Bulgari Hotels & Resorts Milano Reviews

Last Wednesday me and my friends visited the bar of the hotel. Everything was very nice and the staff friendly and polite. The next morning my friend Thanos realized than he lost his sunglasses . I called the bar of the hotel to ask about the sunglasses and I spoke with an employee . She told me that the sunglasses were already found. Me and my friends went again at the bar the same evening and we were waiting about an hour in order to take the sunglasses. But nobody knew anything . The pair was disappeared in the same evening . I was very persistent and I was calling again and again ,about five times the next day and the same person that the previous day had found the glasses told me that she gave it to a colleague and new nothing any more. So apparently the place is not liable and watch your staff people because Bulgari is expensive and the visitors wealthy but a member of the personnel is not!!! Good lack to the next that will forget something expensive

Impossible to reserve tables for the aperitif if you are not a guest of the hotel, restaurant manager / arrogant and not very kind aperitif. Sin. Location very beautiful and impressive

Beautiful facility in the heart of Milan, high quality restaurant and not cheap

I stayed at a suite at the Bulgari Hotel in Milan.
Room was more than 100 square meters and was hotel which can feel the old building and the history that we can look through from window.
The scenery with the feeling of openness in front of the eyes that can be seen from the hotel may not be seen in the hotel in the center of Milan quite easily.
It's a little further back from Montenapoleone.
From the hotel it is about 5 minutes walk to Via Montenapoleone.
You can hear the tone of the church bell in the morning. Breakfast is also very delicious, and the butter and jam that have a good taste add color to fashion.

What about Bulgari style ... wine, at least that of last night, was not the best.

Great secluded, private, and quiet location with hidden courtyards to explore and enjoy. Excellent place to visit for cocktails or lunch on the patio, or stay in the hotel.

Beautiful Hotel located in the fashion district, a beautiful internal park. I was last night for the 25th hour event. Beautiful event with Acqua di Parma, Leica, Ermenegildo Zegna and Maserati
Also recommended for an aperitif !!!

Beautifully located in a secluded area with a very nice garden.
The staff is very professional and attentive.
I recommend to eat or have dinner in the garden, although... I did not like the fake and snobby Italian crowd that comes at night for drinks... made me feel uncomfortable.
The food is exquisite and their cocktails as well.

One of the best hotels in Milan. The welcome is exceptional. With my car rental with driver service I bring many guests. Many even just for a drink in their fantastic bar.

The price is high but the service is not very high. Although each waiter is very friendly, the service is slow and tiring, and the front desk language is poor

Very elegant, all beautiful, perhaps the restaurant is not up to par. Then ask for an invoice and they tell you we will send it by e-mail after four months by dint of soliciting it arrives !!!!

The rooms were too small and it wasn't very well maintained. You have to be very careful at the check out. You might be charged stuff that you didnt use. Also my card was charged for an additional night after i checked out. When contacted the hotel they say its by mistake. So they keep your credit card details and use it for other rooms.

The rich of Milan come to hang out here, nice aperativo.

A great place ... the real comfort in central Milan

I am sorry to write this review because I am a regular customer and I have always enjoyed staying at the Bulgari hotel! But yesterday for the first time they really made a fool of that from a ***** star hotel you don't expect it! I call on Monday to book a table for three for Wednesday (aperitif), after which I also pay 10 for parking to have a half hour drink ... I arrive at the entrance and the lady tells me that our table has not been marked and that they can not do anything to accommodate us because it was all full! Adding that "to err is human"! Does this seem normal to you? I simply think that in these cases the first thing to say to the customer or in any case after you make a gaffe like that since you made the mistake by not marking the reservation, and try to remedy it in the best way ... obviously they don't need them because they certainly don't lack customers ... but I was a bit perplexed! Certainly in Milan there is no shortage of places to have a nice aperitif.

You can pay a lot for lunch, you can't eat badly. Service also not up to the job. Perhaps too many employees not up to par would be better but few good. Young kids in jeopardy. This is not luxury. Really nice place. Go somewhere else if you want to spend a lot and get well.

A place dj Milan that I love. In the center a former convent with an amazing garden. Sometimes the service is not 5-star but this place is so beautiful and relaxing that it justifies everything .... even the not so cheap prices for a glass of wine. Average cost 16 euros per cup with a small buffet

A fabulous spa ... an afternoon of healthy relaxation of the highest level. they are not equal to Milan

senior place and location really well furnished. attentive waiter and too urgent. If you don't book, wait at the table because it's always full. Aperitif 22 and one was not that great. Pay the name and the place but little substance.

Dining in the garden is very pleasant. Spaghetti tomato basil and goat cheese are really good, like those with sausage. The appetizers of the pleasant aperitif, even if the pinizomonio would demand a sauce that was not there. Attentive and pleasant service, rather informal. The clothes of the hostesses need more uniformity and maybe they are a little too colorful for my tastes.

Great aperitvo. Very much a place to be seen so dress well. This does mean that you will be seated according to how well you look. Very Milanese. Worth a trip.
