I wish I'd seen these horrible reviews before I'd ever scheduled an appointment with this office. Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. Had my initial appointment on April 19th, for care that needed follow up (I was expecting a call for follow up appointment regarding this). A month went by with no call from anyone there. I had to finally reach out to them only to be told they never received requested test results from the hospital (and never bothered to follow up with that hospital on behalf of their patient). Was told on the phone this will get resolved and I should expect a call back that day. That was three weeks ago. I requested access to the patient portal, again, was told to expect an email; I'm still waiting on that.

I'm sorely disappointed in how I was treated - really quite stunned by it; for someone charged with a patient's care to be this dismissive is grossly irresponsible. And in reading these reviews, apparently nothing new - every other posting is basically about how poor their service is. And there is no sense of ownership in the clinic's responses - you are putting the responsibility on the poster to contact the office...maybe you should be reaching out to the patients in a show of good faith accountability. In the meantime, I'm without any medical resolve and having to go back to the drawing board to find a new doctor. My hope is that your office truly, truly takes the negative feedback you're receiving seriously, and do your best to make significant changes in how you care for people who are entrusting their lives to you.
