Surprisingly elegant elegant at all peasant, efficient and courteous staff

really exceptionally, except the Italians who fake "better than you" silly transparent behavior. if it weren't for them, I would also say it is cool....but with that attitude around the place it is simply low-life. but a beautiful place nonetheless.

The best of the best of luxury hospitality! Perfect rooms, the spa is a dream and all the little treats makes your stay an incredible and unforgettable experience. The staff is also very polite and nice.
You can also borrow a (fantastic) bike.
The garden, the bar and the restaurant are great to enjoy delicious and selected food and drinks anytime of the day.
Overall perfect and totally recommended!

We can t say enough about this hotel. I am a travel professional but was there with my husband for 2 days. So chic and gorgeous. Private. Classy and cool but with the friendliest staff imaginable. Discretely located in central Milano, Bulgari hotel is an establish you must visit. We came here for aperitivo, the menu is well-stocked with both big brands and some niche independent producers. Service was what you would except at a luxury hotel, but two stars off because the arm rest on my chair broke, and the staff acted like nothing happened. Maybe next time I will stand :)

Very nice and cozy, very warm, fake fireplace, beautiful girls and receptionists, foreign and multilanguage staff, excellent breakfast and very abundant, I have never had lunch, I had dinner one evening and I thought it was good but not exceptional. Tactical and comfortable location in the heart of Milan, great for getting around the city on foot.

For many years a historian customer, perhaps one of the first since the Bulgari opened in Milan.
We went back for a business cocktail and I was very disappointed. I noticed that the pennies golden girls were quite rumpled and perhaps it is time to change them, besides the fact that dressed in jeans and at the beginning they all blacks pants. A sense of sloppiness and poor and a rough cleaning of tables, as well as an entirely inadequate service, have also negatively affected my host, whom I had talked long and enthusiastically, "I expected anything, I do not I will return more ", this is his lapidary comment. The drink is no longer that of a time not only of cocktails level and gaskets, but also service, just say that the Pinzimonio arrived with vegetables sun without anything to dip it. We ve stayed here many times and always look forward to coming back. This is without a doubt, the best hotel in Milan. The staff is warm and friendly and the rooms are gorgeous. The spa and restaurant are top notch. Drinks in the garden are a must in the warmer months. I couldn t recommend this hotel enough.

Fantastic place, I go there really often for dinner and I occasionally stay overnight and everything is great. Food is very good, service is the best you can get and the hotel is perfect. Would really recommend to anyone.

excellent environment, service and courtesy, luxurious and elegant design

Excellent location and catering. I especially liked the pork chunks with crunchy tart associated with vegetables and mushrooms. (Excellent bread, a detail? For me it's essential). The heat goes tried tiramisu. Service and price adjusted to a top place.

I didn't sleep there, so I can't rate the rooms but I had dinner in the garden restaurant. Very nice delicious food and very nice service.

Some waitresses could be a bit more customer friendly.

The only good thing about it is the beautiful garden and nice interior design. The food and service are well below the average.

For the aperitif in Milan, in spring or summer, I think it's one of the most beautiful locations; the garden in the center is a fairy tale. The staff is extremely kind and professional. Cocktails are good. Prices are certainly not contained, but the brand expects it

Great location, close to the shopping district while still have a quiet environment. Stylish room with the very dedicated staff and extraordinary services. We really had good stay there. I will definitely stay there again if I ever visit Milan in the future.

After a fabulous stay, the rooms are elegant and meticulous, everything is thought for the comfort of the guest, the customer service is more than friendly, careful to make you feel relaxed and desired.

Review ur receipt and orders before u pay .. they added desserts I didn t order .. and when I asked about it ! They said sorry for mistake ... twice

TOP aperitif high impact location and excellent service

Excellent welcome by Mr. James Parry Duty Manager and Mrs. Raffaella who by their professionalism and kindness have made my stay in this Palace with a rare elegance and a beautiful green setting in the Brera district be perfect. I place it in itself is gorgeous, but the dishes came too late. I ordered the Milanese cutlet which sucked, it was RAW. Tiramisu looked like dog food or if you have imagination and creativity, it can also look like fried poop. Don't go there, trust me! In addition, it is too expensive.

We had aperitivo inside, party of four. Drinks and nibbles were good but it didn't quite have the deeply luxurious vibe I recall from the past. Hmm. 2 out of 4.

Prime and private location even though it s in the heart of Milan. I agree with other that the rooms are not a 10...but the garden is wonderful in the summer and the kitchen menu is out of this world. Definitely worth trying what the chef has on the menu!!!

Our entire stay at the Bulgari hotel was perfect from the time we arrived to when we were (so reluctant!) to leave. Everyone at reception welcomed us warmly and Stefania even took the time to walk us up to our room and introduced us to the hotel facilities. Giulio was so helpful and wonderful at recommending the best restaurants in the area to ensure we had a perfect stay.
The rooms are big and well appointed with a beautiful marble tub and toiletries, housekeeping coming in twice a day and coming home to a different tea they leave in the room every night.

I passed only for an aperitif with clients who were staying that night but it seems really well cared for. Great bar service and attention to customers.

How disappointing. The afternoon tea did not come any close to the luxury brand Bulgari nor the hotel. The pastries were amazing, however, the tea pots were so old they were almost breaking. It was very ugly, too. It was a good experience to enjoy the tea, but I would not go back again.
