Burger King Review

Service was good, but they were out of ketchup. How are you in the hamburger and French fry business and be out of ketchup? T

it really should not say fast food. I waited in line and it was the longest short line I've ever been in.

Had a great time at this restaurant, family enjoyed the food a lot and very friendly staff. Food was delicious!

Great place to eat , good food despite what haters say and overall I only have the review 4 stars because of my order getting mixed up but they corrected it quickly and efficiently, so I give them props for running great customer service

Greeted as we came in by a lovely woman. Cashier was pleasant and professional. Food was exactly as expected, served fast and hot by another pleasant and professional associate.

Worst BK I have ever been to. My food was cold and over cooked. My coworkers food was warm and under cooked. We both order the same thing and they tried to pass his bacon king off as a whopper jr. terrible slow service every time I have been here. Will never come back.

The burger and the bun was burnt didn't realize it until i got home didn't want to drive 5 miles to return it after standing in line for 25 minutes the 2 for $6 Whopper is what we had from the Market Street location

Their tacos were nasty and burnt.What is Burger King doing? Burger King can do better than that.They also have problems with their bathrooms. The homeless constantly messing up the men and women bathrooms. My kids and I feel uncomfortable about eating at Burger King.The homeless keep bothering us.

Customer service was horrible! I let them know they gave me the wrong order, and that's when their attitude started. After the drive through server prompted me to keep the wrong sandwich (A double whopper,) I informed the that I would rather have the sandwich I originally ordered and paid for (The Sourdough King)"Give me the sandwich!" The manager blared out of the drive through window. I handed her the sandwich. She firmly threw the sandwich in trash out of frustration. "Pull around to the double doors," was the last words she spoke to me before gesturing me to move my car. As a person that works in customer service, I was expecting some type of apology for the mixup. I never recieved even an acknowledgement of the mixup or an apology for the negative attitude I received from the employees of this establishment. Needless to say, even though I love the home of the Whopper, I will never again patronize the Burger King in Downton Jacksonville.

Cashier tried to steal my money and also had bad customer service skills

Terrible service! The young girl got MY order wrong, then proceed to cop an attitude with me. The evening shift there is quite unprofessional! Getting the food to you in a timely manner isn t one of their priorities nor politeness

The Burger King downtown really lacks in customer service. Workers are rude and do not care about getting orders right. Food is cold and not fresh. The whole place needs an overhaul from top to bottom.

It took them for ever to get my girlfriend and I our whopper. And while waiting we see the fat black lady spit in someone else's food

Very poor service, I had to wait 15 minutes before someone came to the intercom I watched 7 other cars leave because of frustration and when I finally got to the window she had an attitude and so did I. I will never go back there again and I hope you don't either.

I've resided in the N.E. quarter of Jacksonville for 10 years now and estimate about 25 visits to this BK location. They get a high drive thru volume due to being in a heavly trafficed area, especially during the peak rush and lunch hrs. Walk in service seems to suffer since a high percent of sales receipts stem from drive thru orders. Not fond of the lack of employee customer relations. Place is filthy. Im a little over six feet and can see tops of stainless steel counters and can see layers of dirt amd grease that looks like its been building up for years.

Its great if you have all night to wait for a sandwich! People going thru the drivethru ordering meals for 10 people! The place sucks!

Couldn't understand what person was saying via the speaker in the drive through. Order came and fries weren't good, not salted, no napkins in the bag, no offer of ketchup or other condiments which I didn't request because I was busy with my effort to understand what was being said while ordering.

Totally horrible winning for lunch get there early at 10:30 they said lunch starts at 10:45 so I waited at 10:45 they said they weren't ready 11 they still weren't ready they said it be 11:15 with an attitude so I walked across the street and went to McDonald's this particular Burger King I've had issues with before it's horrible

This place is a little run down. But not horrible. The people often have an attitude. Often close the store early. I'd rather visit the McDonald's across the street.... at least the McDonald's doesnt have a lock on the bathroom door. Burger King acts like it's such a huge deal to unlock the door.

