Burger King Review

Burger King have always been my favourite , but this one definitely made me like it more. I ordered my food and it was with me in no time. They have such a fast service , and everybody was so helpful there.

I love burger king because they have a most fabulous waffles.Food was hot and fresh great customer service.

Everything was exactly how I asked it to be made and the service was prompt, so kudos girls/guys!! I had it my way!

If I could put negative starts I would. Very disappointed in the service stood there in line for 25 mins and when I received the food it was cold. I wouldn't tell anyone to go here. They just need better management the place is going down the whole

Seriously? No decaf coffee, the menu for breakfast wasn t available because it was broken, no shakes, no tea, no lemonade. What the heck? I was under the impression that a franchise had consistency with all the stores.

I'm definitely a burger over any other thing person and when it comes to having the best burgers , there is no place that stands in competition with Burger King.They serve the best and fresh burgers. Also , they have a very quick service and amazing staff.

There was a cashier who took his time to do sign language with a young customer in order to get the order perfect. I'm not sure if others could of or would have but he did. Also there was another young man who kept diligently running food out to customers in there cars. I don't know why they didn't get it in the drive thru but shout out to him as well.

The crew was relatively young and not trained. The manager tried but they were getting orders wrong. I ask for a fish sandwich with tomato, pickles and extra tartar sauce. Instead I got a sandwich lather on tartar and pickles but no tomato. On top of that they ran out of ice. I am weary about going there again when I come to Jacksonville on business. Maybe I will go to McDonald's across the street. That is probably why they were packed. Just saying.

5th in line 24 mins to get our order and of course it was cold this place is constantly understaffed

Poor representative of the Burger King Franchise.

In the midst of employees arguing and making threats to one another, the wait time for me to get a sandwich was more than 10 minutes. This was not a good experience.

In addition to my experience, I have also watch as paying customers had to come in from drive thru because the order was incorrect.

The only good part of this horrible display of customer service was my cashier. She was super apologetic and tried to offer items as a means to fix the damage experience.

This location could use a quality review from corporate.

We're serving people with numbers higher than mine had to remind them I was there then they gave me my food not real impressed

Came to this Burger King just to get a decent meal my meal rang up for $11.07 I get all the way home Crosstown to come to find out that these people in charge me $28.22 so I had to drive all the way back across town to get my refund never again trust a Burger King in the shady area

Food was good. No homeless inside the restaurant. Plenty outside.

This is for the downtown location because the ones at university blvd are retarded

Got stuck here while walking around downtown Jacksonville during a thunder and rainstorm. It was full of homeless people but I didn't feel awkward at all. The chicken nuggets were great.

I purchased a chicken biscuit from this restaurant for breakfast and was served a raw chicken biscuit. I have never experienced such disgust and I feel sick after noticing halfway through the sandwich that it was raw and severely undercooked and have photos and saved the raw biscuit for proof. This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I have told my family and friends about this incident and they all said this restaurant has a notorious reputation for being unsanitary and unclean, also was told they have roaches and bugs running around the place. Had I known this I would of never ate there. This place needs to be inspected and held accountable before someone literally dies behind being poisoned due to their uncleanliness.

Night crew is trash. Everytime i come by takes toooo long in drive through. The last time i got there, it was 35 min before they closed and no one came to the speaker or window to take my order.... needs a new night staff ASAP..... just drove by the front window and the girl is leaning on the counter texting on her phone smh

I placed my order at the drive thru and when I was asked if there will be anything else I asked the cashier to add a drink. She gave me the total which I knew wasn't correct with the drink added then proceeded to tell me to have my money ready at the window as if I wouldn't have it ready. When I get to the window I asked if she had added on the drink and instead of listening to the question carefully she proceeded to tell me she can't add anything at the window and that it was Burger King's policy not hers so then of course I knew she wasn't going to listen no matter what. I went inside to get the drink and she was running her mouth about it to other employees saying she said the same thing to another lady before. That isn't customer service and she shouldn't be in the food service business. What happened to have it your way Burger King? This was a very bad customer service experience. Another thing about this location is that there are always people hanging around outside asking for money. I gave it two stars because its Burger King and you can't always control the attitudes of those that work for you until you know there is a problem.

I love coming to this Burger King. The food is ALWAYS fresh and it don't take forever. I left my ice cream cone one day but it's cool lol... Really didn't need it anyway.

A good place for dine in for the evening snacks and to spend a good time. A wide range of burgers are available here in very taste you can think of and you wish for.

Visited the drive-thru and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich by itself. The sandwich was good tasting, not necessarily spicy. It was wrapped and bagged neatly, but the service through the speaker when ordering leaves much to be desired. Time was reasonable, and I will visit again.

It was horrible. Fries were like card board burgers were dry and it took forever to get my food. No stars given

Both managers were rude and made my orders wrong and I didnt even feel like driving back up there to even get it remade I felt they would spit in my food how rude the man and the woman were. I wouldn't recommend going here very rude.

63 cent coffee in a.m. for seniors. And absolutely love the steady daytime staff. Supper helpful & efficient.

The store is quite busy and has very slow to poor service, by that I mean that the individuals taking your order have to be told several times what you want and even when you have had to wait for no later than 5 -10 minutes for your order, they still manage to get it wrong. The guys making the sandwiches are quick and do a good job of making the burgers taste great they are fast, but the biggest hold up are the people at the register. You never know what to expect when you go. I had a young lady who didn't even have the courtesy of greeting me when I came to the counter, she just stood there and starred at me. So I took initiative to say "good afternoon, how are you". It's sad but this is what I usually see at alot of the fast food restaurants. Especially this one.

Customer service at this location is NON-EXISTENT. My food was cold after 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. Extremely disappointing.

Slow seemed confused when you change a sandwich like no pickles or onions mess up order taker or ones that prepare it....

They charged more than what the signs posted. False advertising.

My whopper and fries were good. However, the drink machine was horrible. Many of the fountains were broke. They had to make fresh tea and they had No unsweet tea. It made our meal unenjoyable.

Okay so when I first arrived the drive thru lights were off at 10:36pm. And no one responded through the microphone drove across to Mc Donalds to look up hours and saw they were open till 12am called the number and the woman said her Co worker was changing her battery while sitting at a window seeing us. The food was stale and the chicken was undercooked.
