Horrible horrible horrible. I have never been so disappointed by a doctors office.

love this place staff is very friendly, have no complaints about this place would definitely reccomend this to anyone that is searching for a good OB/Gyn Dr. Garrido is excellent!

I chose Heathrow Ob/Gyn because of the reviews. I am painfully regretting it. I went in for a follow up and Dr Pierre-Lambert insisted I had to do a biopsy right there and then. 11/25/19.
I have been bleeding and in pain since then. Not to mention she was suppose to call in a prescription for me and never did. I went to CVS 3 times and nothing. I called on 12/3/19 because I had to change pads every 30 minutes. The front desk told me they were busy, so go to the ER. I did. The Er told me to follow up with her because they didn't understand why a biopsy was done without numbing stuff or anesthesia. It got worse and I was in the emergency on 12/4/19. They tried reaching Dr Pierre-Lambertand couldn't get her. They gave me birth control to stop the bleeding. Guess what? I am still bleeding . The worse part is, she's also the head doctor of the ER. I went to another Gyn and I am about to have surgery to clean up her mess.
Run from this place!!!

To be honest as I see the staff there are nice, but they are not responsible. They reject your application while they believe they cannot afford any risk that may happen. As a medical service they should be considerate and put the patient as the top priority, apparently they are not aware of that. Please try to be considerate!!!

Dr. Sensor is an extremely caring and competent provider. She is extremely knowledgeable, she took right decision at the right time and saved my baby. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an OB/GYN in the Lake Mary area!

I went in for an annual visit and it was the best visit I have ever experienced. I will definitely be back

They discriminate towards women with BMIs over 50. The doctors obviously don't care about women and helping them give birth to healthy children.

At first I was very comfortable and happy with Dr. Sensor and her diagnosis. Enough to trust her with a necessary surgery. After 5 weeks of healing, I discovered that the surgery didn't work to fix the issue. At the follow up appointment, she gave no reasoning behind why it didn't work, just an "Oh well, you're a zebra I guess". She was not empathetic, understanding, kind or helpful with future solutions. She was defensive and dismissive when she saw proof that the surgery wasn't successful. She told me that I would have to live with it, or get another expensive surgery...while I'm still paying off the first. I will NEVER go back here again.

I would give this place 0 stars if i could. This place has gone downhill after Dr. Cofield left. Dr. Sensor talks, ridicules about her patients and judges them which i've heard for myself. She once gave me her opinion on a 16 yr old pregnant patient. I felt judged because she was talking about me to the staff outside which is when i also heard her talk about another patient with a snaggletooth. The receptionists are quick to argue with patients. The nurse practitioner isnt any better shes just as rude and forced me to change my birth control when i told her i didnt want to. I have bad stories for days about this office.

Professional, caring, courteous, fantastic bedside manner (and funny as hell). One of the best doctors I've ever been to, highly recommend

I would highly recommend this office. The office staff have always been very pleasant.
I also have been completely satisfied with Lisa's care and concern for my health and wellness. She answers all questions and treats me as a whole person; listening well to any and all concern; working with you to solve any difficulties you may have.

0 stars from me drove from Deltona was not even 10 mins late and was told to come back, which by the way is not included in their email. I had been calling the office all week different times no answer had to go online to book appointment and staff is less than friendly. Never again!!!!

Absolutely love this office. Michele Cofield has a great sense of humor and makes every appointment fun. The rest of the ladies on staff are amazing. So glad these ladies are the ones handling all my OB appointments. They are all amazing.

Appointment was at 9 didnt get called in till 1015. Terrible customer service, rude doctor. Very inconsiderate lady dr.cofield is a joke do not go to this place of business. This place is a joke they are not close to punctual and they think everything is a joke

Dr. Guererro is one of the best doctors I have ever been to see. She's very knowledgeable and kind. The office is clean and I'm comfortable in the waiting room... if I could ever get in it on time.

Every. Single. Time. I schedule an appointment, usually a month or more out, I get a call maybe 2 days before saying they need to CANCEL the appointment. If I stay on top of it I can usually get rescheduled within a week... I get appointments now knowing they will be cancelled or rescheduled... or just not even put in the system at all... Everyone is very nice but I feel like they could stand to be more organized and it can be extremely frustrating. From now on when I schedule an appointment I'll call the next day to ensure that it is scheduled correctly.

