Modern elegance and the discretion of the 19th century

Elegant place in the heart of Milan. I recommend Brunch and aperitif!

We came to the Bulgari hotel for drinks in the garden before going to the ballet nearby. The cocktail menu is excellent with a selection of classic and modern cocktails, though at 22 it is quite steep. The gardens are nice and the seating comfortable. The service, while generally friendly, was not smooth or efficient. We had to chase for the drinks and when I mentioned we'd been undercharged (they forgot to charge the sparkling water) the waiter never even said thank you.

We had breakfast with cereal bread, Apulian bread, sweet Abruzzese yoghurt, syrup jams .... it was a riot of sensations.

Hotel Bulgari in Milan has a great bar / restaurant with the chef with 3 Michelin stars Niko Romito.
Splendid location, absolutely worth a visit even for an aperitif.
I was in this location together with my girlfriend and another couple of friends together with their 6 month old baby girl in the stroller, the staff is immediately ready to welcome you in the best way with the utmost courtesy and friendliness.
As an aperitif we requested a bottle of wine (pinot grigio) accompanied by a platter of cheeses and cold cuts from different regions.
The quality and taste of these dishes was really delicious with high prices but not too high.
The restaurant is equipped with truly qualified staff ready to offer a high class service, accompanied by classical music to create a particular harmony set to a volume so as to allow dialogue without raising the tone of voice.
Truly unique to try even for an aperitif.

Appertivo starts from 6.30pm. The drinks might be pricier than the average but the accompanying food is top quality and well worth it.

Amazing stay at the BVLGARI HOTEL MILANO. We stayed several nights in a friends group of 7 people and starting from the rooms, to the amazing breakfast it is unbeatable in Milan. A definately go to not only for the impeccable style but also for the casual but very elegant service. One night they had left to complete bar open for us in order to have drinks and finish our very interesting discussion. A safe bet if you like relaxed luxury and modern, elegant hotels. Big shout out to the concierge, FO staff, restaurant and Bar Teams! Thank you for a fabulous stay and unforgettable time! These days were like an endless holiday!

Amazing, exclusive and design-oriented retreat in Milan's city centre

The WORSE of all Bulgari Hotels in the world. No matter you go for a drink or checking into your room, you ll all be welcomed with such attitude and arrogance. Ridiculous customer service. Sometimes when I m in the area I just walk in and ask for a table either for drink or dinining and more than once been told was fully booked when was clear half of the tables were empty. Waiters didn t even greet me when I left. Wanna feel not welcome and rejected? Welcome to Bulgari Milano.
Arrogance and attitude is not an winning marketing strategy and if your stuff don t know with they re dealing with than better you train them properly.

Fantastic. Elegant and refined atmosphere, great attention to customers. Great selection of wines at the paper for a quiet drink, nice and relaxing, in a luxury environment. Cute the banquet where to pick up a bag of sweets and candies to take away. Bulgari style is breathable in every corner of the hotel. Recommended for everyone.

One of the best city hotels overall I have stayed in globally; and I have stayed in lots. Beautiful rooms, impeccable service (including the fine details and thoughts), lovely grounds, fantastic location. It is simply special, and has an x-factor vs other good hotels in Milan, eg MO, PH, Armani. Just do it...
