We use burdin quite a bit for car accident litigation. Ken is particularly great at getting both sides to meet in the middle. He is also priced better, or as well as, every other mediator out there. Best mediator at the firm.

This mediation company is a circus and is ran by a clown himself. Totally disregards laws and fails to control the arbitration process by allowing one side to continue to defy court orders and allow them to not turn over vital records. Save yourself the money and choose another mediation company that will follow the law and give a fair and accurate judgement!!!!!!

This group mediated my son's case.
The mediator bullied me stating how could a spine injury affect the bladder.
He was not very knowledgeable about spinal injuries.
He looked too sleepy, eyes glazed over during process.
He also said you seem " obsessed."
A mother of a injured child who was seeking a cure for their 8 yr old child who was suffering chronic pain, nausea, double vision, blurry vision oh and stroke like left sided weakness.
Damn right I was obsessed.
My son was said to have brainstem and spinal cord compression.
He didn't find that significant lol!
At the end of mediation he shook my hand but WOULD NOT look me in the eye. Real caring guy.
A mom will go to the end of the earth to help their child. He had no understanding of this!
Go to another group if you want compassion. All this guy did was brag about all his judge experience prior to bullying this mom of a spinal injured boy!
Nice place with comfortable seating. For terrible mediations. Both times there for 2 different cases and turnout has been horrible.
