remoulade sauce. It was the worst fish sandwich I have ever had. The fish filet was breaded and fried (what I ordered) but was so overcooked it was dry and chewy. The bleu cheese was practically non-existent. The sauce was like a cocktail sauce which didn't pair with the fish at all because the breading on the filet was very spicy (which I wasn't expecting). Also, the tomato was not even ripe... This is July and no ripe tomato slice for my sandwich?! The onion "straws" were equally disappointing. Suffice it to say I spent $11 on a terrible sandwich and I won't be back.

It's a good place to go for a beer and a snack. The tacos were good enough to go well with the beer.

The place is dusty(blinds and windowsill right next to seating) . People smoke right outside of a door to the dining area so it in turn smells like cigarette smoke. The food is just ok. The waitress was nice.

Unfortunately for a person like me who is allergic to shellfish. There isn't much on the menu I can eat because they fry everything together and there isn't much on the menu that doesn't go into the frier. Additionally what I have had of the menu is mediocre. Also the service has never been top notch either. The only reason it gets a 3 star is because of the bar. The bartenders are usually great and on days they serve brunch I always enjoy the manmosa(trust me you'll thank me later) and the bloody Mary bar.

Everything on the menu is incredible! Tried and true. Some of the neat meals of our lives. If you are traveling to Columbia it s probably for Cock N Bull. But hopefully they are open because the hours can be a little wonky sometimes.

My favorite place to go. Soccer, drinks, nice people. Great food. I've never had a bad meal. Service can be a bit slow but if you don't have time to relax why go to a pub?

The poutine was good but did not have cheese curds,only cheeses sauce. Mashed potatoes were good.

Great food and beer. They nailed the Irish pub atmosphere and menu items. Trivia night on Tuesday is very fun! Staff goes above and beyond and are worth extra money in there tips.

This is our local pub and we are so lucky for that. Its a Guinness Irish soccer bar to the max. And the dark wood setting lives up to it. The Sunday Bloody Mary bar is amazing, as is the shrimp burger and the brie appetizer. And ladies will enjoy the young David Beckham photo in the bathroom. :)

This place is closed down due to COVID. I tried coming there the other day when Google said it was open and it's definitely not. Will likely try again and change my rating when they reopen

Every meal has been excellent, just had fried oysters with SP fries excellent served hot and huge portions.
The Bull Burgrer and Po Boy (shrimp burger) are excellent.
Disregard previous negative comments as abarations.
Beer is served at the the temp you are supposed to serve good beer. If you are looking for ice temp bud go some where else.
