Burger King Review

Good service. Food is hit or miss. Sometimes good sometimes not. Overall good spot.

When I am coming over the Mathews (which is the route I take when coming to this location), I have already passed 2 McDonald's, and another Burger King to get here.

And yet, it's worth driving past those others, for the improved speed and service here. I've never had more than about a 10 minute wait between entering line and getting my food (and that was when Drive Through was obviously super-full).

So much better than most of the other BK in town! Keep up the good work, please!

The wait is always outrageous and this place is poorly managed. Many times they close early before posted hours... Today I ordered a basic meal with onion rings, waited 15 min in drive thru for 3 cars ahead of me, only to be told they don't have any onion rings when I finally get to the pay window. This place is an embarrassment to the BK brand and I'm surprised they are allowed to bear the logo... And let's face it, fast food brands shouldn't be too difficult to maintain.

For the most part everything was as planned on this visit. I don't go often but when I did , it was a satisfactory visit. I enjoyed my lunch that day . So I do recommend eating here . Sometimes it is packed , just depends on the time of day. The atmosphere of the environment is fairly okay , I can say . In my opinion , it's as good as it's going to get.

They seemed short staffed for lunchtime and they still were able to provide great customer service...

Food doesn't have the flavor it used to. Whoppers used to be a goto for a cheap, filling meal. Now more "Meh"

Great food! Great staff! The food was excellent! The service was fantastic and Chicken burger Fries Drinks very fresh .Great, authentic and economically priced food.

I had no complaints, fast service and the food was delicious

Is that place is not so good when the young folks work at night time. The Burger King is in need of a update to the modern Burger King Style. Plus the homeless hang out around the building and sometimes makes a spooky at night time. But other than that the service is okay

Stayed in line for almost 30 minutes just to get some burgers with their only at like three cars in line building outside was filthy

Drive thru is slow and my order was wrong plus my fries were not completely cooked

Sold me a whopper with a Bug in it the Manager wouldn't even exchange it. Disgusting....

Their supposed to be open at 6am. Someone was inside and I pulled up to the drive through at 6:25am, there was no answer after multiple attempts.

I bought a burger it looked like a cardboard. I felt like I wasted my money. I am a fan of burger king but not this location in particular.

Hot food, excellent service. Really appreciate being treated good at a restaurant. The cashier was wonderful, will most definitely return to this location.

I had breakfast here after a bad experience at Mcdonald's across the street. The employees seemed friendlier and more efficient. Only issue i have is they opened later than the hours they have on Google map.

Got the 2 for 6 Whopper deal. Pretty good haven't had a Whopper in years.

If I could rate it less than one I would. Super slow.

I wanted breakfast so I ordered a SECB and hash browns. It was fresh and tasty, BUT they sent me off with a sausage egg and HAM biscuit. C'mon! That's not even a thing!

Horrible french toast dried and stuck together.I will not go to that location again will let others know how disgusting the food and the location really is. YuCk!!!! I gave them one star but they do not even deserve that....

Multi sized machines. Dryers get very hot. They could renovate the place a little though.

Burger King food and pricesbe are great. The staff greets you with a smile

Did not maintain cleanliness of the lobby. Workers were slow moving too many managers on shift for things to have been so chaotic and messy

We went through the drive thru the server was rude and had an awful attitude I love burger king just not that one anymore

Doors were locked until after 7am. Once inside, there was no ice in the drink dispenser and the restroom was locked.

If you speak ebonics go ahead there. I hate going to this Burger King and it seems to get worse and worse every time I return. The only reason I use this one is usually for the restroom as I am working and on break however they really need new management. The older lady who wipes the tables and greets at the door is very pleasant however the rest of them are very rude and Out of Touch. Ridiculous

So I ordered 3 crispy chicken jr, only to get home and find out i have Spicy crispy jr. Called to get a refund and my food made over, and the manager who was on her phone at the time I was getting my food stated that was what I ordered and I have to bring the food and receipt back to get It replaced. I'm in the food industry myself and I feel like this was handle very poorly, since I've wasted my time and gas on something i didn't order!!!! After I solve my unwanted food order I will nit becoming back!!!!!1

Save yourself to frustration and walk across the street to McDonald's they're faster cleaner friendlier and you are served at your table when you dine in free Wi-Fi trendier more of a peaceful place to be I do not recommend Burger King downtown on Main Street not even for your kids.

I stood a waited 20 mins after I paid for my order the manager was rude and the food was terrible. ...don holtkamp.

Drive thru got the order all wrong because the order taker spoke so quickly I could not understand her. She would not slow down even though it was obvious I could not understand. Had me pull around even though drive through was empty. I know this is a bad neighborhood, but one of the cooks was hunched over a parked car and it looked like he was slinging drugs! I won't be coming back. The managers should be fired for running such a wreck of a restaurant.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to!! I had to wait 24 minutes in the drive through and there were only two cars in front of me. It was the worst service ever. And, it was not worth the wait. I will never go back!!!

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star if I didn't have to.. They are supposed to open at 6am it's currently 7:50am on a Saturday & they are still CLOSED.. Sad thing is I've been sitting in the parking lot for an hour & seen more than 35-40 people try to get in the locked Bk just in the past HOUR & a HALF!! Pretty ridiculous! And this is at least the 5th time I've worked downtown & it be LOCKED way after 6am (opening time)..

Very upsetting that we couldn't add on too our menu. Drive thru said to get more things that were forgotten when we ordered had to be reordered driving thru again. CRAZINESS so many more cars to get behind to get what was forgotten.

The food is good! Customer service is fair! Environment is clean and uncluttered!

The big fish was absolutely horrible. It was burnt and fried too hard. I didn't have to take it back because I was on my lunch break.

You have to be there before rush hour or heavy traffic to get a decent meal.

Overwhelmingly busy which is a good thing. So the fast in food was kind of slow. Other than that they still made up by courteous. Thumbs up.

The staff are not friendly, the cooks/preparers like to slam your food together so when you go to eat it you have a messy time. Now I'm not saying everyone is like this it was my experience there and I was never rude just ordered. Then I experienced the action.