They need better employees & managers the one working drive thru wasn't able to keep up

Food is ok, order is usually wrong and service is slow as can be. I only stop here when I starving to death because of it's location to my work. 30 minute lunch break usually spent in drive through. Located in dangerous area with a lot of homeless. So, if you go inside you will be asked for money by the homeless in the parking lot or be concerned for your safety by the savory characters loitering.. You really have to have a hankering for a Whopper :) Employees are nice, they unfortunately can't help the location of the restaurant.

I went that morning burger seemed old and warmed up but fries was fresh.

The people there are rude they are not friendly because when I get to the speaker to take my order they don't say may I take your order they say go ahead like that's not how u talk on a speaker phone I drove off .

Line was super long and hair in my food.... Also my props go out to the photographer on the breakfast croissants because what I ordered was definitely not the picture

Staff were nice but, if you want slow service...This is the place to go. In line for more than 20 minutes. Only one truck in front of me. Sandwich poorly put together. Fries were hot because I ordered them without salt. Only part of the meal I ate.

I go here time and time again just to get slow service and my order repeatedly messed up. We all know and love Burger King but this one has some serious kinks to work out the open hours late leaving a long line, they are rude and impatient and can t seem to be able to properly preform a simple task as a complete order

They had no chicken nuggets, french fries, or chicken sandwiches on a weekday at 1pm. This location is a joke. I ordered a philly cheese burger & the ingredients were wrong. I was reluctant to eat my food because it was cold. Avoid this place at all costs.

The slowest, especially during lunch hours on Fridays. They just can't get it together.

The worst place to eat in town, and very nasty, buns on the floor, dirty tables and lazy staff!!!!!

I will never set foot in this building again!! Just because the location is down town, they seem to accuse nearly everyone as being a dirty stinking homeless person.

They have their good days and bad days. Depending on the crew determines whether or not your order will be fresh and correct. Hope for the best

Only go if you're starving. The staff is slow and the panhandlers are brazen. The car behind me in the drive thru was being harassed by someone knocking on their window and the others yell out at you for cigarettes, food, or money.

This is a good place to go for a quick meal I noticed lately though that the timeliness of their service has went down they don't seem to be as efficient as they used to be

Poor service I waited 15+ min for food not a quick bite

8 asked for an easy order double whopper with cheese, and bacon, pickles tomatoes mustard and no bun. You.verified my order three times. I got no bacon, a heap of lettuce, no mustard...

Terribly cold food! Ordered 3 meals specifically said OFF THE BROILER PLEASE and got 3 cold Whoppers! Sprite taste like club soda. I definitely will not be goin back!

Did not have tacos, did not have half the dipping sauces, did not have ketchup. Menu sign was broken. Guy was asking for food behind the building. Fries tasted like the oil has never been changed. Will not go back.

Pretty bad dont waste your time the manager was the most rude person I have ever met, she had red curly hair. it took 25 mins for me to get one meal through the drive through. there was at least 5 cars that drove off behind me..

Just visited the drive-up and waited for 10 minutes before reaching the speaker only to be told at 9am that they had no breakfast items available and we're only selling lunch. I had been looking forward to biscuits and jelly but since I was in a rush I went ahead and ordered a veggie burger combo only to be told they were out of those too! Having no vegetarian options available to me I was forced to go sit another 10 minutes in the McDonald's drive across the street (but at least they had breakfast options). The staff here is pleasant but the management clearly needs to be trained in food purchasing. Needs serious improvement.

No stars..horrible service ..waited for 30 min being patient..girl kept asking what did u order.. Said it at least 3 x and showed her the reciept..food was passed out ..two sandwiches short..THEY CANT GET IT TOGETHER??!!!

Disgusting place, surrounded by panhandlers. Never has shakes available, just went inside ordered food and it was completely wrong. They were out of Ketchup and Sweet Tea even! What kind of fast food doesnt have Ketchup and serves fries. Absolutely unproffesional to say at the least!!!

THIS IS THE NASTIEST BURGER KING IVE EVER BEEN INTO. THE SERVICE WAS AWFUL. IT TOOK 34 MINUTES TO GET MY 8 TACOS AND A LARGE SWEET TEA. MY FAMILY WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS BURGER KING AGAIN.

This is a great BK, there's hardly ever a long wait and the food is good.