My doctor is great. The receptionists not so much. I have never had an appointment stay at it's set time. Nor have I ever waited less than half an hour when getting to my appointment on time.They will inevitably change your apt then leave you a voice mail. A lady waited next to me for an hour before they told her that her insurance policy wasn't active.

This place is wonderful. They are all very one on one with each patient! I'm so happy I chose them to be my OB!

Love the Lake Mary location. Dr. Coffield is extremely knowledgeable and personable.

I have been going to Heathrow OBGYN for over 6.5 years and delivered two children under the care of Dr. Cofield. The staff has changed in that time however I have never had any problems, including my most recent visit weeks ago. The staff was friendly, wait time was reasonable and Dr. Cofield was AMAZING as usual! Talking to Dr. Cofield is very easy and her bedside manner is genuine and sincere. She is an expert at her craft and I've never had a doctor that I trust more. Her sense of humor and smile always make me feel at home and I will continue to call her my doctor as long as I can!

Dr. Cofield, is a excellent physician. She was highly recommended and I understand why. One of the most caring doctors I have seen in years. She listens, and gives you options! Thanks, Dr. Cofield!

Went for my annual visit. No issues. Professional staff. Saw Dr. Sensor. Recommend.

As a new patient I was very impressed. They have procedures to ensure the safety of patients and staff amidst the pandemic. I was literally in the office for 45 minutes and that included completing new patient paperwork and my healthy woman exam. The staff was super nice and professional as well as the nurse and the doctor. The doctor contacted me within a couple of days with my exam results. I am super pleased with the experience and will continue my OBGYN care with them.

12 weeks pregnant and still haven t met my doctor because every time I have an appointment she has an emergency and they have to reschedule. Best part is they don t tell me until I come into the office instead of calling ahead of time. Very inconvenient and unprofessional. I drive 30 minutes every time to see my doctor and it s a complete waste of time.

They take 4 patients at the same time, make me waste my time.
They re-schedule my appt so many times it became disrespectful.
Doctors are ok, they have a problem with handling patients.

These are not good people. Only good staff is Ms Angie she treats people like a doctor office should. Tiffany Eric Erica and Me Cofield are malicious people out to look and judge and care for those they see fit. They let me go threw weeks for my due date because of missing appointments from being sick in bed then re let go from the office the lady's were ride and when spoke to management I was lied to. Give false information like I could look for someone else to care for me when they knew no one would. I never spoke to Ms Dawn like I requested but I really thing she is trying to make sure my baby dies. Dr Cofield has no love in her heart unless ahe can get a fat check out of you. Never knew it was ok for a doctors office management to lie or for receptionist to tell and disrespect clients. Then turn around act like it's all me. I didn't just go off for no reason I was lied to and not carried for properly and I wanted answers. No vaginal check just come in peee in a cup so they can pretend and collect insurance money. Some people in this world are full of hate. They sit at home comfortable with they families not caring about other people lives and these are doctor and mangers that run a doctor office and get away with murder. I've been lied to by the Cofield first saying my next visit will be a naked visit where she checked me a head to toe. Do you know I never got appt with her from November until April when she decided to let me go cuz of missing appts from being sick. Then the receptionist lei to me about my rights as a client and make it like I really disrespected them when they did it first and so followed. The information they were suppose to give legally as a client I got from management Eric which was just a humble voice that threw information to me to get me out there hair for the thirty f
Day guidelines but he knew no one would take and told me I had time and was addressing the ladies but they are still there and still rude. Never got a call from his boss Ms Dawn. These people really don't care but I never did them ant wrong. Just needed answers for my care and when I couldn't get answers they let me go cuz they never took time to get to know me or my pregnancy. Mr Eric told me last week to get the rest of my care from the ER and on my due date to go in and them I'm due and want a c section. I know the info was wrong but I had people by my side listening to this evilness when I went to the ER they said why would they tell you this. I even went to the killer hospital that they deliver at. If u had a good experience with office. You know the doctors personally and have insurance that they can bank off of. But me not knowing them from a different state. As long as I could come in and they could play doctor threw there nurses they were good to I got sick stuck in bed. They judge me low but they don't even know who I am how powerful my family is. Nobody will take me this far along so I'm prepared to lose my baby my I will work my heart in soul until every doctor nurse management receptionists and all get what they deserve I will not let this go ever. I feel my baby inside of me strong but getting weaker and myself to. Losing my hair and weight stressed out from the situation but god is power and the glory rest on they. Sitting back enjoying life and u have the power to treat someone like a human being. Dr Cofield I know you want and my baby to suffer and I know u smile for the devil but god is stronger than you and soon being on that high horse won't feel so good. You still have to deal with you at the end of the day and I never did you wrong just said help me. Care for my miracle and you found it in your heart to walk on me like a rug. I won't give up. I will enjoy the time is have with him. But playing my life I will never let go for what u let them do to me for what u pretend was right to do to me. I know u know your wrong you are dead wrong..

