I have been to the restaurant several times. The cuisine is delicious, the staff very kind and the location truly classy.
I was also on Valentine's Day: the menu was extensive and with delicious dishes and the atmosphere was fantastic. In addition, each table was decorated by One Million Roses and at the end of the dinner, in addition to the roses, a chocolate heart was also given ... 5 stars deserved

Excellent modern hotel, in the middle of Milan lapped by friendly guests and positive attentive staff with a very quiet meeting room, a place where you would like to spend time.

The hotel is of excellent quality, I was glad to visit. Of course, there was everything that was necessary, they also came to me to wait for their friends asked to wait in the lobby which they liked very much, close to the center and beautifully from the inside, nothing more is needed.

And now come Krishantha the manager to expalin the hotel policy which is if you just visit for a dinner or cigar you are handle as nothing. Write down the name of Bulgari.

Cocktails with low quality raw material. Poor accompanying aperitif. It is the very high price. Very nice garden.

MY experience here has always been positive; the place is beautiful, the spa beautiful and when I went on my birthday, October 7th 2017 made me find, offered by them, a mini-portion of a cake with a candle + greeting card ... after the initial surprise , I really enjoyed this very kind thought.

But are there no more stars to vote? A place like this is the top for Milan and even more ... Aperitif shaken with skill and attentive and warm service, so much that you would never want to leave ... Super

Last month I stayed here with my two free spirit friends Emre and Oguzhan to show them the beauty of Milano. As befits a reasonable vacation, we stayed at the Bvlgari Hotel.

First of all, I would like to praise the fact that we were allowed to sleep with three people in a double room and were allowed to bring our hookah. Basically, Emre can't last two days without his beloved pipe. Otherwise he becomes very nervous and almost unbearable. The service of this establishment was very accommodating to him and was characterized by special tolerance. Great!

The rooms were very large and spacious, but the problem was that - in our case - three guests had only one bathroom. Especially after one of my longer sessions, this caused frustration among my Bratans, after all, they too had to relieve themselves. So we had to draw up a bathroom plan over the weekend, which of course was quite annoying and time-consuming, but well, you can't please everyone.

The breakfast was excellent. My beloved lactose-free and decaffeinated caranilla frappucino, which I normally only enjoy at Starbucks, was served to me without any problems and without a puzzled look from the nice waitress.

Oguzhan was a little surprised that Ferraris were mainly parked in front of the hotel and not, as he was used to from the shish bars, borrowed C63s with 20 inch rims ... actually I didn't think this was worth mentioning, but he insisted on doing this to be considered in the assessment ...

For the price you pay abd the image you should have, the staff should be kinder and professional, and not making issues for ZTL activation 5 euro amount!!!!.

At the end of August, after having tasted an aperitif at the Bulgari bar, I leave forgetting my sunglasses on the table. After less than 5 minutes I return to ask if they had found them and they tell me no. The next day I call to find out if they had been found and the young lady replies in an annoyed and surly way. It is IMPOSSIBLE for customers to steal items at Bulgari, so the possibility that it was the staff is strong. I point out the 'lady' who runs the bar being a super boor. NEVER AGAIN.

Top top. The park outside it is just fabulous. Staff is very friendly and service quality is high. It is a gem in the heart of Milano

Take an aperitivo in the bar. You're not gonna regret it. All drinks are more or less 20 Euros but the quality is very good. The "mule"s are highly suggested if you like gingery tastes

If you want to live in a good location and don't mind the chaos around, you must go to the Bulgari Hotel in Milan. You can have a delicious Italian snack or a dinner, or stay longer, and you won't be disappointed here. In the middle of spring, summer and early autumn, the garden is beautiful and beautiful. For the first time a truly negative experience in terms of service. Order two hot chocolates with cream and biscuits. The cream comes with the already cold chocolate, the biscuits even twenty minutes later with the abundantly finished chocolate. Very luxurious although the service could have been better

Centrally located close to main shopping area and attractions. Modern design and style. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Excellent WiFi connection. Breakfast is a la carte with excellent choices. The cakes and coffee at the lounge are to die for. Staff are very helpful and friendly especially the Concierge. The only downside is that the rooms are on the small side otherwise this is one of the best properties to stay in Milan.
