I am sorry to write this review because I am a regular customer and I have always enjoyed staying at the Bulgari hotel! But yesterday for the first time they really made a fool of that from a ***** star hotel you don't expect it! I call on Monday to book a table for three for Wednesday (aperitif), after which I also pay 10 for parking to have a half hour drink ... I arrive at the entrance and the lady tells me that our table has not been marked and that they can not do anything to accommodate us because it was all full! Adding that "to err is human"! Does this seem normal to you? I simply think that in these cases the first thing to say to the customer or in any case after you make a gaffe like that since you made the mistake by not marking the reservation, and try to remedy it in the best way ... obviously they don't need them because they certainly don't lack customers ... but I was a bit perplexed! Certainly in Milan there is no shortage of places to have a nice aperitif.