Great Practice! Every time I visit i feel welcomed, and the staff is always very friendly and caring.

Dr. Guerrero is a wonderful doctor. But I called to ask about payment plans, to make an appointment, was no longer to be seen as a patient. The receptionist I spoke to had THE WORST attitude. couldn't explain to me why they no longer could see me, never gave me the number to true health, just hung up. The office staff was really no help the day I had my appointment and needed to fill out paper work. no one could even tell me specifically if my doctor takes Medicaid because all it says on the website is "Accepts most forms of insurance".
I ended up calling the location in orange city and asked if it was possible to be seen there, and the woman was kind and very helpful, gave me all the information I needed and told me to call true health.
I also got a bill in the mail, for a new outpatient visit, the pregnancy test, and the ULTRASOUND, which I was told would be included in the cost the day of my appointment; was told over the phone and the day of.
Was also in my room 10 minutes after closing because someone was on a phone call and I was waiting to revive the gift bag and fill out more paperwork.
Either go somewhere else or the location in Orange City.

I am truly disappointed of this place, if you re seeking prenatal care go to another location. I have been seeing Dr. Lambert for my pregnancy and decided to leave. She is not detailed with explaining or looking into my concerns. The office is very disorganized, and take a long time to answer the calls. And to get your records transferred, don t even get me started. I m already 35 weeks and got my appointment cancelled due to not receiving the records that were requested about a month ago.

Let me begin by saying that Dr. Sensor is a compassionate, down-to-earth, wonderful doctor, but this Review is not of Dr. Sensor - it is of the practice itself. The staff at this practice is incompetent. Speaking with 3 different people, I got 3 different stories. When an order needed to be written, it was written incorrectly. Luckily, the imaging facility caught the mistake, but then when trying to get the office to correct the mistake, it was nearly impossible to reach anyone at the office, and, in fact, the person at the imaging facility was hung up on. It caused a very long delay as the order/prescription had to be rewritten. I then received a call several days later from someone at this office who attempted to defend their incompetence and blatantly lied about what was supposed to be done. Thank goodness I have experience with medical records and reading them. A person not experienced would not have known that they had been lied to on more than one occasion. I strongly recommend steering clear of this practice, as dealing with the staff is absolutely infuriating, and they have demonstrated that they will flat out lie to defend themselves.

My Obgyn is awesome. She makes me feel very comfortable and the office staff is also very nice to deal with. They are all many steps above most doctor's offices.

I waited 6 weeks for my appointment. When I finally had my appointment I was sent away because the doctor wasn t at the office. I had to leave unseen.
They gave me a new appointment for a week later. Came back a week later. Guess what?
The doctor wasn t here again.
Both times I was not notified. And got that message when I was already at the office.
Wasted my time and my gas.
Really?

Update: I talked to the office manager and she took care of my problem and I saw a different doctor. I hope things are going to be better from now on- after we had a bad start.

