I had a few hiccups with my order, but did eventually get my food and it was good
Went with my granddaughter for our date. Had the cauliflower wings. I appreciate restaurants that offer an alternative to eating chicken . My waitress and drink were on point.
Great atmosphere and staff, but the food is very sub par, stick to hooters or Buffalo Wild Wings
Food was good and service was nice too. Would recommend to anyone.
I just visited for lunch and to watch a few NFL games. I waited over an hour for my food that never came out, so I just left. The bartender never acknowledged the food taking that long, even after I had asked her to check on it. I had another gentleman come and ask me what I ordered and said a manager would come speak to me. I understand that mistakes are made, but for nobody to even acknowledge the fact that my food never came out is a bad look on this place. My drink sat empty as the bartender seemed to be preoccupied by her friends sitting at the bar. I would not recommend this place - there are plenty of better options around the area.
Service was very slow and food was cold. Also, our order was incomplete. We ordered onion ring appetizers and didn t get them until after our meal was delivered. This was the first time to visit a Buffalo Wings and Rings restaurant and were disappointed. Probably will not go back.
Best place for wings in the area. The use REAL chicken (fried or frilled). Amazing sauces (I recommend either Sweet Tai Chili, Peach Habanero or Sweet BBQ - mild or hot). Feeling brave? Try the Atomic version. Appetizers are top notch. Service is excellent. Anyways clean. Active military and veteran discounts, too.
Ordered carry out. Friendly and attentive staff, nice size portions. Very clean.
Impeccable, friendly staff, clean tables, hot food, huge bar, great drinks. BW3 s could learn a thing or two from this place. Bar Louie will certainly lose business.
Had an abundance of staff members. Food was good and came out in a reasonable time. Asked about weekend activity and pay-per-view showings but they stated that the UFC will not be shown because it's not family-friendly. Unfortunate thought it would be a good spot for it.
Service was fast, and food was delicious! First time at a Buffalo Wings and Rings, and I'd definitely come back. :)
Just not really sold on this place because of the wings. Wings are in their name but having to mishmash your own sauce together and then relying on the kitchen to make it the same every time just doesn't work. Have been here 6 times and have yet to get comfortable with a sauce. To be honest, I just don't want to have to think about how I ordered them last time. The other menu items are solid. Excellent. But when you have wings in the name of the place they better be good. Probably will not go back. Other options are plentiful and I think 6 visits is a fair shake.
Ate here today! Aubrey was our server! She was excellent, took great care of us. Had the boneless wings. They were really good, big, tender and juicy! Will definitely be back! Menu has several items I want to try on next visit.
Ok food. Takes way too long to get your food. No matter how (not) crowded it is you ll be waiting for over an hour for your food to come.
The bartender marcy was great. Always on our drinks and happy to chat. We will be back. Thanks for a great time
At 945 on a Saturday night the food wasn't temperature quality. Meaning the chicken was below warm and the onion rings were hard. The order sat too long before being served. The server was friendly but for someone who had been there since the place opened in November, should've at least known what the beer menu consisted of better. Lol. I won't rush back to eat at that one. Even though the place is nice and clean and location is great also.
I seriously can't get enough of this place! Best service and the grilled chicken wings Sweet Thai Chili style are the bon diggity! My wife highly recommends the Southwest Chicken salad. When near Oakley Station, definitely make this place a stop, you won't regret it.
Service very slow for a midday snack. We were the only customers in the restaurant and it took longer to get service, then get our food and then our checks, than if the entire restaurant was completely full at lunch time.
Since moving to Hyde Park the nearby Buffalo Wild Wings was my go to spot for wings. But now that Buffalo Wings & Rings has opened up I have a new favorite spot. The location is tucked back in Oakley Station and is in a brand new building. The inside is large, open, and very clean. There are plenty of seating options available with a large bar, high top tables, booths, and smaller tables.
My wife has never been a fan of wing restaurants, but one great thing about Wings & Rings is that there is plenty of variety on the menu. Take this southwestern veggie burger for example, with cucumber, avocado, cheddar jack cheese, chipotle aioli, lettuce, tomato, and pickle ($9.99). The black bean patty was nothing out of the ordinary, but the toppings definitely kicked it up a notch. She was also happy to get steamed broccoli on the side instead of fries or chips.
On our first visit I went with the buffalo chicken club with fried tenders in hot sauce, applewood-smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, and bleu cheese dip ($9.99). Their buffalo tenders are outstanding, fresh fried and juicy. This is a great sandwich and the potato wedges on the side are also tasty.
In many return visits my go to order has become 3 tenders in hot garlic-q sauce with a side of bleu cheese dip and celery ($7.29). My kids are fans of the mini corn dogs and the chicken tenders. My daughter loves that she can get a kids salad on the side with her meal. We are all big fans of Wings & Rings!
Buffalo Wings and Rings is my new favorite go to, seriously need to bring it closer to the westside! They have the BEST boneless wings I have ever had, and impeccable service!
