Burger King Review

Rude employees at time of order and had to pull around for a small order.

Awful bk.. Trashy place.. Bums outside & in. Small selection of sauces

For an industry that wants $15 per hr, they need to work on their listening skills. I told the lady my order and she rung up something totally different. Then wants to have an attitude when I want them to fix it.

Good experience, food was fresh and service was decent

For you to have good service you have to at least open the doors when are they going to open the doors for business I went down to the Burger King downtown even knocked on the door at 7 in the morning and the manager and all the workers ignored me I went there at 12 in the afternoon for lunch again the doors are locked employees and management ignored me I went to the drive-thru in my wheelchair and they said they couldn't open the window to talk to me or even get an order I have to be in a car so I tried asking him when they going to open the door and again they ignored me I'd have to say that was the worst place I ever went to

drive thru was great, as was the food. the bathroom was super gross and so I went across the street to McDonalds.

Always slow service and usually needs to be cleaned.

ABSOLUTELY TRASH! Dirty place. Employees and managers talking to each other any kind if way. Got my order wrong twice!! Then going to yell at me because i requested a refund. I walked out and left the food. Waste of my ten dollars and my time!! Won't come back here to eat!

Waited in drive thru with three cars for twenty-five minutes. Ridiculous.

The food was good, but my milk shake was not good, it was not thick & it was so watery

The cashiers are so rude and disrespectful male and female the whole crew need to go back and be retrained I would give it a 0 stars if I didn t had to give it 1 to post

Chronic slow service and getting orders and correct , spoils and otherwise pleasant experience of receiving( fast , courteous and accurate service.)

I am editing my review because the manager, I wanna say her name was Kiki, was very kind in dealing with an issue with my order. She replaced the entire order and added a large coke and french fries. She certainly didn't have to do all that, so thank you!

My order came very quickly last than ten minutes and they made my order the way I wanted it

Came here around 7am, no help no service, no even bothered to answer the intercom. Returned again around 9am thinking that had their stuff together but still no one answered the intercom or anything. They would have did better by placing a "we're closed or dont bother us" sign on the building. Their customer service isn't that good neither. Total and complete waste of time and energy. Never seen anything so pathetic.

It's burger King who don't like burger king when you can have it your way?

Order was served incorrectly. And the restaurant was not kept up with cleanliness at all I was very disappointed I have been at that location before and did not experience the experience I recently had.

I arrived at Burger King at exactly 1:52 p.m. and waited 15 minutes before I demanded my money back because they had not even prepared my order and they were behind by five orders but had passed by my order and when I requested my money back they try to stall but I had a bus to catch which by the way I missed if you are in Downtown Jacksonville and you are hungry go to McDonald's across the street from Burger King it's cleaner a better atmosphere the Wi-Fi is better and they get your order right the first time plus you can be seated and they will bring your order to your table I give McDonald's five stars out of five.

Fine scene for tasty cheap food. Came here on a Saturday. Really nothing but good experiences here. Prices were good for how much you get. Atmosphere is similar to a cafe in San Jose I loved.

Used to be a good place, that is, until they allowed someone to play their music loud enough for everyone to have to listen to. So much for peace & quiet.

Rude drive thru staff and my fries were *barely* cooked. Waste of money. If you don't want to work in customer service, don't. That simple.

It's ok I feel that the service needs to be better..

Food tasted as if it had been sitting for a while. It wasn't hot and the fries were cold plus the milkshake looked as if someone ordered it but changed their mind and they had it sitting waiting for someone to order a milkshake so they won't have to make one.

Sometimes slower than usual but faster than the McDonald's across the street

I always appreciate Burger King because their burgers are always significantly larger than that of McDonald's. In my opinion, Burger King still has the best hamburger offered by a fast food restaurant. Now when it comes to Fry's and other side items, that's an entirely separate debate. But in regards to the subject of hamburgers alone, Burger King wins hands down.

The worst experience on Earth. I visited this BK and was in a rush to an appt. In front of me the windoow attendant took part of our ready food, gave it to her customer who just ordered and told the cashier we could wait. Then, when I asked the cashier to give me fresh food since I had to wait for the food to be redone and others who came after me in the drive thru and restaurant left before me, she got mad, started twisting sadwiches like she meant to give me old food. I asked her to reimburse me and told her I'll do the review. She said she didn't care. I left. I was, of course, the only non African American person in line during the 30 minutes of this horrible experience. Got late to the appointment and my children did not eat. BK makes it better.

Delicious Burgers and Fantastic Drinks. People are kind here and Prices are reasonable too!!!

The staff person at the Drive through was rude and even used the F bomb while talking to us. Will not give my hard earned money to such a place , never again.

More trouble than its worth. It's like breaking up with a gf that you didn't realize you were in a relationship with, move on.