I always have problems with my appointment. As having a depo shot, I always schedule 3 months on advance, but I always have to wait 30 mins to an hour, despite having an appointment. The staff doesn't seem to care, and it's quite disrespectful to waste my time and not get an apology, or any care to solve then issue. It's quite frustrating. Apparently, the doctor I was supposed to see today hasn't been on the office, and I never got a call. I also work, and have to be on time, but that doesn't matter either, I'm always kept waiting, and some patients that arrive at the office after me, get seen right away.

If you request respect and punctuality from your patients we also need to get the same care right back. I understand that you may be double booked or whatever the case may be, but it's time you are responsible for your issues. On top of all that, when I do politely let them know what is happening, the staff gets mad for simply requesting to be seen on time due to needing to be at work on time. Someone called me right when I left, and at this point I was frustrated cause I can't get the care I need and pay for- your Doctors don't work for free, I pay for what I need. I never hear any apologies, and the person that called me responded in such a defensive manner regarding my complaint of service. That kind of attitude is not necessary.

I'm not, and can't afford, to be late to my job just because you can't keep up with your commitment to the scheduled appointment, and again, get defensive responses when voicing my issue. This is completely unprofessional. Maybe get the staff trained to get better customer service instead of a cold shoulder, or get mad at your patients when I ask that you see me on time. It's not a crazy request. I make an appointment, and expect to bee seen on time. It is not my fault that your office is understaffed and overbooked. So again, don't take it out on your patients if you are the ones that can't deliver.

I love Dr. Lambert and nurse practitioner Carla Shulman. Of course my appointment gets rescheduled sometimes but that's because I have it with Dr. Lambert and she gets called away to delver babies, they usually reschedule me with Carla on the same day. Dr. Lambert was amazing when I wanted permanent birth control in the form of sterilization. She never tried to talk me out of it, even though I was 31 and had no children. I had been her patient for years at this point so it was nice that she respected me enough to make my own decisions, some doctors do not about this procedure. She answer my 100s of questions and even did the surgery on a Friday, which she usually does not, because it was the only day I could take off work. She is the best.

Don't go close to this office , they are rip off and scam . They gave me an appointment thinking for check up , but it turned out to be just talk questions and answers didn't exam me at all , I was charged 238.00 dollars for just questions and answers

Dr. Sensor has taken care of all my female healthcare needs with the utmost attention and care for my best interest. I appreciate her candor, and friendliness when I see her. She is thorough and discusses options and includes me in any decisions related to my care.

Ref sent over to this office 2-3wks ago. I have not heard anything regarding an apt. I have also been calling the office all day no answer. I am on hold now for more than 20mins and still no answer. I have not had an appt yet but I am not pleased with the services.

New to this area, new patient process was easy, I was seen in just under 20 minutes. I saw Courtney for women s health, she was very professional and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and discussed everything I had concerns about. The staff in the office were professional and friendly as well. Happy to have gone and will continue.

I was a patient here for my 1st pregnancy. They switched up Ob's on me at the last minute when I was ready to deliver. Dr. Lambert was very rough with helping me deliver. Then I call this year to try and get back in for my 2nd pregnancy; they tell me they need to look over my medical records that will take 48hrs; never got a call back. Called them back today and they tell me unfortunately we are not accepting new patients. Which I'm not a new patient!!! They are so unprofessional and can't keep their stories straight. Will recommend to all my friends not to go here!

Disappointed with the way they handled my 18 y/o daughter's first GYN visit. I set appointment a month in advance when we arrived they took her paperwork and called her to the back. 1 minute later she comes back out and says they won't do exam or pap smear unless you are 21 years old. I never heard of this before. I asked the front desk people who looked clueless then they called the nurse practitioner to talk to me but she didn't know why they didn't either. Would've been nice if someone in the office could have explained why they don't accept women under 21 instead of awkwardly looking at me like a deer in headlights.

Very Rude and Mean to my Wife who is 6 months pregnant and we just moved to this area. I cant not believe how the treated Her!!! This is ridiculous.
Then when we ask for the records to find another doctor they told us the Did not have them. We are seeking legal actions as of now.

My first visit. Found this place friendly& very helpful

I see Dr Guerrero. She is a very kind and caring doctor. I was afraid because I didn t have many options when it came to a doctor that participated with our insurance. I am in need of a surgical procedure and when I met with her to discuss, she had calmed me fears and addresses all of my concerns. When I came in to see her, I didn t have a very long wait in the waiting room or after I finished up with the tech.