Good size place plenty of tvs , we went last night and pretty empty but food was good and fast. Reasonable price with other wing places.
Had the worst service for the second time from a server named Marci! I will be contacting upper management!
Aalways great. Great food. Great staff.
Ps. Just because your food takes a little longer just think of the staff. Everyone has bad an off days. People make mistakes. Would you rather get the wrong dish or wait a bit longer to get the right dish?
Loved the sauces. Roasted garlic- garlic q and buffalo
Holy hell, worse service I've ever had. This is the first time I've left a a 1-star rating as I'm typically not very picky, but a quick lunch turned into a 2 hour fiasco trying to figure out to charge the correct amount on our bills.
Used to work here so I know that the food here CAN be amazing, but the last two times here the food has been bad and service even worse.
The absolute best boneless wings out there! Their boneless wings are gigantic, with a nice crispy coating. Their sauces are delicious and they are extra generous with how much sauce they put on your wings. Other wing restaurants don t even compare.
I had a hamburger, it wasn't anything special. My daughters said the wings were good.
Rivals Buffalo Wild Wings in every way! Good service, great food, delicious sauces.
Also, this new Oakley location is very nice. Clean and well organized.
We are a family of 4 and love to come as a family or as a couple to catch a game. The food is great and service is awesome! I will also mention it is very clean and they do a great job spacing tables during this pandemic...
The sauce variety is nice, and I like that you can add a custom heat level to all of them. The atmosphere is what you expect from a sports bar. Service at the bar was alright, and the food was good. Drinks are a little expensive compared to other places though.
Great server, very poor service. Would love for a manager to reach out to us for more information.
Fantastic management and bar staff! Food is very fresh and great quality. Highly recommend for families and groups of friends. Brendan the bartender makes the best craft cocktails and he is entertaining behind the bar. Ask him about his tricks with fire! Where else can you get that?!
It's better than BW-3 in nearly every way. The staff was 5 star. The food was 3 star.
My family has visited this location multiple times and I'll give you the run down on the good, the bad, and the reason we won't be back.
The good: the wings here most of the time are better than what you'd get at BW3s. The potato wedges are better too. Also, I'm a fan of the cauliflower wings (when they do them well which can be hit and miss). Overall, the food quality on most visits is far superior to the BW3s and not bad overall for a chain. Also, our kids enjoy playing on the tablets.
The bad: We've experienced a few hiccups in service during the visits we've made here. Our kids have enjoyed the place but there have been instances of very slow service, forgetfulness, and an event that was announced on facebook for kids only to have us show up and have no event going on.
Now, for why we won't be coming back. The last week has been a tough parenting week with sick kids and a full house during spring break. Yesterday my wife was very tired after a long day, as was I, and so we decided to make the kids dinner and then treat ourselves. She chose wings from Buffalo Wings and Rings.
I called in our order & right away I was concerned given that the person taking my order seemed very confused about what we were ordering. We ordered 10 boneless wings, cauliflower wings, and 2 sides. I showed up to grab our food and went home.
My wife immediately realized that the wrong sauce was on her wings. She tried to eat them anyway since we were tired but she didn't like the sauce. Then, my cauliflower wings were a little rough so I grabbed the extra sauce I ordered when further disaster struck. The sauce container wasn't sealed well & as I grabbed it from the bag the lid came off dumping sauce on me and our couch (which is now stained).
At this point, I was upset. We bought dinner to not have a mess, to relax, we spent money so that we could have a relaxing night. And now my wife has no dinner, my pants have to be washed immediately, & we have to work to get a stain out of our couch.
So I call the store & ask for a manager. I tell our story. What I was offered in response was an insult. The manager I spoke to responded with an attitude of "tough luck" when it came to the loose lid sauce container disaster. And in regards to our overall dilemma offered credit.
I didn't understand what she meant at first when she said credit so she clarified that she would give us 10 "free" boneless wings next time we visit. Now, here's the problem, those wings aren't free, I paid for them & never received them, how is that a credit?
When I pushed back on the offer I met hostility. It was never outrageous hostility in terms of any harsh words or actions, but it was kind of worse than that. It was apathy. This manager at the end of the day had zero desire to make things right. All she would offer was a food credit, to replace our whole order in the future, but get this, in order to get my wife's wings for that night I WOULD HAVE HAD TO BUY THEM AGAIN.
Then next time we can roll the dice to get our food order again. The only other option offered to me was to get my wife's 10 wings that night & get some lame food credit for the rest of the order for the future.
Overall, while I was very angry I didn't feel like arguing. It's a $30 order and I had already lost an hour of my time driving back and forth, needed to get my pants in the laundry, and we had already had to take time to try to clean our couch. I just didn't have the energy to argue.
I told this manager many times why we were upset and I asked that she would do something to make it right, to take an opportunity to flip the script, but she refused to take the opportunity. She was more than fine with me leaving upset, unhappy, and with no desire to come back. At the end of the day, she didn't care to lose my business so I doubt very much she cares about yours either.
