Burger King Review

Created an order from Uber eats and the restaurant didn't give me what I asked for my pancakes came with nothing no syrup no butter. Never even got the French toast either. The bag was completely sealed so this was the restaurants fault.

I find myself going there every week love their burgers

Wired 10 minutes at pay window then got food, 10pc nuggets were cold and dry.

Breakfast croissant would have been good, had it been the least little bit warm

Very slow very unorganized need better workers and faster workers

My order got messed up three times and the food was cold it was a waste of time and my money

This Burger King reassured me of how good a Burger King could be, after leaving another fast food chain for long lines and poor service I stopped in this location and was pleasantly surprised at the fresh hot food how well it was made and the customer service that was provided to me when I walked in the store. When on Beach Boulevard and looking for some good fast food please give this Burger King a try as they do take the time to make sure that your food is hot fresh and made properly top notch

Slowest place ever and usually order is wrong. Foods ok if u got the time!

Solid experience overall. Managed to go inside, make a quick order of 2 Whoppers, got them within 5 minutes and was able to leave afterwards. Line was a bit long due to it being lunch hour time but I couldn't ask for a better result given the circumstances.

Employees were personable, just way lost. they needed direction it appeared. Waited awhile one cook was working the cash register. None of it made sense.

I tried their Rodeo King combo man I'm telling you that barbecue sauce and that Fresh Burger is good.

Felt like I was earring at skid row. Instead of a bunch of buns there was a bunch of bums.

I got really quick service and I was out the door before I knew it.

Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes, never had my order taken. Ended up leaving and was late to work because of it. Will never stop there again.

The staff here is exceptionally kind and service oriented. The food was as expectef.

This is the WORST, I mean, The WORST burger king EVER!!! the oven was broken for almost 2 weeks. So NO biscuits. They were completely out of jelly and Ketchup. And the place just looks dirty.
That owner should be so proud!!!!

Fast service, too many homeless people in and out begging, no booster seats for kids hardly any chairs at all... Ohhhh and they don't open even they're supposed to.

I just left this Burger King and had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! The manager Ms. Dilly got our order wrong and when we told, her she walked away from the drive threw window with an eye roll. When she came back I was trying to explain to her the order was wrong and yes, I probably was screaming at her because I was already disappointed by the Customer service and she told me I don t even want to talk to you , because I was heated and I had three others with me. When she said that, I was heated at this time and she was demanding more money at the drive thu window when, she messed up our order! So one of the ladies I was with told the manager at the drive Thur window that we were going to come in, the manager Ms Dilly replied that s fine as long as you leave her in the car ,. I got out of the car with the three women and politely explained to the awesome young lady at the front counter that our order was wrong, and that the anger I was expressing was not towards her. In frustration, I SNAPPED on the manager Miss Dilly because she came to the front where we now were and told me to get out I was trespassing and she had called the cops on Me! I have never been treated so poorly before in my life!!!!!!! If nothing is done about this, I will continue to go further with this review to make sure, customers Every where are never treated this horrible again because the workers don t want to work!!!! I called cooperation and I m expected something to be done to this terrible manager. How could she have possibly asked for more money when she messed up our order and treated us less than a customer?!?!? Burger King cooperate, I m expecting you all to hire people who actually care about the customers and aren t just there to get a check!!!

If you are on your lunch break and you only have 30 minutes..... DON'T GO THERE !.
BUUUUUUUT ... if you are not in a rush or if you just have nothing but time on your hands or if you do not mind waiting for your order then by all means go to Burger King at this particular location

Cashier should tell you if their machine works or if it is not upgraded to accept NFC payments via phone or your watch. Cashier waited until AFTER I clicked the ONE TIME USE button to redeem my coupon and then tells me their machines aren't upgraded... I could have went to another BK location... also, the wait time is way too long line- luckily I was waiting to meet someone and decided to grab a bite to eat while waiting... and lastly- who is spell checking these signs... seriously, this needs to stop!!! It says alot about the customer service you should expect... I can't fathom why nobody that works there nor a manager couldn't proofread the sign to correct the spelling

Fast & good personel. If the order is place wrong they change it without hesitation and with a smile in the face.

Terrible service. Did not get food was told by cashier that she gave it to us. Nothing but drug heads and some guy yelling that he was marky the parky and asking for my full name. And when we asked to get our food they said no and said no refund. The worst experience ever.

Order was made wrong I asked for NO PICKELS !! Soda pop machine broken so the fountain Pop did not come out right and no Ice small order of fries when I asked for a medium size Fry never going back to this place EVER AGAIN !!!

Very good service, one lady that works there is so nice welcomes everyone to Burger King make sure everybody has what they need. She shouldn't do you get a raise and they should hire a lot more people like her.

Food was great staff was great just took longer then expected to get our food

Bath room is dirty they need to clean it often it had cocci in the toilet and on the floor

Ordered food to be delivered used a promo code to get a free sandwich and when I received my order through grubhub my free sandwich wasn't in there so I mentioned it to the driver and he was very rude. Will not use burger king or grubhub again.

Absolutely horrible food was cold ice cream machines broke all the Hershey pies are gone never go there again

I was in Saturday, the place was empty around 6 pm tow or three people walking in parking lot my feeling was not secure, staff very nice

I used my bank card to purchase my food on Thursday morning and found out on Friday from my bank that my card had been used for an unauthorized purchase of $105.79 to Harmon Eyez on Spotify. I can't say for sure that the person working the drive thru Thursday morning copied my card# and used it but this is the only place my card was used as a debit where the individual had possession of my card. I will not trust this establishment with use of my card again. I suggest your company check your employees as this person could be taking advantage of your other customers in this manner of STEALING from them.

They got my order wrong the last few times I've gone to any burger King.

Poor service no attention to details slow service rude and uninterested in the customers grievances will NOT come back to this location ever!

Went through drive-thru for frozen drinks. Cashier was not friendly and order was wrong. Tried something different and was very disappointed. They should stick to food.

Caucasian female manager was very rude and unprofessional today. Her and her african female employee argued, used profanity the drive thru window and then when i asked for my reciept, their names and corporate number. She refused to give it to me and slung the door shut in my face. So basically i google the 800# and filed a complaint. This was my first and last time going there.

Worse Burger King in Jacksonville. Service was horrible..Waited 10 min in drive thru with no one there and still got no service.They need new management and employees.

Wrong order. I ordered a whopper they gave me a whopper jr. Was in a rush had no time t exchange it. So i had to settle. Very unhappy.

1st time visit to downtown Jacksonville location. Very poor service. The beverage center wasn't working.

Yummy food. Nice people. Wifi. One plug to charge your phone.