I give only 4 stars because I also had an appointment scheduled, then cancelled.

I am 30 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child and I have had the worst care possible here. They outsource all of the Ultrasounds making scheduling miserable and give me the run around on information. I was admitted to the hospital for high blood pressure and severe anemia. They should ve never let me get that sick. So i requested my medical records to be transferred 4 weeks ago and still have not sent them over to the new dr.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Dr. Stacy Sensor actually listened to me and had a conversation with me. It was so refreshing not to be treated like a number to fill a quota.

Dr. Cofield is awesome. She takes the time to answer questions and is genuinely interested her patients wellbeing.

I can't even begin to put into words how thankful I am to have found Heathrow OB/GYN. Not only did they take me on as a new patient, but they placed me on the schedule within less than two weeks.
The front desk staff answered all my questions about the doctors and were more than accommodating when scheduling me.
My husband and I were both a bit nervous before our first apt, due to some bad experiences at another doctors office. All worries and hesitations went out the window the second we met Dr. Gurerrao.
She has the kind of personality that can immediately make anyone feel at complete ease. She spent a great deal of time with us and was very thorough when answering any questions we had.
Even though I've only had a few appointment with Dr. Guerrero, I trust her fully. She is obviously extremely knowledgable, professionally and all around amazing.
Late one Sunday night, on a holiday weekend, we had to contact the "on call" Doctor. Dr. Cofield, whom we have not met just yet, returned our call within two minutes. She was just as concerned, caring and knowledgable as Dr. Guerrero. She made a difficult situation go as smoothly as possible and directed us accordingly.
The following business day we needed a follow-up apt and they were able to see me in just over 24 hours. Again, when visiting the office under stressful circumstance, the doctors really put us at ease.
I would HIGHLY recommend Heathrow OB/GYN to anyone and everyone. It's almost seems too good to be true that there are TWO incredibly talented doctors working for this practice. I am so thankful to them and their staff for all their help and taking me on as a patient.
They certainly deserve MORE than a five star rating! :)

My first visit was fantastic everyone was helpful.
After that it went down hill!
I scheduled an appointment for an birth control arm implant removal. That has expired.
So have I have been rescheduled 4 times. All which were 30-45 minutes before me actual appointment.
Every time I get rescheduled I have to wait anywhere between 7-10 days for my new appointment.
There is no concern coming from the people rescheduling. They make it seem like it's your fault they have to reschedule you because the doctor isn't in.
I work in customer service, and if I have to reschedule an appointment I will do everything in my power to reschedule within the next day or two.
Let's see if I get rescheduled again!

Heathrow Ob/gyn is a clean and friendly environment, all of the staff are great and Carla Shulman I would recommend to any woman! She makes you feel comfortable and treats you not only as a patient, but an equal/friend. She explains things thoroughly and answers any questions/concerns. I have went to her since I was 16 and absolutely adore her, she s kind and patient and makes the experience totally comfortable rather than awkward/weird given the circumstances.

I have been going to Heathrow Ob-Gyn for about 6 years now and have delivered 2 babies with Dr. Cofield. I absolutely adore her, but unfortunately think the practice's patient load is too high. During my last pregnancy, I had about 5 appointments cancelled, some after I'd been waiting in the waiting room. The wait time is exorbitant. I don't think I waited less than 30 minutes past my appointment time for any of my appointments. Also, I've had some frustrating experiences with both the receptionists and the office manager. Overall, I stay at the practice because I love Dr. Cofield and now that I'm done having children I'll only need to go for my annual; however, if I were to have another baby I'd be looking elsewhere.

The front desk provided very poor service. I think they were tired and ready to go at 4:15pm but I was already anxious and they made matters worse by not acknowledging me at all. Very cold. Nurse and practitioner Carla is always very nice.

I was a new patient as of yesterday at Heathrow OB/GYN and I have nothing but good things to say. The nurse practitioner Lisa Cara was wonderful! I m always nervous about doctor s appointments and she made me feel very comfortable and welcome! She was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions! I m very happy to have found this place!