So I'd say that if you want to visit this place, just be ready for apathetic service and sometimes good food. And if something goes wrong while you're there or with your takeout, good luck, you're going to need it.
I was not impressed I ordered the hot garlic q it did not had any kick or flavor I am sticking with BWW.
Food was fast, food was perfect. I love this place. Always clean
Absolutely amazing experience. We had a new waitress that was in training and she did a fantastic job. The service was remarkable, food came out fresh, fast, and hot. This is a great place to enjoy the game or have a family dinner.
Great NFL game day experience. The management was incredibly accommodating. They understood that my group was not comfortable gathering indoors during the pandemic, so the manager opened up the patio on a cold day so we could watch our game safely outdoors...and they still provided table service for us! My group was very impressed with their customer service and consideration for COVID safety.
Also their chicken quesadillas are amazing.
They did take me up top for the parmesan aioli fries, but they were delicious.
As usual, I visit BWW all over US. I enjoyed the korean salad over here.
It was very good taste!!
Nice interior!!
Excellent service from new joinee!!
Overall I enjoyed my visit! Thank you!
Its an amazing establishment wonderful food fantastic people and top notch customer service....definitely going again
Loved the large restaurant very informative watress quick service !
We had a few bad experiences and stopped visiting, but after letting my husband BEG me to go to Buffalo Wings &Rings for a few years I decided we could give it another try. There is different management than our previous visits and it shows in the food and service. I highly recommend giving it another go and will continue to be a customer of this location.
Tenders are very good. Chris at the bar was very helpful and friendly.
the wings were nicely seasoned and the meat was not dry like some places I have been to before
I went there to celebrate my daughter's birthday. It was 5 adults and 4 kids. Our bill was $132. My son and I were splitting the bill. My son card was charged $97 and my card was charged $79. We would not have known that if my daughter -in-law hadn't checked their account, which made me check mine. I don't know why they charged us$176 for a $132 bill! Now we have to wait 3 days for this to be corrected and we had to pay$132 cash because we were not going to let them run our cards again. I will not be coming back here again!!!!
My husband and I go here quite often when we want wings. We prefer it over b-dubs, as the service is better as well as the food. The buffalo chicken sandwich and potato wedges are our favorite. I only wish they had a buffalo chicken wrap!
Boneless wings were great, of course they're overpriced like everywhere. Deducted a star cause a got a dude for a waitress.
Brand new around here and awesome clean and quick!!
good food, friendly staff, reasonable prices, clean
Way better quality than BW3. Their blue cheese dressing is good and I really enjoy the Bourbon BBQ boneless wings.
Showed up and were seated. Waited 15 minutes before I got up and left because nobody came and took our order. Many workers walked by without any word.
Took my grandson and learn that they have cauliflower wings love them I'm a Vegetarian so those were Awsome the broccoli was good as well. The place is nice sat outside on balcony.
Really cool set up with TV's. Felt like I could see then all . The server was friendly and helpful with recommendations. Would choose this over the nearby BW3
I live 5 minutes from the restaurant and the wings were soggy by the time I got home.
Update: I tried the wings again with a credit from my last wings...100% better.
Food is great! Beer is cold! Staff is awesome! Manager Jorge makes you feel like you re at home! Just an all around great place to go! Love me some Wings and Rings, especially at Oakley!
Great food, but service is terrible. If you dine in expect your food to take forever. If you carryout, schedule your pickup 1/2 hr before you actually want it and you may get it on time. I've had much better luck with the finneytown location
Aside from The Oak's smoked wings, this is the best wings place in Oakley. Great appetizers, friendly wait-staff, and a nice atmosphere. Probably the best restaurant in Oakley Station, at the moment.
"Great lids!" Knocked my drink over and nothing cane out because the lids are amazing.
Great experience with Kaylyn, kept checking back. Fresh hot food. Clean atmosphere. Lots of TV for variety on non world series night.
I ate here years ago, but coming here since then was like night and day. Food seems much better, looks better. That bourbon bbq sauce with medium heat was delicious and I like the lemonade. Service was excellent.
Horrible experience. There was more employees than customers and still couldn't get our food right. I guess because they were busy playing around. I ordered my burger well done it came out very bloody sent it back. It took so long to get it back the rest of my party finished their meals. The manager was so wrapped up with the man in the pink shirt sitting at the bar to even notice one of his employees threw a used towel at another employee hitting him in the face. 1st time and last time there. They need new management and staffing!!!!
I like buffalo wings and onion rings, so I was excited to try this restaurant. I had to wait 45 minutes for my takeout order to be ready, and all the food came out cold. I ordered the "extra spicy" wings, but they were barely pushing medium. I really wanted to like it, but I think I'll stick to BWW.
Good beer selection. Very good boneless wings. Onion rings also good. Service average to slow on a busy Football afternoon.
Brand new location, first time experience was great. Food was good, a ton of different options.
By far the most underrated restaurant I've even been to
