I just left this Burger King and had a TERRIBLE EX...
I just left this Burger King and had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! The manager Ms. Dilly got our order wrong and when we told, her she walked away from the drive threw window with an eye roll. When she came back I was trying to explain to her the order was wrong and yes, I probably was screaming at her because I was already disappointed by the Customer service and she told me I don t even want to talk to you , because I was heated and I had three others with me. When she said that, I was heated at this time and she was demanding more money at the drive thu window when, she messed up our order! So one of the ladies I was with told the manager at the drive Thur window that we were going to come in, the manager Ms Dilly replied that s fine as long as you leave her in the car ,. I got out of the car with the three women and politely explained to the awesome young lady at the front counter that our order was wrong, and that the anger I was expressing was not towards her. In frustration, I SNAPPED on the manager Miss Dilly because she came to the front where we now were and told me to get out I was trespassing and she had called the cops on Me! I have never been treated so poorly before in my life!!!!!!! If nothing is done about this, I will continue to go further with this review to make sure, customers Every where are never treated this horrible again because the workers don t want to work!!!! I called cooperation and I m expected something to be done to this terrible manager. How could she have possibly asked for more money when she messed up our order and treated us less than a customer?!?!? Burger King cooperate, I m expecting you all to hire people who actually care about the customers and aren t just there to get a check!!!