The office was very professional, made me feel very comfortable for an uncomfortable exam. Ms Courtney gave me additional information about my health concerns before I ask !

I wish I'd seen these horrible reviews before I'd ever scheduled an appointment with this office. Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. Had my initial appointment on April 19th, for care that needed follow up (I was expecting a call for follow up appointment regarding this). A month went by with no call from anyone there. I had to finally reach out to them only to be told they never received requested test results from the hospital (and never bothered to follow up with that hospital on behalf of their patient). Was told on the phone this will get resolved and I should expect a call back that day. That was three weeks ago. I requested access to the patient portal, again, was told to expect an email; I'm still waiting on that.

I'm sorely disappointed in how I was treated - really quite stunned by it; for someone charged with a patient's care to be this dismissive is grossly irresponsible. And in reading these reviews, apparently nothing new - every other posting is basically about how poor their service is. And there is no sense of ownership in the clinic's responses - you are putting the responsibility on the poster to contact the office...maybe you should be reaching out to the patients in a show of good faith accountability. In the meantime, I'm without any medical resolve and having to go back to the drawing board to find a new doctor. My hope is that your office truly, truly takes the negative feedback you're receiving seriously, and do your best to make significant changes in how you care for people who are entrusting their lives to you.

The receptionist Millie, the nurse Claudia, and Dr. Sensor are incredible. They took care of my mind, body and soul. I had a very stressful surgery and they made me comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Sensor is an amazing surgeon. I had a total hysterectomy and in only two weeks I was almost myself again.

I am extremely disappointed with this place. I came to get my yearly exam in here and they said that they would upload my results to my customer portal. Well there was an issue and my customer portal was not working and I have called this place about seven times without a response! I also ordered my IUD from here about 3 and a half weeks ago and have not been able To get through to anyone about that status. I m starting to get worried. And this is extremely irritating, and it should not take this many tries to get a hold of somebody there. Extremely bad customer service!

I recently started being treated by Dr. Sensor and am really glad I sought care from her. My visits have all been pleasant, efficient and informative. Her bedside manner is excellent and she communicates well with her patients. I feel as though she cares about my issues and concerns and is very knowledgeable about them. I highly recommend Dr. Sensor.

I see alot of people that had issues but I can say mine were far from that!
Found out I was preg and sadly before 12 weeks I lost my baby. Dr Lambert took me on as a patient even tho they only see you if your pregnant or have insurance threw your work. Ran tests and figured out issues I was having carrying. She to me on meds and 6 mo that later I'm happy to say with her help I'm pregnant again and helthy at that! She never gave up on me and I'm so grateful I am still a patient to this day and I'd never dream of going to anyone else she gave me a chance to be a mother successfully and there really no better gift than the gift of motherhood. After suffering multiple miscarriages in the past it was nice for a doctor to track the pattern and within 6 months not only find the issue but treated me and helped me get pregnant. Thank you Dr Lambert there's no way to fully thank you for your efforts.

I absolutely adore all the staff and doctors at Heathrow Ob / Gyn. Always friendly, very informative and have the latest technology that ensures procedures are pain free as possible.

Dr. Cofield is kind, warm, and generous with her time and sharing. She listens and hears you. My daughter and I are happy we have found such a wonderful doctor in our area.

Staff is all very knowledgeable and accommodating.... But the wait times are ridiculous. Be prepared to hurry up and wait.

It took a while, but I finally found a Doctor who I feel I can trust, and who is so easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and patient enough to explain everything in detail and answer all my questions. Dr. Larissa Guerrero, is gentle and kind, soft-spoken, very clear and communicative. Absolutely grateful to have found her and highly recommend to anyone.

Dr. Stacey Sensor has been my healthcare provider for years, and I cannot speak highly enough of her! She listens to me, is honest, compassionate, and responsive. She s an expert in her field, and I recommend her to all of my friends and family. I m not one to usually write reviews, but I had to because she is phenomenal!!

I've been a patient of this practice since 2011, and have gone through four providers. While I still think it's a good practice, I'm having my doubts about returning in the future, and that's why I'm reducing my rating from 5 stars to 3.

