Couldn t ask for a better service thank you so much

If you happen to be the next store neighbor at a Mangano Homes project BEWARE. They give you that " we'll be a good neighbor" pitch and the rest of the project becomes a near nightmare. The people they hire to do the work have no empathy or concern over the neighbors properties. In my case the entry part of my asphalt driveway was completely torn up. I will state that it was not in 100% condition when they started. I recently had this unfortunate experience in Shell Beach. Heavily loaded pickups, backhoes, front loaders, compression rollers and more all over the driveway asphalt entry. The best of all was a 18 wheeler that backed across my driveway and crushed the 4x4's. This driver must have received his truck license at Disneyland. Even the main crew told the site manager that damage had occurred and was told it would be taken care of. At the end of the project, when I asked the site manager did he have a plan to repair the damage his answer was an abrupt NO. This same question was asked a total of three times and the answer was the same NO. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE if you are a neighbor next to a Mangano Homes project. There's not enough room here to tell you the rest.