I've been self-pay for the last 3 years and they know this. Yet every time I'm there, they try to bill God knows what insurance company, and I have to remind them not to. Up until this year, I never had an issue getting in to see Dr. Cofield. For my most recent exam (1 week ago), I had been rescheduled 3 times and finally got in to see the ARNP, who is very nice and thorough. But I've been seeing Dr. Cofield for several years, and it really is ridiculous how often her appointments are canceled at the last minute - it was never like this until this year.

Unfortunately, this office has no clue what to do with self-pay patients. They ordered a lab test on me as a PRECAUTION but not a NECESSITY and didn't know the cost, but told me that Quest has affordable prices for self-pay. Well, unless I learn anything differently when Quest (hopefully) calls me back Monday, I currently owe them over $900 for said "affordable" test. I would NEVER have agreed to this test had I known the price up front. How does this office and providers not know the self-pay pricing for the lab they regularly send to? I'm a full-time grad student with no income and no insurance, and now I'm screwed because of their mis-information.

If you're self-pay ASK ABOUT PRICING FOR EVERYTHING.

Dr. Cofield is great but it's nearly impossible to get someone on the phone. I've waited up to 15 minutes for someone to pick up. I've been needing a form for birth control and have called a few times to get it faxed to me and I still have not received it. Same thing happened last year, it took 6 weeks!

The staff was very welcoming and informative, not to mention everyone had stellar personalities and very easy to talk to. I believed I picked the perfect doctor office for me. However I did book my appointment two months ahead of time due to no availability for new patients , only for them to call a week before and reschedule me.

I am a blessed to have the best office and staffs i feel like home ..

3 years ago I would ve given these people 5 stars ALL THE WAY. But not now. The new dr and nurses are cold rude and don t care about their patients. As someone else said they do not pick up the phones. I ve called and called after not getting called back regarding a miscarriage 3 appointments in and the medicine they prescribed me did not work. It s been 2 weeks still no call back. I ve called multiple times since and been on hold for 15+ minutes and no answer. I have no idea what to do. But I will not be giving them another dime of my money. What a shame.

She is wonderful and compassionate. I am thrilled to have found a caring female physician!

My first and last time visiting this location. When the practice was in Orange City, they barely had their stuff together, no idea why I trusted them again. 4 times, FOUR times now my appointments have needed to be rescheduled because the doctor had a scheduling conflict. As a nurse myself, I get it.... emergencies happen but I arrived yesterday to what I thought was my third attempt and after waiting an hour, was told my appointment was for tomorrow. I left and upon coming home guess what? The doctor needs to reschedule again!! Just don't waste any of your time...

I scheduled an appointment in January for MARCH and I arrived only to find out they cancelled my appointment without notifying me. The lady at the desk was completely dismissive and claimed they left a message on my mothers phone despite the fact that I m an adult who s mother lives in Alabama. When I called the other office, since they claimed it was that office that made the change, they said they left a message on my phone TWO days before the scheduled appointment, despite the fact that the timing is STILL inconsiderate no message was left in my voicemail. Completely inconsiderate, since I took time off from my schedule for this specifically.

New patient rescheduled 4 times..in less than a month. I work full time so it is extreemly difficult to co-ordinate my work schedule with my appts. This last reschedule (4th one) I asked if they could move it to another day that same week or to another doctor since i had the week off, but the could not accommodate that. Having to go elsewhere :(

TERRIBLE customer service, TERRIBLE communcation, TERRIBLE doctor retention. If visiting your OB annually wasn't difficult enough I've been going for 3-4 years and every time I visit, a different doctor exams me. On my last visit they put me in the room, had me undress, and then wait for the doctor who wasn't even in the building for over 40 minutes in the exam room without anyone EVER come by to check on me. I've called for an RX refill 3x and today was informed it was called in, however I've called my pharmacy and no such thing has happened. The website says their hours are 8:30-5pm today but it is 3:52 I've called and they are CLOSED for the day. They can't keep up with their doctors, their website, or their communcation. So once again I'll go without taking my RX timely and on schedule at no fault of my own.

I love it here, from the receptionist with being welcoming and extra sanitized with this Covid19 going around and my Doctor Carla, super sweet and always nice to answer all my questions, and awesome advice! Definitely recommend this place and also request for Dr. Carla Shulman

I m so thankful I found these doctors, because they are wonderful!
I primarily deal with Dr. Guerrero and she truly has gone above and beyond for me and my babies. I don t know what I would have done without her throughout my pregnancies.
I ve also had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Cofield and Dr. Lambert and it s obvious all three of these ladies are talented and caring!
Their front desk staff can be frustrating at times to deal with, but the doctors definitely get 5 stars for everything.

Dr. Cofield is Awesome ! Super nice and knew how to calm my nerves . Haven t had a doctor like that in a while . The nurse was Just like her.

Worst business place ! I love Dr. Sensor, but the office is terrible she deserves a better place. They never know how to answer the phone and take weeks to send medical documents!!!

When I went in for my appointment they said they had called me the previous day to cancel it due to overbooking. I had received an appointment reminder call two days prior (so they had my correct phone number) but no call about them canceling it. Also their office was deserted at the time. I will not be going back.

I do not usually post negative reviews but I am now currently on hold 10 minutes in after being on hold for 20 minutes prior to this call with no answer. I am a current patient and it is pretty ridiculous when you cannot even get through on the phone to schedule an appointment. I work in an medical office and can say there is no excuse for having to wait this long and not even get a live person on the phone. I will be finding another office for my medical care.

Babs Fedder- I have been going to Dr Cofield going on 3 years. She was recommended by a client of mine and I have referred her to numerous women, friends as well as coworkers. She is always upfront with me and communicates to me so I understand the situation completely. I had a problem arise that she detected and the surgeon was surprised she even found it. I have the utmost respect for her and wouldn't go to another doctor.

No one likes to go to the gynecologist. And I m no different. I saw Carla, the nurse practitioner. Carla was very professional and very nice. The exam was fast and over before I knew it. I have read the other reviews but my experience was very pleasant. I also felt very comfortable talking to Carla about some pretty private stuff. I ll be back.

I don't know how many more patients Dr Cofield can see... but I know my daughter and I and most of my office staff go to her and I do refer her to everyone else I speak to.. Very pleasant and one of my favorite Dr's to see!! Thank you!

Update as they ve replied...I tried calling that number on 5 different occasions over the two days prior to leaving this review. I tried calling and your phone only rang, I would sit there for 10 minutes thinking the lines were just busy. I ve never been treated worse during something so personal. I left sobbing. What an awful experience for any woman to go through.

Still calling as of 10/13 and still nothing....
I read another review where a womans baby died due to the care in this office. I would avoid at all costs and will be looking through legal channels to have them shut down.

Receptionist are very nice and made me feel very welcomed. Usually, Shulman is who I always make my appointments with, however for my most recent visit today, she wasn t available so I made the appointment with Dr. Lambert. Let s start off that the Medical Assistant appeared to try to send me home. Telling me that there was nothing that the doctor might do since I already got treated at a Urgent Care. She would cut me off in the middle of my sentences. I tried to give her some results and she never even bothered to look at my papers and she seemed to be in a hurry and not really pay too much attention. Once Dr. Lambert came in she looked as if she was in a hurry too. She was also cutting off my sentences and when I asked her if the practice was gonna be closed for a week (they re changing managers I think according to the medical assistant) she gave me a sarcastic answer Oh, really? I didn t even know that? Very unprofessional and inattentive.

Came into ask questions and staff was very friendly and welcoming!

I would give this place a one star. After dr Cofield left I went to see dr Lambert. The issue I had was left as it is and was given false and strong antibiotics which led me to visit ER . Even after that when I went for a follow up and told her my situation got worst she said she would do major surgery which scared me more because it was a minor thing and she left my as it is . Today My situation got worst because of her if she had treated me right on the same day Of my visit I wouldn t have been facing this issue today. I contacted another OBGYN for my issue and she was surprised that why I was not treated at the clinic at the time of my visit and said I don t need any major surgery and will be taken care at her clinic , plus the medicine dr Lambert gave me wasn t the right one for that particular situation ..I would not recommend this place to anyone.
